It's a relief feeling whenever you back to Ciputra Jakarta Hotel and the staff always welcome with their warm hospitality.... It is really feels like coming back home. I love every details, their excellent staff, beautiful lobby, nice room, pool, tasty dishes, all are outstanding. It's very hard to select who are their best employee, cause everyone at the Hotel has the kind of high standard in service, they are magnificent, courteous and problem solver. Overall they are great people who serves from heart and it made my holiday feels at home. What an unexpected enjoyable! I would rate the stay to be 9 out of 10. The hotel is a typical old five-star establishment with a unique ambiance, featuring all-yellow colored lamps and a dark vibe that helps you feel relaxed—something you can't get from newer hotel styles. What's particularly good about this hotel, of course, is the bathtub. In this era of hotel development, it's challenging to find an affordable hotel with a bathtub. I spend every day soaking myself in the tub. The hotel's location is also advantageous, as it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach CP, and they have their own shopping mall downstairs (connected to the hotel). The mall itself is pretty neat and offers a variety of food options. Many foreigners on business trips stay here, contributing to a professional and quiet hotel experience. I enjoy being here. The breakfast variety is excellent, with delicious food options and a good collection of dishes. I also received a cake from the hotel, and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and efficient; you feel like you've known them for a very long time. One downside to this hotel is its old-school system, including the air conditioning (using numbers 1-5 instead of temperature settings) and lamps. However, if you appreciate vintage styles like I do, you'll enjoy the unique experience this hotel offers—a nostalgic experience you can't get from the newest hotel styles. Yes, I am definitely going to come back to this hotel. It's a nostalgic experience I always miss. The hotel provides a good escape from daily stress, offering a unique experience.

Excellent hotel clean and tidy. Absolutely fantastic stay,rooms are nice & the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast included with all you can eat & drink buffet and the food was delicious. Has an outdoor swimming pool suitable for all ages & an indoor spa facility. Has a big shopping centre attached to the hotel for convenience. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, comfortable space, a few rooms has connecting doors. Cool enough to not turn on the AC. Amazing breakfast. Health protocols are good. Just minus the a bit mossy bathroom (sink and tub). And the lack of PeduliLindungi thing.

The bathroom is mouldy and manky. The safe is broken. Missing lights in the room. The chairs are stained. It's like it was abandoned in the '90s. Lights around trees near pool spontaneously exploding with loud bang and smoke. Food way too salty. Lift buttons make it to easy to select all floors from the ground to your room, meaning many stops on the way. This place is exhausting.

Hotel is quite old if we see information from internet supposed to be operation since 1993 together with opening mall it can be seen from the furniture in the lobby. as information from receptionist there is some room already renovated with new style and without bathup anymore but change with rain shower so we choose this room. the room confirm already renovated with new ambiance also with new TV and I thinks the bed suppose to be new as well and use Zest brand, with new renovated room add the comport during our stay but the AC still use the old one, there was the control only for the fan speed but no for the temperature so sometimes we fells so cold. the swimming pool not quite large so during we stay there so many guest in pool and seems crowded, for the breakfast there are offer many varieties of menu.

I stayed there for 3 days and I have such a wonderful time. The room is very clean and so does the whole hotel, super clean. Very cozy, it feels homey. The staffs are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The facilities are complete and well maintained. The foods are really delicious, love the breakfast super tasty and they serve plenty types of food. The location is strategic because it's near shopping mall. I will most definitely stay here again next time

My first experience spending night here was extraordinary. Got a compliments to have a dinner at the club lounge. The food was amazing and taste good. The waitresses also very kind especially Ms. Tika. They also explained a lot about the food and which one is recommended. That's really give a very welcome feeling. For the room they need to provide more information how to operate the air condition and have a portable light with medium to high lumen to help the guest if they haveto read/write.

The hotel is really its 4 stars worth, but there is a difference in the breakfast of before corona and after. The breakfast is more and more meant for locals and less attractive for western guests. There is good bread but no confituur (jam) and ham, salami and even for butter you have to ask for. The juices aren't nice at all, only melon, water and tasteless papaya juice. Tea is from a pot, black and not fresh. Why not providing a coffee machine and hot water for making tea your self?

Know this hotel for a long time ago. But this time I try stay in this hotel and I was so happy because I got the room with a beautiful decoration. Staff was also amazing and helpful, special thank to Chatrine. Who help me during check in and taking care during my stay also. We held a corporate event in Ciputra Hotel Jakarta, and our overall experience is nice. In every events there would always be challenges and difficulties but everything was taken care of, and the outcome was good. Room is nice, food also tasty. The staff service could be improved in terms of speed, but overall good. The other issue is traffic jam in the area. Kudos for event / sales director Mr Kigunawan and banquet captain Mr Jaesmar, you both are great!!!

I would say Hotel Ciputra is the best value hotel in West Jakarta. This time we stayed 7 nights and we had a really comfortable stay. It’s location is perfect for us as it’s pretty near to the destinations that we needed to go and considerably not far from the airport. Although it’s not a new hotel, but the amenities are sufficient. The only drawback is the room that isn’t soundproof. We happened to stay on the level where noises from other guests can be heard from the room. It’s not too bad but for a light sleeper like myself, I found it a bit annoying. My family slept soundly though. Last but not least, I would like to praise Mr Ken who has kindly helped us to get a connecting room. We reached the hotel late at night and in order for him to get us the connecting room he managed to upgrade us to the upper level rooms. Really appreciated his effort. Especially thanks to the housekeeping team for level 16 too. I forgot to ask his name but he always clean and tidy up our room. We felt so comfortable every time we came back to the hotel. Hotel Ciputra is always our first option when we come to Jakarta.

Best hotel in west jakarta! We just held a wedding party in ciputra hotel and it was magnificent. The room is spacious, the service is incredible and the food is on another level! The wedding ballroom is very spacious, we invited more than 500 people and it was not crowded. People can still walk comfortably. Very recommended if u guys want to held a wedding party or just to enjoy the hotel facilities!

I will give 5stars if Ciputra Hotel have light door for executive suite room. The last time when my family have staycation in there, kinda hard to open the heavy door. But they have comfy executive lounge..

I booked 2 rooms but only got one room on check in time. It took more than 1 hour to prep the other room. From the corridor to my room is full of the smell of cigar smoke. I found strain of hair and bugs on my bed. The bathroom is crusty on some parts. But the staffs are so helpful. They offered to oxonized the room to get rid of the smell. Although it didnt work. Overall, I feel dissapointed for a 4 star hotel.

Suitable for parents who want to bring their children because there is a kids' area, swimming pool and close to the Mall. Last but not least you should try the oxtail soup. Recommended!

My company regularly using Function room in Hotel Ciputra Jakarta for every semester meeting. The room is very proper for meeting (cozy and nice), audio system very well, all the meeting material is prepare very well (TV, screen, projector, notes, pencil). Besides all meeting materials, the food also very nice (lunch and coffee break, tea, etc). All of the staffs was very nice in service.....
