another to stay list. an affordable price, good ambience, aesthetic yet cozy room, oh i do love the swimming pool and the staffs are quiet friendly. it was my one of the best experience for having century park as my stay and safe place. surely, i'd love to be back here again ;)

Just in our 2nd night...they have few room categories, Superior, deluxe, executive and premium, all big names. When getting the premium room, what a disappointment. No fridge, twin beds, nothing. So asked for an upgrades. Was given the premium, and the room is big, but dated, bathroom quite old, some cracks on the floor. Oh, my husband saw a cockroach!! Freaked me out! Breakfast is so..so... But staff very to friendly and helpful. Service is is good. Definitely needs renovation

Started out with a long queue just to check in even though I already paid and register. Should’ve differentiate the line for first time registration and people who just picking up the room key. Then we got directed to lounge on the 16th floor, but also have to waited about 20 mins til the room is ready. When we got to the room, it was spacious and has nice view BUT for me the deal breaker was when we found 4 small cockroaches on different occasions in our room. That was horrible, I’ve never been to a hotel room and found cockroaches. Please mind your hygiene and pest control. then moved on to breakfast, it was a so so breakfast, food doesn’t offer many choices, it was super packed, barely got a seat, the taste was just okay. Ambience: 2/5 Room: 3/5 Food: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Room View: 4/5 Location: 5/5

Hotel is very dated and needs major renovation. Everything is damp - from ceilings on the corridors to the room, to the point where bedding feels damp. Single glazing making room loud. No black out curtains. Not enough drinking water. Breakfast crowded and understaffed - tables not cleaned on time so nowhere to sit.. running out of everything from coffee to cutlery and staff needs to be asked, as it's not enough of them to handle it. Internet not stable. Apart from location, there is not much to like.

The hotel is pretty dated, the service is okay, nothing special. Swimming pool is clean, but the bar there has limited beverages. Location is good, close to Senayan plaza and Senayan city if you care for some shopping.

I took a family staycation room and its nice package for family. the kids were happy with the benefit. nice room include with small indoor playground and a small bed with cute tent for them to play. we also get 2 set craft activities for kids to play in room and also afternoon meals for kids with various menu that can be choose and becoming their dinner. to bad we can not enjoy the weekend Cooking Class/ Gardening Class because we came on weekdays. but we do have a great time here. we'll definitely will come back for staying at Adventure Room later.

We spent two nights here on Adventure Jungle Room and I must say that everything was excellent.The hotel location is close to Senayan City Mall and FX Sudirman. As for the room, even though the interior quite old, but it is still surprisingly comfortable and spacious. The kids activity and kids afternoon meal was so excellent. Kiddos was very happy with the indoor playground. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a staycation in the city of Jakarta. Just an input to refurbish the room interior.

It's my second time stay at Century Park Hotel with my fam. The place is super cozy and clean, and the staff are super friendly. Had an awesome dinner experience with the fam, thanks to the warm welcome and great help from Ms. Ira. Totally recommend this hotel!

Having a staycation with kiddos in this hotel. Excellent services... This adventure jungle room is very worth... Should try for the staycation in Jakarta... love it... Old hotel but nice...

We had an opportunity to spend a night at this hotel. The location is prime, near the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium and Sudirman Street. The check in was so smooth and we got a beautiful room with a great view on level 15, room 1514 to be exact. The cleanliness was perfect, the aircon was working perfectly and on top of that we also got the complimentary dinner in their gorgeous lounge on level 16. The food served was all delicious and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for making our stay memorable.

The rooms are starting to show their age. Checking in revealed that the room booked from a respectable website didn't match the rooms they had. Fortunately, things got fixed quickly but we then found some issues with the AC not working well and the shower not working quite right. The breakfast was a really nice and language buffet with a strong focus on all the Indonesian favorites. It was the best part of the experience .

Spent new years’s eve, it took us 1.5 hour to check in, but we’re ok with it. We completely understand it’s a new year’s eve, & most likely the busiest time of the year for hotel biz, especially located in prime location. Hospitality was spot on, all staff welcomed with smile & greeting. Every time we pass by, staffs always show genuine hospitality. We loved it, keep it up! The building & facilities, however, need lots of work. Don’t really have to be a major renovation, but just some details touch up. I found many walls & baseboards already cracked & dented, so was the building as whole from the outside. The lobby area looked dirty. Lots of repainting would make the hotel look so much fresher. Many doors need to be recoated. Anyway, the best thing that saves this hotel would be its location & the staffs. The last time I visited here, it was about 15 years back. It flashed a clean & immaculate hotel.

I was disappointed with some aspects of my experience at your hotel, but I was also impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of your staff. Location: Excellent. Located in the city center,,with easy access to all parts of Jakarta. Especially Bung Ksrno Sports complex Building and rooms: The hotel is old, and it shows. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are worn, the colors are faded, and the ornaments and wood accessories look like they need to be replaced. The air conditioning in the room was cold, but the room had a damp smell. However, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, but some of the food did not taste as good as it looked. The bakery items were not crispy enough. The air conditioning in the breakfast area was also not very effective. The restroom area has a very peculiar smells. Staff: The hotel staff were helpful and kind. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay more enjoyable. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel unless you are getting a good deal on the price. The hotel is old and needs some refurbishment, However, the location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Recommendation: If you are looking for a hotel in a central location, I would recommend checking out some of the other options in the area. There are many newer and more modern hotels available, and some of them offer better value for money.

This hotel has everything it needs to be a great hotel: great and friendly staff all around, great food, and a good atmosphere. However, it is in great need of a refresh including AC systems, water piping, furniture etc. Get a makeover and this could be a great offer to the business district and attract a wider audience of executive travellers.

It’s a decent hotel close to the business district. I will not complain overly because the service was quick and helpful. All I will say that in some ways it’s age really shows, but if you’re just looking for a convenient stay and decent breakfast in the morning it’s worth the price.

hotel was kinda old, bathroom kinda smelled but was functional with strong water and heater and toilet bidet but rooms are very basic, breakfast wast okay for what it is just can't beat the location

First 2 nights when we arrived were good but when we returned for a single night before we flew out it was below par. Mainly from staff attitude - rude and unhelpful and even when I spoke to them about it they were very dismissive and didn't apologise or seem to care. Shame to go from very good to very poor in just over a week.

Apart from needing a facelift the place is very nice The room was spacious and clean. Just due for a decorative overhaul. The location is very nice. Surrounded by parks and greenery. Close to Malls and a supermarket and bus stop.

The hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from traditional dishes to continental delicacies. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the attentive staff ensured that I had a pleasant dining experience.

There was mold in my room, from the air-conditioning. Floor 10 are old rooms. As for something above floor 12 to get something half decent. When they changed my room to a more premium room, the air-conditioning was not working as it should, however all the furniture in there was not of a 4-star standard, but rather 3 stars.

If you have more time to decide, that would be better to find the other hotel near GBK. I couldn't write it all but IMHO, the main problem is in their management. The cleanliness of food stuff, bed arrangement for deluxe (twin bed put together instead of change to queen/king size bed for delixe room), hotel staff hospitality and friendliness to the customer, and many more that needs to be improved. Our family are not thinking to come back to this hotel.

Old fashioned hotel but still maintained. The AC in the lobby is not too significant for Jakarta's hot weather. Nice stay if you have to attend event at GBK (infront of gate 5)

This hotel is near the capital city and close to many mall, especially to Plaza Senayan, it took 5 minutes to get there by walking. Their staff is so well mannered they greeted u when u entering the hotel. Their room also huge and comfortable and the food had so many kinds and kid friendly too. Totally recommended for people who on business trips and families!

Great location since it’s near the business district and the malls. All are within walking distance. The rooms could use a little redesign though since it looks and feels dated. Overall a great place to stay.

We spent 2 nights in ocean-theme staycation room. Huge room for the whole family, lots of choices for in-room kids meals (which can be enjoyed by adults, too). Every amenities in the room was well-maintained and function well, though some was a bit outdated. Smaller kids need extra supervision when using swimming pool since there was no dedicated kids pool.

This Century Park Indonesia Hotel is really recommend in so many ways. It's so strategies place which near GBK and the main street . Not only have a great decoration room as well, authentic modern styles by using warm romantic woods this hotel but also have some good facilities such as swimming pool, ball room , playground for kids , nice restaurant with the best quality foods and deserts which make us really comfortable and relax . They also has very good service with hospitality and polite staffs who always ready to deserve us as the best guest. For me, this hotel is one of the best recommended hotel with the rate friendly price in the big city.

My parents always booked a room in this hotel whenever they went to Jakarta. First because it's close to the mall so it's easy for dining and shopping, and second because the hotel is nice. So this time we booked a Premium room because we need to have both the fridge and tea maker. When we checked in, I paid for an extra bed for 450 K per day because we were 3 people in the family. To my pleasant surprise, I got breakfast included with it. The premium room also has a lounge where you can get tea and snacks plus sandwiches in the afternoon and evening - for free. It was a great service. The room was clean and spotless, the bed comfy. The breakfast was alright but the coffee just so-so. The breakfast room was small, it's difficult to find seat. The check in and check out were smooth. It was also easy to get Blue Bird taxi. All in all, still recommended for stay.

The hotel is big and has many facilities such as swimming pool, lounge and breakfast. The swimming pool is perfect to use during the day because it's so hot outside! The view is incredible! Very spacious room, I really love it!

For these past 3 months me and my friend always choose Century hotel to swim almost every weekend. The pool is so clean and quite in the morning and for me this is the best place to swim in Jakarta! Also, I always met Pak Mugi and he is so helpful, kind, responsive and always gave us amazing service. Thank you century for the great pool and the service. surely I’ll always come back here!!

I was impressed by the hotel with such a concierge. I would like to use it again when I am on a business trip to Jakarta. Whenever we come to Jakarta we like to stay at Century park hotel because of the location,Swimming pool ( great for doing laps), breakfast local and western. Mr Andi and other staff there are very helpful and nice.

Great location for conference in the area. Cafe in lobby was great. Breakfast was alright. The rooms are dated and could use a massive upgrade. I used a iron and ironing board on the first day- and they said I had to return it in an hour, which I did, but the called me at 5:30am the following morning to ask me for it…which woke me up and ruined my day.

Stay in here for 2 nights with different kind of room. First night we stayed at family room, nice for family. Room applicable for 2 adult and 2 children. Second night we stayed at executive room with nice ambience, got happy hour with snacks, coffee and tea at 14.00 till 16.00 and 18.00 till 21.00.

Quite nice for an old hotel. Breakfast buffet was nice although it didn’t excel. Very very few meat choices, there’ll not be more than one per day. No bacon, of course. Very spread out to give the illusion of lots of variety. The lowest level rooms are ALL single beds and they ALL have no refrigerator. This is not clear on booking sites like Agoda. Thankfully the staff upgraded me for an extra (steep) charge. Rooms are huge as this is an old, but well maintained, hotel. Very close to FX Mall dining options and walkable to Senayan mall if malls are your thing

Had a great time staying here on my birthday. Overall a satisfying experience. Although breakfast could be improved especially on the beverages side. The coffee and tea offered at the lounge actually have better qualities.

The room with playground offered the best staycation experience for my 2 years old daughter where we can play excitedly all day long in the room, the art and craft packages were also great my daughter love them. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, the foods were good with lot of compliments. Will surely consider to have another staycation at Century Park Hotel.

Nice hotel with lovely view from my room at 14th floor. Breakfast just so so. Unfortunately, there's no vegetables salad available. Good ambience in the room. My family could sleep well. We love the swimming pool. Overall it's okay. Good staff, clean rooms, breakfast just okay, affordable price..

The service was excellent. Health protocol during covid 19 is great. Front office will give you health kit after check in, and meeting room also set following social distancing rule.

Room is neat & clean. Staff is friendly & helpful. Facilities are OK. I just find the food is not appetizing. It lacks variety. The taste is so-so. But i don't mind spending another night here. It's right in the city center 🙏❤

Affordable price. Book via the hotel's website for the cheapest price and all bookings are refundable. I've stayed for like 5 times here, my most fav among all Senayan's hotels due to its accessibility and comfort. Recently stayed in its Premium room, with safecation package that includes 4 pieces free laundry per day and daily snack at Kedai coffeeshop.

Room ok, breakfast not bad, large pool, but the parking area very limited so I have to park at different parking area approx. 50 m from the lobby.

Nice places & nice services. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. The facility is good and well maintained, even if looks old in design. The room is also spacious, clean, and tidy. The resto for breakfast is also well maintained. But the taste is so so, aren't bad but not that *sparkling* for my palette. Q

I stayed in Junior Sweet Room for a couple of days. The staffs were nice & helpful. Need a major improvement for the room & facilities such as more parking space area, renov the tennis court. There was a private birthday party event on 2nd floor, a bit noisy & the crowd a bit annoying during this pandemic situation.

A very pleasant surprise awaited my family and I at Hotel Century Park. We booked a family connecting rooms, which came with 2 rooms, a kids tent and 3 kids meal. The kids meal were HUGE and tasty, with wide variety of choices. The 2 single beds in the kids room were with kids duvet, + a small tent. My niece loved sleeping in the tent for 2 nights. We also had meals at Kedai Cafe, tasty and the prices were reasonable, and the Kedai staff were also friendly and accommodating of requests. Special thanks to Mas Hidayat and Mbak Mega at Front Office who facilitated extention of 1 more night of stay. Rooms were well appointed with good size. Improvement needed on carpets on the corridors, and some of the doors in common areas, as well as guest registration upon checking in. Overall, a spectacular stay! Will definitely return!

Pros: Love the room bcos it is clean, spacious and comfy. The breakfast is quite varied and good too. The staffs are very nice. Health protocol is okay. Cons: Not enough parking spot at the hotel, we need to walk to the back of the hotel. Not so convenient since this is rainy season.

Friendly and helpful Reseptionist and room service. Restaurant needs to provide more food options. Swimming pool need life guard since the floor tilted from 80cm to 180cm without delimiter. Lack of Car Parking area. Close to Culinary place and Office Center.

Nice and cozy place with luxury furniture's inside. But it doesn't have a plenty parking lot around this hotels so you have get in and out to another parking lot, very hard if you bring a lot baggage and. And if you get here during PPKM it's hard to find best path to get here, you should go around to find opening lane

Really enjoyed the service. The Adventure room & kids activity was really enjoyable not just for my kids but also the parents :) Also, special refreshment is really delightful. Breakfast time was a bit peak, but the staff managed to get us a VIP room, really really appreciate it. I wish you could have kids swimming pool soon.

My stay at the hotel was wonderfull, there is no fault to raise in terms of the room. But, the breakfast, that is another issue. The quality of the fruit was not so great (not fresh), lack of variety and in terms of taste either too salty or too sweet or blant.

The workers are not so helpful. Food was standard. Their marketing was so sucks. We had booked the meeting for our event two weeks prior. It was a big event. We ordered 75 pax for two days in Ballroom. Then, day-1 they moved our meeting room to another room because of miss communication between them!!! The replacement room was far from convenient for more than 75 people. Therefore, we will not recommend you to held some big event here!!! Very risky since their marketing cannot trusted!! BHAY

Visited from Singapore in July 2022. The rooms are dated and a lack of maintenance shows. The breakfast buffet is not very nice. There were cockroaches in the bathroom in the night. Hotel was much better last time I stayed in 2016. The rooms themselves are spacious and the staff helpful.

Pick premium class room known as starry night room is two room with connecting door. One room for children room, one room for parents fit for 4 adults 1-2 kids. An old hotel yet restored so that its look like modern and homey place that suit with you and your family to staycation in the middle of busy days. Be aware of cockroach

Comfortable and good standard hotel among the alternative options in Central Jakarta. Although getting old (maintenance works begins to be required) facilitires remain at good level. Good and diverse breakfast, good swiming pool, good overall service, good location Missing a bar/place to stay in the evening

A fairly old hotel run by a very accommodating team in a top location. The rooms were large and comfortable as were the beds. Unfortunately we found issues with bugs and air conditioning on separate nights. The staff however quickly rectified each problem and offered us a quick upgrade. The breakfast is great with a good amount of options ranging from local breakfast staples to western options (much better then what you could find for extortionate prices in London. See Sudu review). The location is next to GBK stadium meaning you can join in with all the fitness activities that take place within that complex. It's also next to FX Mall which is decent and also 15 minutes from Senayan MRT station which is a game changer in terms of getting around. It's a shame about the bugs and how dated parts of the hotel are, but the staff more then make up for this and the location is prime so I could see myself staying here again.

Waiting to get welcoming drink its more terrible almost half hour waiting ,very bad services, and only get 2 glass altough we are 4 me,my wife and 2 kids. 3. The room floor is very dusty, i have to mop it by myself. 5. The animal dolls even worse its very dirty and dusty, bean bag also empty no cotton inside it. 6.Only provide 3 towel ,when i ask 1 more towel for my kid the staff rejected immediately. 7. The Ac also very dirty. 8. I ask the staff if there any complimentary on 2 july because its our wedding anniversary and they said we can not set anything for you. 9. And more worst we received letter that inform me must check out at 12pm Me and my family its having bad experienced staying in Century Park Hotel,will not stay anymore and will not recommended to my friends, family or others.

The overall experience was satisfactory. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and had to rush for a meeting at 11 am. The front desk staff managed to get my room ready so I could get refreshed and change for the meeting. Only the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved as I could still see hair and dust on the floor when I got into my room. Thank you very much

Recommend this hotel as it was fantastic value for money. The location is across the road from a sports park, perfect for stroll or jog under the shade of trees most of the way. I had a one-day meeting at this hotel. This is an old hotel inside and out. We felt the outdated facilities, from the elevator, meeting room to the bedroom (see pictures). It definitely needs a significant rennovation. The foods both in the meeting room and in buffet restaurant were not exceptional. So were the services. The only advantage was its prime location.

As many may know that Jakarta is a bustling city and since it's the Capital of Indonesia....one might want to stay where it's convenient to shopping malls, friends to pick you up for dinner, etc etc. Century Park Hotel is well situated and the price is right. A little bit old but the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff 1st class service really compensate for the oldness of the building. Well done !! I will definitely come back again.

Frankly speaking. This hotel is merely only value on where the location is. Near Senayan GBK and many Malls to easy find the culinary purposes. But eventhough the room is big but the comfortness is less. Kindly very old look. The shower is broken, the kettle is not clean, the floor is somehow feels not clean and it seems they are not well maintenance either. Should need some improvement and upgrade to catch up with level of new hotel's standard. Keep to improve!

The hotel is old but it's not a big deal. Location is very good, service is very good. Breakfast is amazing. The minus is the WiFi, pretty poor quality. Disconnect so many time. Speed is "ok" but that's not stable at all

Generally, I enjoy my stay, good service for the price. The Room a bit old fashion but very spacious. Although It was just a bit noisy next to the conference room having Microphone but the team was nice to suggest changing my room. There is very Nice Japanese restaurant with a reasonable price. Few points could be better: The swimming pool close really too early (6Pm) so I could not enjoy having a swim after a day of work. Another point a bit annoying: I had to pay for all extra (Coffee shop bar: Would have been better to be able to put on the Hotel bill). But generally, if you considered the location, the good service, the size of the room, it was really worth it.
