The location is strategic. The interior of the building and the room is simple and stylish, I like it. The room is not to spacious but I think it is enough for family with 1 kid like mine. The staffs are helpfull. The breakfast is various and the taste is also good. They also have swimming pool for kids. Perfect hotel for short getaway..

This hotel is always my first choice in Slipi area whenever I have business there. I loved how they applied health protocol. I also liked the breakfast although with all limitations during pandemic. There was also live music in Onyx bar....they also had good coffee. Their room was also clean.

Super love it. For corporate meetings, this is one if the best hotel with top-notch service. Thank to Bu Oliv who provides everything we need for our meetings. She help me much with every single things. The food here is also delicious. I love the breakfast here which has a lot of choices of eggs. From half-boiling it yourself, sunny side up, delicious omelette. The room is super comfy as well. Recommended!!

It's a very good hotel, nice staff, good service. The only problem was expensive, I don't understand why hotels in Jakarta are more expensive than Bali and other islands. This reason make us not stay in Jakarta as a traveler. I hope they revise the prices, I'm asking hotel manager, don't you think if you have full guests is better than having 10 guests?

I like the backside of the hotel. There are a swimming pool and gym available for guests, also some cozy spots. Very good spot for relaxing. The dining room is quite spacious. For standard rooms, it is not soundproof, we can hear sound from outside and adjacent room. Inside the room itself, I like the work desk. The rest of the room are quite ordinary. Breakfast foods are average. Shower room is small.

Good medium hotel, small room but have meeting room for office occasion, good sound system, good audio visual support, and the food I think is good enough. The place also easy to access, really near to slipi jaya plaza, tomang. We can easily access from palmerah station or karet station. The hotel staff are very friendly and the toilet are clean.

Attentive front desk staffs and room service crews. They could improve the customer comfort by: changing the lighting (it was slightly dim lights not in a romantic way, esp. the bathroom lights) + cleanliness (every corner of the room since once you open the curtain in broad day light, you can see the dusty corners). They also need to clean up the lifts regularly because heavy traffic on lifts and fingers of many people press those buttons. Location is great as it is right at the Slipi intersection. Easy to locate.

The place was comfortable and the view was quite nice. Unfortunately, the ambience was rather grim and dark. For me personally, it wasn't suitable for working that I would go straight to bed after spending hours outside. Other thing I concerned was its commitment toward Positive Hospitality. I tried to put my towel on the door handle so it wouldn't be changed. But still, I received new towel everyday. It's sad how their commitment was only gimmick. I hope the management really do something about it. As for the foods, it had many variations served for breakfast. There were Western, Indonesian, even Arabs. They all tasted wonderful. I spent three days staying here and I could say it was terrific experience.

The room is decent. Meeting Rooms are also not quite bad. The food is adequate and the selection is variative. My only concern is the supposedly non smoking floor was filled with the smell of cigarettes. That and the uncontrollable thermostat. Overall an adequate experience.

staying here for 6 night in my quarantine days...really glad that I've chosen Kimaya Slipi for the repatriation. The room is clean, comfy and all equipment functined well. The staff is really friendly and serve through their heart. Special thanks to Mr Deden that handle the situation after the earthquake so well. The food is in good taste..but it's a little bit too much for me that are on diet 😀. keep up your good service, and stay strong and healthy always. thankyou Kimaya ❤

Had a very good deal using Batur meeting room for about 3 weeks. Mr. Rayan (S&M) and Mr. Harry (FB Service) were really helpful and flexible in accommodating our needs. One minor thing is about the cleanliness of the meeting room area toilets, more frequent checking will do the purpose. The hotel itself is located in a very strategic location, really good for business purpose or family staycation on weekend.
