Good service but the rooms smells of cigarettes, towel, pillow, bed etc so its a bit uncomfortable for me to stay more than 1 night. The bad ibis that i have been stayed

Services was nice...But after we saw our rooms..Oh discuting ..Filthy bad, filthy towels, aircon not working..Everywhere else Ibis have better standart...But maybe its because Jakarta its also dirty city ? I dont know..But after we saw the rooms we dont want to eat or order massage there..

So many times stay in Ibis Jakarta Senen, I love this hotel very much, the room was clean, all the staff is kindly and full help, and one Manager Mr Deden he is a very friendly manager and always cheerful, thank you Mr Deden, for his service and hospitality while I was there, see you again.

Amazing experience at Ibis Jakarta Senen. Very spacious location. Had good Restaurant. Staff was very coordinating. Had no issues at all with them.Fully satisfied with the services provided . Ambience was really nice , staff was really polite from Mr Vijay. I really enjoyed very much 3 stars for Ibis Jakarta Senen hotel, Interior of hotel is well designed and quiet unique. Good budget hotel for business trip. I have stayed on many Ibis hotel in Indonesia. This one is below average for me. First time enter the room, bad odor really annoying. The breakfast is not Ibis standard, they have no sausage like other Ibis hotel. Egg station staff not standby on his position, and when I ordered the egg, half cooker sunny side up egg was overcooked, omelete was overcooked either. Croissant is very hard to bite unlike fresh croissant which is crisp outside soft inside. Facilities inside the room is standard like other Ibis which is okay for me. I hope they improve their service, at least like other Ibis hotel in Jakarta, which has high standard for budget hotel. Location is very strategic, next to 24/7 McDonald’s.

The location was the only think good on this place for me. The room was really small and tight for 2 people. The bathroom was portable bathroom. They only have one type room. The breakfast was complete and it taste good

It's located in Jakarta Pusat albeit not in the center of most office buildings or main governments office but close enough, around 15 mins motor bike from Tanah Abang Station, 20 mins to Grand Indonesia ( light traffic ). Room is older but in a good shape, cold AC, not much noise inside, good water heater n water pressure. There is a water machine for unlimited supply of drinking water. I didnt have my breakfast but I ate at the McD just 1 min walk from the hotel instead. But, I saw the spread and it was kinda basic n standard, save ur money to eat elsewhere. Service was good, I am a silver member and entitled for welcome foods n drink, I checked in around 9PM and they offered to send the fruit to my room instantly. The next morning they sent my americano to my room as well.

I am exasperated. I tried emailing them, calling them. No one picked up despite calling them numerous time for a span of more than one hour. I sent 4 emails in the span of 3 days and they have not replied. Do they even have customer service? I complained to the main Accor reservation line; they cant seem to do anything. Hey Ibis Senen people. If I give a one star review here, would you FINALLY bother replying my emails and calls?? All I would like to do is enquire about my booking!

Staff hospitality should be improved more. It's not that hard to throwing smile to everyone with more friendly tone. Room is clean but soap dispenser did not work properly. The bed and pillow sheets also need for a better laundry. Anyhow, still worth the price. Not too bad overall but cannot give five stars yet.

I am frustrated for Ibis Senen's poor complaint management. The construction of the road leading to the basement parking lot is too high that it damaged my car's bumper, although I have been guided by the security when driving my car to the basement. I have delivered this concern to Manager on Duty (MOD) on that day (21 Dec 2021). The MOD only apologized and only offered me a fried rice and restaurant discount if I ever visit the hotel again, without compensating the damages of my car, even though I have offered the MOD to compensate only the insurance fee which worth Rp 300.000,-. Thus, through these experiences, I see that Ibis Senen Jakarta is unprofessional and I feel aggrieved

It took me more than 30mnts to get my room sprayed with air freshner. The bed sheet was dirty. Is this really ibis red?

good hotel for leisure, near train station, bus way transportation, atrium plaza mall, Senen market, food culinary, you just need to park your car at the hotel, then walk 5 - 10 minutes to reach all of those

i come to this place for training from the office, so i dunno about the quality of the rooms. the service are okayish, on the receptionist, most of employee not gonna greet you till you ask for informations. the food are tasty for my taste and the place are small, easy to access from the road.

If you want to stay at Jakarta City, choose Ibis Jakarta Senen, you will never regret it. The best place & comfortable for you and your family

Great Services but the rooms seem too small for two persons with portable bathroom inside

I was just in quarantine for 7 days. Room has good bathroom with hot water. There was no ventilation, less cooperative staff also food was not fresh.

It stay here for 5 days under mandatory quarantine, for foreigner entering Indonesia during this pandemic. Food was teribble, as same menu/type of food served after 2 days, dull and tasteless. Worst thing, customer service terrible, during check-out process, where reception far from responsive. Elavator locked, emergency door locked and can't imagine if any emergencies occured and to be evacuted. Bottomline, don't stay here unless no other hotel available. Worst experience.

I gotta say it's a pretty good experience staying here. All in all it was a pretty good stay, I just think they need to improve/fix some things in my room on 7th floor. The sink was functioning but for some reason the plug was a bit stuck, the shower was good but there was no hot running water during my stay there and due to the nature of the shower booth was a bit of getting used to, I think the bottom part was a bit uneven and hollowed so some places feels like it could break the floor. Was lucky to get parking also, I don't really know why they closed the underground parking.

Stayed here for 22 days for self isolation at 9th floor. Helpful staff, proper room, strong wifi connection, and I enjoyed a nice view to the street as well. Too bad the linen quilt was too thin and the room wasnt soudproof. I clearly heard my neighbor laughing or talking on phone, also when their alarm ringing at 3 am btw.

I love how this hotel apply health protocol. The room was clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable. All staffs were friendly. The service was great although I could see that the staff worked there were less than usual.
