Driving
to
the
gates
of
the
hotel,
one
has
to
go
through
the
entrance
to
a
mall.
It
is
all
a
bit
confusing.
The
main
gate
is
small
as
is
the
driveway,
we
had
a
chauffeur
driven
car
so
it
worked
ok.
The
reception
area
consists
of
two
desks.
Not
sure
what
they
would
do
if
there
was
a
rush!
The
building
is
part
hotel
and
part
residence.
There
are
separate
elevator
vestibules
for
each
part.
A
little
confusing
here
as
well
as
I
was
in
the
wrong
vestibule,
pressing
the
elevator
button
to
no
avail!
The
room
was
ridiculously
big,
and
the
bathroom
the
size
of
most
hotel
rooms.
The
blind
in
the
bathroom
was
inoperable,
seemed
broken,
but
other
than
that
features
and
amenities
were
fantastic.
I
did
have
the
lights
come
on
three
times
in
the
night,
all
by
themselves!
I
called
the
front
desk,
they
were
happy
to
send
someone,
but
I
felt
if
I
let
someone
in
the
room
I
might
not
be
able
to
go
back
to
sleep.
It
was
fixed
the
following
day,
and
I
got
some
chocolates
to
boot.
The
hotel
is
attached
to
a
mall
which
in
turn
is
attached
to
the
Grand
Hyatt
hotel.
Many
food
and
shopping
options
in
the
mall.
Definitely
a
big
plus.
Caution:
New
building
being
constructed
on
property
next
to
the
hotel.
So
noise
during
the
day
is
a
bit
of
an
issue.
I
was
there
for
work,
going
most
of
the
day
so
was
fine.
The
spa
is
good.
Had
a
couple
of
massages.
Will
definitely
consider
staying
again.
