Last
time
I
was
here
had
issue
with
air
con.
Still
not
fixed
months
later.
Lifts
hot
and
sweaty,
corridors
hot
and
humid
and
room
won't
get
cool,
not
comfortable
to
sleep
in.
Eventually
move
me
to
the
other
wing
where
con
works.
Breakfast
area
next
morning
hot
and
sweaty,
uncomfortable
and
lots
of
mosquitos
as
well
as
in
the
rooms,
barely
slept
as
bitten
several
times
thru
night.
Next
day,
there
is
a
wedding
on
the
lower
floors
and
only
one
lift
in
service.
Had
to
wait
more
than
15
minutes
to
return
to
our
room
as
the
wedding
guests
hogged
the
only
one
remaining
lift
with
assistance
from
the
staff
on
the
3rd
floor.
If
this
was
an
average
hotel
I
would
not
be
so
bothered,
but
this
is
meant
to
be
a
5
Star
hotel
and
a
Pullman
at
that.
The
standard
is
well
below
what
a
Pullman
or
indeed
any
accor
hotel
should
be
and
in
very
surprised
that
such
a
strategically
located
hotel
is
so
badly
operated.
Will
not
be
staying
here
again.
Downgraded
from
2
stars
to
1
star.
These
guys
are
hopeless.
After
a
sleepless
night
with
a
room
full
of
mosquitos,
I
asked
for
my
room
to
be
sprayed.
I
come
back
tonight,
see
mosquitos
flying
around.
I
ask
for
spray
to
get
rid
of
them
myself.
30
minutes
and
now
3
calls
to
front
desk
I'm
still
sat
here
waiting
with
no
spray.
How
hard
is
it
to
bring
some
OFF
to
a
room!?
Completely
awful
experience.
Avoid
this
hotel,
so
many
better
options
in
the
area
