I recently stayed at this hotel to conduct training and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy king-sized bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel also had a great spa center which I took advantage of during my stay, and I was always greeted with a smile and kind words from the staff I encountered. It was clear that customer service was a top priority for this hotel, which really made my experience that much better.

This hotel right in full swing after pandemic. The deluxe room is spacious and clean with good amenities. I took relaxing massage which was surprisingly good. They adhere safety protocol neatly. Spa staff Nine and Piñon went extra miles to welcome us, make us feel comfortable throughout our treatments. Highly recommend!

The hotel’s swimming pool area has a very nice garden to walk around in the morning/afternoon. We brought wheelchair for our father to walk around the garden to get some sun. The ambience was nice. The swimming pool’s staff was super nice and very helpful. When we got here, it was not very crowded so it was a very pleasant experience for us. Will definitely come back if we got the time. :)

Came for my friend weeding party. Room and service were good but not that great. Especially if you already used to A+ hotel, they seem to be a bit above mediocre for 5 star. Nothing stand out. Foods from them 3.4 - 3.8/5. Some of em kinda meh. But what did u expect from 'fine dining buffet'.

My stay in the hotel was due to the Indonesian quarantine regulations. Even though I was locked in a room, the service personal invested their highest effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. As expected for Fairmont the food and the rooms were top of the line. Special appreciation for Rio, a young man who made my day with his happiness and his professionalism.

Great room, great service and great location but why I'm not giving 5 stars? The negatives: Firstly it's the first 5 star hotel I've been where they locked the fridge. I don't get it, i guess you will only unlock it if we bought something from your mini bar? But how do we even going to buy if you LOCKED the fridge???? Where's the logic behind it? One of the linen on my bed was ripped. One of the automatic curtain was not working. Lunch at Spectrum was a bit disappointing as well. The positives: Great gym for hotel standard, bit lack of machines variety to my liking but it's good enough, clean and cold water available. Spacious bedroom, well designed and thoughtful. Great service from the floor staffs, but the front end staffs, especially receptionist could be better. Great location and easy access to Plaza Senayan through the tunnel.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed while in Jakarta. From the excellent welcome services (Thank you Tania), to the ever accommodating nature of all staffs! Rooms were spacious and with a wide range of channels on offer. Room service was very efficient and fast. The K22 bar is a definitely a great place to chill, especially at night over some live music. The connection underpass makes heading to the shopping centre a breeze and with so many shops!! Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay!! Will be back again soon.

Went to K22 for drinks. Location was good but staff will try and take advantage of you. I ordered drinks at the bar and my partner was approached by a waiter and he likewise ordered. We advised them of a double order but refused to take it out of our bill saying it has been put in the registry. Avoid this hotel at all cost especially the bar on L22!

We had the most pleasant stay at Fairmont Jakarta. The suite is very clean and is facing a golf course, makes for a fantastic view! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and the staffs gave us a little surprise in the room. The handwritten welcome message and birthday wish on the mirror was a nice touch! Our daughter was happy when she read it. Location is great too! Next to Plaza Senayan and short walk to Senayan City. Thank you for looking after us for the duration of our stay.

I am so glad that we stayed in Fairmont Hotel for my first time in Jakarta. People were so helpful and kind. I enjoyed the breakfast as well as the in-room dining. There is a spa in the hotel and I recommend taking a massage before you leave. Everybody was super professional! The hotel has an internal gateway to a shopping mall where you can find many different brands, restaurants and some services such as a hairdresser and a nail salon. It has also a food market which is quite big. We also tried a Chinese restaurant and the roof bar. The bar has so much variety in cocktails and liquors. Many thanks to the hotel management and employees for making us super comfortable during our stay!

I stayed for more than a week at this hotel, for work, and everything was excellent. From the room service menu, the laundry, up to the food at the House of Yuan Restaurant. The room was clean, and the ambiance was peaceful. Also, I love the architecture. The art piece on the lobby makes me feel good every time I enter. Stayed here like 3 years ago when covid just started and right before the lockdown. Best hotel i've ever stayed in. The room is so comfy and nice. They gave me free chocolate this one time and it was so good.

This hotel is very good for healing with friends and family. the view from outside the hotel is very nice and serene. very friendly service. Nothing much to say about top of the line chain hotel from Accor group. Everything was excellent as expected. Stayed just 1 night with the kids to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the friendly staff gave us a warm gift at the room with some decorations, a couple notes, and some complementary gifts, which was highly appreciated, thank you so much! Stayed in the suite, room is very spacious, with very nice smell and clean. If anything, vibes in the hotel is more professional than it is family-friendly, i feel like business travelers will enjoy more staying at this hotel compared to family with kids. But overall still great experience and no complaints.

Been staying in Fairmont hotels several times in different cities. This is the first time we stayed in Fairmont Jakarta. The room is spacious and cozy. Just that we stayed in the room facing to the road and it’s quite noisy at night which woke me up in the middle of the night because of loud motorbike noise. The service and facilities are superb as expected. Staffs friendly with my family. The housekeeping always does a splendid job. I feel that they have a hidden door (do they? lol) somewhere in the room that they always find a way to clean the room without us noticing or even when we just stepped out from our room for a while. Breakfast is another enjoyable experience for us. The waiter even remembered that I ordered oatmeal porridge for my baby and he asked me again whether I wanted it or not. That’s a personalized experience that my family enjoyed a lot. The facilities like gym, sauna, pool are clean and maintained properly. Just tips to the other guest, please call the spa to make sure the sauna is turned on to avoid disappointment. I went twice only greeted by a cold steam room. Other than that everything else are perfect

I remember our stay at Fairmont is really memorable, even the moment we enter the hotel I still remember how the team there great me with a very warm welcome, and makes me feel like home! What a good first impression. The room is really spacious and we got a great city view, the location as well very strategic as it is closeby to the shopping mall area they even have a tunnel to go to Plaza Senayan. A very nice hotel in the heart of Jakarta. It was very nice to get the room upgrade to Suite, the Check in process was very smooth, thanks to pak Ari. Hotel is good. However, checking in was a pain. We had to wait for almost 2 hours for our room. When i booked, they said i can check in at 3pm, i had to wait until 5pm before i got our rooms, waiting with 3 young children was terrible. Please improve this. We expected much better from such a high class hotel

Just visited my family here. The room sphere is quite cozy. I love the big glass window at level 14 where we can see the clear blue sky and golf range view. Love it

Attending this place to privately celebrate my wife's best friend wedding, my impression is this hotel uphold their name high, worth to its prestige name and of course its price. The wedding ceremony was held at the garden area at noon, the rain started to drizzle once the blessings ended. It took only 2 hours to move the event from garden place to the ballroom and to set up the whole decoration and table for very limited attendees invited...and the result was amazing. Indeed some drawbacks incurred during the celebration , but it was nothing compare to the ambience created at such short notice....the backdrop is simple yet elegant, the table and chairs were nicely placed and tidy, the tableware was hygienically prepared and most of all, the bride and the groom were flawless.....super happy for the blessed wedded couple. Thank you Fairmont for such a great support and cooperation for making this couple dream come true.

My American expat uncle and cousin live in Jakarta and enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving meal at this hotel. I wanted to surprise them and not only give them a small gift but let them know I was thinking about them during the Holidays. I texted the staff via WhatsApp asking if I could buy them some wine to enjoy during dinner. They readily agreed and the transaction was smooth and easy. At the end I asked if they could write a simple Happy Thanksgiving message to them. They went well above and had an actual card printed up that was presented to them upon their seating. Needless to say, they were both very surprised. Well done making their day that much more special.

I had a great staycation during year end in this hotel. This hotel has direct access to Plaza Senayan mall. The lobby is very spacious and clean. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean, comfy, and soundproof from the busy road.

Amazing display! Full of masterpiece artworks with some art galleries. It is a beautiful place to stay, a really nice view to enjoy. Overall, the foods are great. Yet, some of the menus are just okay, there is room for improvement of the taste. The twin bed room is spacious enough. A set of working space with two comfort chairs, a set of tea table, and so many compartments are all available. There is espresso machine, the iron set, and bathtub in the room as well. Oh one more thing, the toilet is a high-end one :) The service is excellent, warm people with fast response, really helpful. There is sport center with some facilities like fitness center and swimming pool. The fitness center is large enough with various high tech equipments. However, at the moment, the swimming pool could only be visited by 15 people at the most at a time due to pandemic period. So you need to book a pool reservation especially in the peak time like in the weekend.

Amazing breakfast! With the current situation, I thought the breakfast would be served in the room but we could actually had it on SPECTRUM restaurant by following strict health protocol. The dishes were served directly to our table (not the buffet station style). We can choose up to 3 courses for around IDR 300k ++. Overall, very satisfied!

I attended an event in the Ballroom and everything was well thought out so that it all ran very smoothly. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the venue is smart and comfortable, and the food was outstanding. The hotel also has a great location, perfect for the Centre of Jakarta and all its attractions.

His name is NINE, he is really support and very good service, swimming pool are so clean, well organized, they have massages water pool is well prepared and all so good. Every single employee, from the concierge to housekeeping personnel, is exceedingly courteous and attentive. Food at the buffet restaurant in the morning took my senses worldwide. Beautifully crafted bites and plates for all preferences. Upon sentry to the restaurant, the hostesses are amicable and attentive to all guests. Once seated at the table, attention was on point with beverages and orders should you desire a specially made plate. I ordered an egg whites omelet with spinach, mushrooms, capers, and soft goat cheese with smoked salmon on top (uncooked), and my waiter remembered to bring it to my table every morning I ate at the restaurant. On my request, the receptionist sent to my room an HDMI cable I needed for a presentation and a vacuum cleaner to finish my packing with vacuum sealed bags.

Sits on top of a large shopping center. Hosts several restaurants including a great Japanese one. The hotel starts to be a bit dated. Rooms are spacious. Service staff doesn't care about green policy and changes all the towels regardless you've taken the time to sort them and clearly indicated which one you want to keep/change. Watch out for heated toilette seat: it's always hot and staff plugs it back in even if you unplug it. Breakfast choice very wide and nice but don't dare to show up in flip flops or the room slippers: you'll be sent back to change!

There are many good things about this hotel, but the staff are by far the best... lovely, warm, friendly and helpful service. I had a little gripe about the scrambled eggs at breakfast on the first morning, and after that the whole team resolved to ensure every other breakfast was perfect... really impressive. Other pluses - the gym and pool are very nice, and if the pollution isn't too heavy you can even go for a run outside in GBK park (just across the road). Location is also excellent, being next to 2 really good malls. Downsides - I guess the rooms might be showing a little bit of wear - marks and stains here and there on the furniture; the bathroom cosmetics also weren't to my liking, offering only a very drying soap for cleansing.

Wonderful hotel, located right next to the NetApp and Oracle offices as well as two large high end malls and a golf course. If you are downtown in the business district you can't beat the quality, cleanliness and service at the hotel. Was my first time in Jakarta and had a wonderful time. Restaurants and bars on site are top notch.

It was truly an amazing experience staying at Hotel Fairmont Jakarta. Even though it was just one night, it would be an unforgettable moment for me. Let me summarize my experience during my stay. 1. Room is very spacious, luxurious, and has a great view of the Golf Senayan. Unfortunately, there were some flying termites at night inside the bedroom and bathroom. I was quite surprised because my room was on the 19th floor. However, the guesthouse team could solve the problem and I could stay comfortably. 2. I stayed with my family and the hotel provided a kid stand inside the room. My son really enjoyed it. 3. I was so thankful for providing me with a birthday cake and a special meal for my kid. I was so honored. 4. I'd like to mention Mrs. Olivia who had been assisting me during my stay and she was very helpful. 5. Breakfast was spread and tasty. I love all of them. The most important thing that I had to appreciate was that the sushi chef showed me the non-halal food so I could avoid taking non-halal food unintentionally. 6. Great amenities and the smells were so good.

We had a great experience at Fairmont Jakarta. The room was very spacious and well designed. The staff was amazingly friendly and the breakfast was superb. Ok, for me as European I'd have loved to have a bit more classical meat and cheese selections for bread but due to the overall variety it would just be a plus plus. The roof top bar is very nice and a great place to enjoy a drink or two in the evening. You can directly enter the nearby shopping mall (connected tunnel) which is really a plus. Absolutely nothing to complain about and if time allows we'll be back for sure.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Love the little details they prepared for our children (the tent and lovely cookies). The only downside was the coffee machine in our room was not working properly. But overall, we enjoyed our stay 👍

No complaints! But there are suggestions: Please make bluebird and silver bird always available at anytime for business traveller. I was having hard time waiting for taxi in the lobby. I love the availability of the in house doctor. Very much appreciated. The room was decent but I found the pillow was not to my preference.

Absolutely loved staying at the Fairmont. The people, service, and rooms were nothing short of incredible. If ever in Jakarta again, I would stay here again! Ask for Elsa on the 21st floor, she is amazing! Miss her the most. Always made us feel welcome and at home.
