I am a traveller who has stayed almost all the hotel along Wahid Hasyim among the same rate, but this hotel has come out as the most disappointing. Not just that the room is full of baby cocroaches and bugs, it's so dusty and the floor is sticky. Worst of all, it doesn't comes with a fridge, whereby they replied the fridge is out of stock. A compartment for the fridge but it was not available.Yes i must say the staff was attentive and polite but the overall management is terrible. I have prebooked a room on Agoda on the 2nd but I have to wait till 3rd to have my room. Due to no room available. I didn't blame the staff but the overall management of this hotel owner. I have stayed almost a month for the hotel next to this and along this street. At least Ashley, Stanley, Akmani or Verse Luxe , Holiday Inn or even Swiss belinn at the same rated are much much more better. My most horrible experience with this hotel and I am qualified to review with my longest stay at all the hotel on this street for a year.

Great location, but not for the room. Interior is old & needs maintenance

Overall it's a good hotel, you are getting what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Breakfast is very acceptable and can be good at times. The variety is good too. They try to keep the hotel clean but what can you expect from a vintage hotel. The Internet speed was decent for my two kids to do homeschooling.

Room looks like old. Bed size at room too small and look not clean. Air conditioner too noisy. At bathroom found little croach. Breakfast not many choices. Just have a good location, near to Sarinah and Sabang

Bedroom was tidy and comfortable in a city centre hotel near Sabang with affordable price. Breakfast with lots of variety foods were all tasty and delicious. But I think wallpaper in the lobby and near elevator needs to be redesigned, so that it will look more elegant

It is located strategically near commuter train station, government offices and restos at the heart of central Jakarta

The room was quite nice, not too big, but sufficient for a solo traveler like me, the room wasn't really soundproofed so that I could hear kids screaming and footsteps all night. I checked in around 7 pm and the guy at the front desk looked kinda unhappy....he could've used a bit of smile at least. I stayed here for two nights with breakfast...the breakfast was good, but the menu was more or less just the same for two days straight. Not too much variety of breakfast but that was enough for me. The security there was really nice and helpful. Location is the best part of this place. It's located literally near to every tourist places like Monas, Istiqlal mosque, Sarinah, etc.

We stayed at this Ibis for one night and honestly i’m happy it was just one night. Don’t get me wrong the personnel and service was excellent. Yet the room was very small, dirty, awful view and dreadful bed to sleep on. Plus the shower was quite old (yet functional)

Just okay. I like their spacious lobby. An average breakfast area and the outdoor dining area nearby the pool. The room is just okay and quite big. i love the clock thingy where we controlled the lamp and everything. Old ambience. No good view, only the building across. Bathroom small and quite dark. Strategic place, nearby some attractions and foods are everywhere.

My first experience in Jakarta couldn't have been any better. Even with 5 day quarantine the entire staff from management to maintenance were absolutely perfect. Everyone working here is kind and pleasant. Always trying their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A young man named Rivaldo was especially helpful and charismatic. 3 star Hotel rooms are more or less the same anywhere you go, what set Ibis apart was the staff. Charming and always smiling and helpful. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. BOOK YOUR ROOM WITH CONFIDENCE!!!❤

Very strategic location good hotel room not spacious but clean and ok the service was good. Small pool and breakfast ok many variety of food.

Very upset .. The handle of shower doesn't work again... so we don't get shower properly only use the wash basin for hot water & hand jet toilet.. Before we have to called the reception to fix it in the afternoon after we check/ in this time my staycation really bad...

After all Ok, but the bathroom a little not clean. The recepcionist women not friendly. So we're not comfortable enough. The food is Ok.

Not sure about the room but the meeting room was quite nice. They have good sound system, good projector, the food also. The restaurant’s dish surprisingly good.

It was not a good experience. When we were there, there was a shooting and the hotel management didn't even inform us prior to our arrival. On top of that, nobody was in charge to help us to carry our luggages till my husband finally decided to get the trolley by himself to the room. Every time we passed the lobby, we were forced to wait to pass by. Until the day we left the hotel, nobody even told us what was happening nor even apologized for the inconvenience caused. It's the sampe of bad gesture and customers service.

Came here for a meeting. Seems like old hotel but still good and clean. There are parking lots in basement but not so spacious just like other hotels along Wahid Hasyim Rd. The food is very good, especially the Dory with Sambal Dabu Dabu.

Stayed there for 1 night around February or March, they were still under Accor but then they dropped off from Accor. The room was kinda basic and old, AC wasn't even that cold, bathroom was function without any problems, bed was good enough, but if you want to charge few items you would need an extension cord cos the plugs were kinda limited and no bedside power plugs. Breakfast was OK, but for the price you get a pool and a gym, that's exceptional to have in a budget hotel. But, the main selling point was probably the strategic location, it's located only a few minutes walk to Jalan Sabang, Sarinah Building and Sarinah Busway Station.

The location is strategies. Looks like an old hotel but the room is not bad. When I came here I have to wait for appr. 30-40 mins to get the room ready. But the staffs here were nice.

I had my quarantine here. The room is the basic basic room. The bathroom door cannot be closed, the hair dryer cable is exposed. I hope they only do this because we are there for the quarantine. But I think they should still do a better job providing services.

Dear Tamarin Hotel Jakarta team, Bad first impression on the reservation service, my family and I booked 7 rooms at this hotel, before we checked-in my brother and his wife had confirmed it a few days ago with the front desk staff name was Rizaldi who promised to fulfill the rooms according to our request, 7 rooms same floor. However, when we checked-in, it turned out that we had to argue with the staff in charge Putro and one lady staff(I don't know her name)who didn't know about our request regarding rooms in the system which is no hand over properly between them(really not professional), our rooms had to be separated on different floors we could not get the twin room as per booked. Her service really notably poor lack of friendliness to handle this matter, she could improve interaction by smiling and generous manners and need to be trained more! We booked 7 rooms for me and family, imagine facing very bad service from her can only say "wait a minute" too many times during check on the system in front of her! I hope these aspects are considered for enhancing guest satisfaction. Finally thanks to Iin Housekeeping staff who made me smile with her hospitality on the 3rd floor, she was helpful 👍
