First off, staff is not polite and rude (Ririn, Adrian, even the manager Benyamin). I forgot to bring access card when going for breakfast and can't use elevator! When asking for spare card they made it very difficult. I have a meeting and in total I waiter almost half an hour to get spare card I have already mentioned the full name, showed my ID, and my room number, and they still made it difficult, perhaps on purpose. I even told them to accompany me to the room if they don't trust me... Oh also, the bathroom is smelly, definitely not hygiene, bad housekeeping. Room is not in good condition. This hotel is overrated and in bad management

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Literally on the other side of an awesome luxury shopping plaza. The service here is beautiful and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Welcome drink and choc chip cookies on arrival was a nice touch. Not too mention the dessert that was waiting for me in the room. Highly recommended

This hotel is superb! The room is spacious, with a great yet complicated design, but I enjoy it! The bed is so comfy, the service is lovely! They greet me with a very lovely merchandise, and it really surprised me in a good way! The indoor pool is quite unique because it’s transparent. But unfortunately it’s not heated so it’s quite cold! Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Lovely hotel in a great location. Access to various high end malls is super easy, there is great food around and the property is really beautiful. The room was wonderful, quite large for a city hotel and well equipped. Love the Remede amenities. Breakfast was very nice and staff was super friendly. The only thing I wish they improve was to enforce their own policies. They clearly state on their website and when booking that children are only allowed until 5pm in the executive lounge, though there always were crying, screaming kids around far past this time and staff not enforcing the rules. When asked about this they profusely apologized, but the kids stayed where they were. If there is a rule, a hotel should enforce it and not make excuses and let parents get away with it. The lounge access costs $50 per person per day, so this is not too much to ask for.

My favorite hotel property in Jakarta, Indonesia. There're quite many luxury hotel property in there, but this one is outstanding hotel among them. As a Platinum member(now Titanium or Platinum), guest can enjoy butler service, free breakfast and dinner(I could enjoy full dinner meal when I stayed there, now it was changed). Even the entrance was secured and need to be security checked. All the room was super nice and comfortable. The only problem that they have is the price.

The hotel rooms are spacious, elegantly designed with contemporary feel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The lobby is a bit smallish though. Quality of breakfast selection is good, and healthier options are available. Plaza Indonesia (perhaps the best mall in Jakarta) is next door with very easy access through hotel lobby. Use of carpets is minimal in the room and hence the rooms are much cleaner than topical hotel rooms. Complementary facilities are good too.

This place was great!! The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Upon arriving in our room we were greeted by some delicious treats and a fuzzy friend. Very cute!! They also had music playing with that was a custom playlist of concerts we have been to the past couple years. AWESOME!! Props for doing your research. Loved being able to access the mall easily. We felt safe with all the security. One thing that was annoying was our late arrival the main gate was closed but there were guards still working the entrance. We had to drive around to the other entrance which took 10-15 minutes. I get that it is a security thing but super inconvenient after a long day of travel. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks!!

True five star hospitality with a warm welcome right from the moment of arrival. During my stay the entire team was friendly and welcoming; just perfect and not over tje top. The rooms are large and beautiful with outstanding amenities such as Illy Coffee. Restaurant facilities are excellent and so are the pool, gym and spa. Location is convenient as well. Highly recommend this hotel and found my new favorite in town. Thank you!

Amazing service. Lovely rooms. Cora, the GM, has a very good team supporting her. They really pay attention to you as a guest and knows how to balance unobtrusive caring engagement. They take effort to anticipate and prepare for your needs. Hotel is conveniently attached to Plaza Indonesia. An exclusive stay experience with all the conveniences of an attached mall available.

Driving to the gates of the hotel, one has to go through the entrance to a mall. It is all a bit confusing. The main gate is small as is the driveway, we had a chauffeur driven car so it worked ok. The reception area consists of two desks. Not sure what they would do if there was a rush! The building is part hotel and part residence. There are separate elevator vestibules for each part. A little confusing here as well as I was in the wrong vestibule, pressing the elevator button to no avail! The room was ridiculously big, and the bathroom the size of most hotel rooms. The blind in the bathroom was inoperable, seemed broken, but other than that features and amenities were fantastic. I did have the lights come on three times in the night, all by themselves! I called the front desk, they were happy to send someone, but I felt if I let someone in the room I might not be able to go back to sleep. It was fixed the following day, and I got some chocolates to boot. The hotel is attached to a mall which in turn is attached to the Grand Hyatt hotel. Many food and shopping options in the mall. Definitely a big plus. Caution: New building being constructed on property next to the hotel. So noise during the day is a bit of an issue. I was there for work, going most of the day so was fine. The spa is good. Had a couple of massages. Will definitely consider staying again.

Had one fine stay here. Spacious room with lovely night view. Bathroom amenities are great, love the scent. Also this hotel is connected with Plaza Indonesia, you can just come down and shop to your heart content, or maybe until you broke ;)
