Nice and delicious fried chicken, well known for their "golden aroma" fried chicken. Their root beer float is also historic, with vanilla ice cream in top of root beer, makes perfect combination. The staff serve with smile face, very friendly and helpful. They also provide baby chair when you need it. Very recommended to eat here.

Another awesome with good tasting chicken and also some burgers on offer.

Was excited to see an old standard, the food was good enough, but the lack of straws and the fact that the gave us diet rootbeer was a downer. The service was good. And do we're the prices. The burgers had some sort of round bacon Patty I have never seen before as well but it tasted good.

located right in the lobby, a&w seems to be the most attractable restaurant in wtc mangga dua.

This place is a saviour and convinient in way that it's inside the mall.. So you can always eat here while shopping stuff.. Taste wise I found the food and drinks here just ok.. The sitting area is also sufficient

Actually there are two restaurant: far left near orion entry and far right near downstair escalator. A little bit cramped in size, the food is good as expected.

Very bust place but the service is good

The chickens are OK-ish, not as good as its fast food competitors. But obviously they serve the iconic A&W root beers, and their waffles are good. The place is dirty, though, from the tables to the chairs, and once, I've even seen a rat on top of the window blinds running around (possibly one of the staff didn't close the door.) Other than hygiene, the place is nice.
