My
husband
and
I
have
often
stayed
in
Le
Meridien
when
we
travel,
but
this
is
by
far
the
greatest
experience
we’ve
had
so
far
(in
any
hotel
for
that
matter).
It
is
difficult
for
a
hotel
to
replicate
a
homey
feel,
but
we
felt
it
here
in
Le
Meridien
Jakarta,
as
if
we’ve
finally
returned
from
a
long
trip
and
warmly
welcomed
“home”!
Service
is
of
course
impeccable,
with
Hardika
going
all
out
to
help
us
with
getting
the
best
room
even
though
we
checked
in
late
at
night.
He
even
checked
in
with
us
the
next
day
to
see
how
we
are
doing
and
go
to
great
lengths
to
help
make
our
stay
comfortable
and
enjoyable.
Hardika
gave
us
an
excellent
start
to
the
stay,
and
just
as
we
thought
things
cannot
get
any
better,
our
room
service
team
(Astri,
Mia,
Felicia,
Kevin,
Vivi
and
Jennifer)
did
a
spectacular
job
in
cleaning
our
room,
and
Astri
left
notes
for
us
every
day
to
check
if
we
needed
anything
and
has
been
super
helpful
with
our
requests.
The
team
at
the
Lounge
has
also
treated
us
with
such
great
smiles
and
personable
service
each
time
we
visit.
They
always
remember
our
names
and
our
orders,
the
food
we
like,
and
are
so
very
genuine.
One
can
feel
the
passion
in
their
work,
that
they
are
not
just
working
for
the
sake
of
it,
but
so
genuinely
cared
about
the
guests’
well-being
and
served
the
guests
with
utmost
sincerity.
I’ve
really
enjoyed
being
welcome
by
Hanna,
Aldi
and
team
during
my
visits
at
the
lounge,
and
for
the
first
time
ever,
felt
sad
about
leaving
a
hotel!
Kudos
to
all
the
staff
at
Le
Meridien
for
making
our
stay
such
a
memorable
one,
it
is
unexpected
and
certainly
grateful
to
have
enjoyed
such
hospitality.
We
hope
to
have
the
opportunity
to
return
soon
to
‘catch
up’
with
our
friends
there!
