Checked in, then told the room was not ready. I just stood there as the lady who checked me in disappeared. I was expecting her to come back, after 15 minutes I asked other check in staff what was happening, they called around and told me it was going to be another 15 minutes so I sat in the lobby in their direct line of site. An hour later I'm still waiting, at no time did the other check in staff, just standing there approach me, or inform me of the room availability. At this point I may add there was 2 to 3 staff at check in who were not busy. Unless I went back to the counter and asked for an update I would still be there. You can stay down the road at the aloft south Jakarta for the same price and a much better hotel in terms of cleanliness, service and facilities.

Great comfortable room upgrade at Privilege. The breakfast variations really good, I like dimsum and jamu (traditional health drink corner) . All staffs were recognized my family during stay. Nearby poin square also, so we can go there for everything we needs by walk around 3 minutes only.

I was staying for 4 nights due to quarantine. Paid 8.9 million rupiah for those period. The whole experience was terrible. First day they give us a stinky, dry and old fried cake that my bf almost puke from the smell so i left the note for them to not serve that ever again. Everyday they served cold food tho i called them and ask to warm up the food or at least give warmer rice not a hard cold rice! But they never try to improve and kept serving dead cold food. Oh also the food is not just cold but also not very tasty, especially the breakfast, the egg is almost disgusting because it taste nothing, its smell, its wet and its cold. Just like one of those old food from the previous day 🤢. The internet is awful. I was using the open wifi "mercure" and when i had a zoom call, the internet kept cutting off. Its even buffering to watch Netflix or you tube. So i called and the receptionist give me the mercure office one. But it wasn't that good either so i kept switching wifi between the two. The room is tiny. Its 24sqm so yeah cant even lie 2 suitcase on the floor. The whole experience is bad because the service they gave is not match with their price. they dont listen, they don't care about the guest and they treat the quarantine guest like a prisoner almost. I dont think anyone deserve to eat what they serve Especially for paying over 2 million per day for 2 person. Seems like they make the food horrible in purpose so you buy their food from their restaurant with an extra charge of course. And btw they charge 70k for a freaking coffee. I had covid before in bali and quarantine from bakung resort kuta (paid by the government). That hotel serve better! They give warm food and snack twice a day. Unless mercure! My suggestion is. If you can't serve tasty food, at least serve it warm. If its too much work for you, then put microwave in the room.

Enjoyed my five-day stay here. The rooms are very clean and the service was great. I just wish they cleaned their outer windows so I could a nice photo of the view from the room. 😊

the meeting rooms are representative, the taste of the food in the restaurant is also not bad, it just needs to be improved to a good level of service, to make it more friendly & informative. very strategic location with the hotel entrance very close to the toll road exit

We recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, very well located and easy access to main roads. Hospitality, cleanliness is superb the room itself is very well sound proofed we barely hear any noise from the street in from of the hotel. Definitely a very good hotel alternative for business or short stay in Jakarta

It's a business travel and already 2 times stayed here. This week will be the 3rd time. Things need to be improved: 1. Cleanliness in the bathroom (found small cockroaches in both of my stays) 2. Gym need to be renovated. Old machines. 3. Food variety for breakfast must be improved. 4. TV Channel quality. Very very bad.

The hotel needs some updating, it’s a decent, midsize hotel, and a good location for what we needed. I wish that there were more dining options, and that housekeeping was better at replacing all items after each visit.

What a nice experience to book a last minute meeting on Mercure Simatupang. A fast response and great assistance. It’s close to MRT Fatmawati and exit tol. It’s on 19th Floor, inside the cafe and behind the Gym. It has a nice atmosphere and during break, we could sightseeing from 19th floor. Fortunately, there weren’t many visitors on 19th floor. The meeting room is standard, but the service is excellent during the meeting. Unfortunately, the mic from other meeting room got through ours, so it’s a little bit annoying. The lunch menu is ok, the salad is delicious and I gave you 9/10 for ice cream! So, booking a meeting room in Mercure gave a good impression. PS: contact Ms iiftoifa, she’s good! This hotel is awesome. The location is perfect. The breakfast is very complete with many choices of food and drink. The swimming pool and the cafe at the rooftop is the best.

Went here for a sudden short 1-day stay, definitely a good place to go. Booked my room from ALL app on 6PM, check in is seamless at 6:30PM and I got my room immediately. Staffs are super nice and kind. I had my superior single bed room, it’s huge and overlooks the Lebak Bulus - Fatmawati main street. Room is clean and all amenities are on place. The room is on top floors so roadside noise are low. Facilities such as gym and pool are adequate, not the best for it’s price but okay. Breakfast is decent, lots of choice to have from Indonesian, Western, to Chinese food. Check out is seamless and hassle free. Overall Mercure Simatupang is a good spot for business or leisure stay.

Location close to MRT station, some malls, Toll & Supermarket. So no need to worry if you need something, easy to get. Recommended for business staying.

The hotel are located in strategic place. It’s near from mrt station Mr Reza are so helpfull during my kids school event. Other staff also handy and giving good service. for guest who bring own car,they provide free parking for the guest. Breakfast are quite variety and also good taste

The check in process was smooth, the hotel upgraded me into Privillage room because my platinum accorplus level, nice. The room itself was spacious, clean, and neat, the minus from the room is the air cond is not so cool (room number 401), it will not effect us on the night, but on the afternoon of the next day the room temp getting warm, not nice. The rain shower also need to be taken care of, because there are a lot of hole weren't able to pass through the water. The food from the breakfast was good, there are a lot of choices, and the tastes was also nice. I also try the restaurant to have a lunch, the food was good, the minus part is the waiting time to get the food ready is take a quite alot of time, i hope it will be improve next time. Overall, it was a nice stay with Mercure

Dear Mercure Simatupang, First of all, i am trully impress with their services. they gave me my all request such us early check in, high ceiling floor, and smoking floor. i really appreciated. there is a problem with my SDB, however their duty manager i forgot his name and ENG team was really fast respond to fix it. also he offer me a welcome drink since i am holding silver membership. however, Just insight from me, I Think as hotel in 4 stars, mineral water should be unlimited provide for their guest. i only received 2 bottles mineral water 330ml for a day. some hotels have another idea to put some dispenser in their corridors if u feel providing additional water is adding your cost. I ask to reception for extra mineral water, however he said that there is additional charges for water. Please put my suggestion as something that need to improve in the future Thanks a lot cheers Irpan

My 2nd time at Mercure Simatupang and i really like the room, it has a big window. Also for the Indonesian food you served for breakfast, its tasteful! Always love your Semur, grilled chicken, and siomay.

Room is clean but toileteries (shampoo and shower gel - big bottles on wall - totally empty). Coffee house - not recommended - many baby cockcroaches running about the buffet table with food.

My hotel room was very dirty. Cleaning was not properly done. Quite disappointing for a Mercure. Stains on the wall, mold in the bathroom and the room, stain on bed sheet and on the chair.

Good location walking distance to KMN (eye hospital). Buffet breakfast standard good there is an egg stations, enough varieties to choose. Unfortunately the dimsum ran out and didn’t get refill even after I asked. Room is quiet clean with ok amenities Employees are friendly and welcoming

We have been here in the mandatory quarantine. The communication over whatsapp with the hotel manager was amazing, everything smooth and without any problems! They provided sometime even too much food, all delicious! The room is OK for two, clean and the hygiene standards high. We also had nice view from our room :)

We found the room to be comfortable, clean and everything was in working order. However, booked as a couple, we found the room was prepared for only 1 person. We need to request for additional hand and bath towels, sandal. The buffet breakfast was quite complete and good tasting. There is an automatic coffee machine provided for black coffee as well cappuccino and latte.

I'd spent 5 days last week in Mercure for quaranteen and found their service staffs outmost friendly & helpful, with cookings adequate for Asian palate. The management is very strict regarding regulation, which I respect. The privilege package is sufficient for one person. The room was clean & comfy, and the hotel is also really nice. No complain from me.

Close to Lebak Bulus MRT Station, so bad I didn't get to try it because i arrived late Access to Soekarno Hatta Airport is also quite good. Besides the good location and view, duty manager doesn't even nod or even greets me during checking in, room was small, cockroach infested, clogged drainage, and very poor insulation for noise from outside, overall disappointed and will be my last visit there. Kapok!

Stayed for two nights for my business trip. Hotel was fabulous from beginning until my departure. Staff was friendly, complete facilities and surrounded by mall, MRT and Transjakarta. Highly recommended !

1. I stayed at Suites and it is tremendously spacious. It is designed with modern style and equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and cooking and dish utensils which is truly helpful for family vacation. 2. Breakfast is quite spread but no speciality that makes it unique. 3. Swimming pool is located on the floor 19, the same level with the roof top bar. It is small and built for decorative intention rather than its functionality. 4. Staffs are helpful and responsive 5. Location is strategic, close to MRT Lebak Bulus Station and Point Square. Besides, it is next to the Pondok Pinang Exit Toll to Lebak Bulus and Swissbel Simatupang

Stayed here for 4 nights. Cons: Location is far from CBD - booking a Grab is tough during rush hour. There was no bell service to assist me with my stuff upon check-in. The A/C takes a while before the room gets cold. There were flies in the buffet. No convenience store near the hotel, had to buy water thru Grab Mart. Pros: The bed was comfy and the pillows too. There’s a rooftop bar and buffet downstairs. Staff was nice and accomodating.

Well, the room is clean and the noteworthy things to know are the breakfast have quite have a variety, starting from cereals, pasta, and well ofc indonesian breakfast (soto, nasi goreng, and so on).

Mercure Simatupang is a great hotel with friendly staff. The room is nice, clean and comfortable with city landscape view. The restaurant serve lots of variant dishes and beverages from local to international. It only take around 15 minutes to the shopping mall (poins square) Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here!

Overall our stay is great. Food choice and breakfast is amazing. The rooftop was amazing, small swimming pool with private vibes mixed with a cool sky view from Karumba Bar. Staff was polite and helpful. Walking distance to MRT station and mall. Room was spacious enough. Hope will be back soon!

6 days quarantine in this hotel before going to offshore. Overall is good. The room is clean and the food is delicious and they provided lots of food. But the air conditioner is too cold even at 29C

The hotel is quiet and beautiful...the most beautiful thing about it is the restaurant and the hospitality staff in it, especially the employee Sabrina, who was very respectful and professional in her work and elegant treatment...the food was wonderful, especially the Indonesian food...as for the reception staff, the reception was not good...I felt like I was Inside a police station. Very serious no smile... Overall the hotel is nice and worth a visit again
