If you need internet connection more than anything but you can't steadfastly hold your anger due to the inexplicably slow WiFi provided by this hotel or even the building itself hampering your mobile data connection, hence avoid this hotel at all cost. The bathroom's shower leak so badly that even spurt above the ceiling and onto the floor. TVs are too small for 32m² rooms, better yet, get rid of them already.

Spacious room, friendly staff, good water pressure, breakfast has Nusantara options and western options. Unfortunately, the rain shower was broken. Handle shower was too low.

This used to be my go to. Good location and reasonable pricing. But as time goes by, the staff have decreased in their level of servicing. Front office desk not very welcoming and they are rigid - unless you are some kind of regular or foreign guests. Whilst the bfast spread is broad, the food were not kept warm, had cold speg for bfast... Reminds me of my UK uni days. Rooms are big and had a room with upgraded toilet with not fully functional bidet spray and also shower tap. I suggest the management be more aware of how ALL guests should be treated - with lesser bias and better customer service methods. Your name may have a Premier in it but it made me feel somewhat disappointed.

Great lounge with open view straight to pool. For the room, i got the deluxe suite room but alas the room got 2 small cockroach roaming around. Pretty dissapointed tbh.

Check in is at 2pm. When we came to check in at 3pm, we were informed that the rooms are not ready. We only received key to our room after 5pm. They mentioned that they are fully booked due to partai nasdem rakernas but we have booked our room 1 month in advance. If they can't cope such a big group, the hotel should have employed more staff or stop taking in other guests. We were not compensated for the 2 hours being stranded in the hotel lobby. The breakfast food is mediocre. The free coffee is sour and disgusting. The capucino is nice but not included in the free breakfast. Room is renovated but our hotel room has noisy Aircon. The Aircon can't be adjusted so it was very cold. The only way to turn it down is by turning it off. The operator doesn't know how to turn off the bedside lamp and advised my sister to remove the bulb from the lamp stand. Only 1 room key is provided even when we pay for 2 people. Bed is comfortable. From certain room, my sister could hear the loud sound from the mosque 4 bottles of water is provided for each room.

Location wise it is very good. Parking lot is enough, I drove my own car and found it is quite convenient. Room is so so, nothing special. Water is very good, you can actually enjoy "shower" inside the bathroom. The beds are fine. Not that sparkling clean but acceptable. Towels are kinda old, some even smells old. They give us new ones everyday. Breakfast are 3/5, staying here for 5 days and I ate the same breakfast. Taste? Pretty bland. One thing that I found pretty annoying is that they have no more key cards. 1st night I requested for 1 more key card and they said none left. The next day when people already checking out, I asked again, and they said no more key card left... Oh well, will I come back? Maybe yes...

I stayed here just for one night, the hotel Seems old but the facilities are in good condition. the rooms are large, the staffs are polite and helpfull, breakfast was so good.

The place located in Slipi. The rates was very good with this kind of location in the heart of city, the room was spacious, even though it looks like an old school hotel but it's not at all. The breakfast selection was fantastic also

Hotel has obviously seen better days. Hotel lobby & restaurant was deserted when I checked in at around 9pm. Lighting in rooms are not bright enough. There were little cockroaches running around, bedsheets & sofa were stained. Breakfast spread was limited and was below average in taste. Only chose this hotel because it was close to client's offices. There are better offerings in this price range although they are located further away. Staff forgot all about my Nasi Goreng order when I ordered 2 Sup Buntut for dinner. TV remote was out of order and had to be changed. Bathroom lighting was inadequate too.

I dont recommend staying here especially if youre looking for a place for quarantine. Every day youll get food thats already cold. I even got food poisoning from it. Everything about the hotel shows its not a 4 star hotel. The rooms look not well maintained (old damaged furniture, holes/scratches in the walls). Some of the staff try their best for you, others just really dont care at all. Had to call reception multiple times to get something done or get a question answered because they would just forget about me. Sometimes even rudely waved away. Overall I would say not worth it for the price I paid.

Staff at main counter are very inexperienced, they look like they are 18yrs old. The porters knowledge about the hotel and the local area is great. Food was on and off with the freshness. Carpets need to be replaced in Hallways and mould to be removed also. Down stairs dining and pool area is very clean

Prime location. Quality services. Price is average. Room is quite spacious. But some furniture looks not well maintained. And the water pressure is quite low, I stayed at 11th floor. Breakfast is okay. Taste could be better.

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was superb. The kids loved the pool. Hopefully we can come next year for this amazing experience.

Thanks to Mr. Januar for giving us two upgraded rooms since our rooms have been full. I really love the view and the comfy sofabed. The facility is awesome. The swimming pool is huge and clean. Overall its such a good experience but i have some points to be concerned: the leakage at the toilet, the food that not as many as i expected since many of food area were closed so we just have a little options. The taste also really need to be improved. Thank you

I am a simple man who will give five stars to any hotel whose breakfast buffet includes bacon, hash browns, cheese, toast, and barista-made espresso coffee. Unfortunately only the coffee and toast were provided, so I have to give 2/5.

Worst experience ever! Forced us to move rooms EVERY DAY! We stayed for 4 days! It was extremely tiring. Then each room ALWAYS had different issues. First room, the AC was broken and when we called the technician their reason was they needed to clean it. But it was still hot. Then the 2nd room, we had to move because they’re doing a project. We were basically kicked out. Then the 3rd room, we had twin beds when we initially requested for a king bed. Finally the 4th room, we didn’t have a working TV. When we we asked for some type of compensation, we just got an empty apology. And one of the girl receptionist even hung up when we explained the room situation. They’re not very good on customer service. Don’t stay here. There are way better hotels to stay in Jakarta.

Excellent!! Hotel Santika is very clean with spacious rooms. The best think about Hotel Santika is the people. The employees are wonderful and provide excellent service. We have experienced this the past few years with an average stay of 2 weeks per year. We always stay at Santika Tasik Malaya when we visit Indonesia. The restaurant provide great breakfast and excellent menu at a very affordable price. We love it there and plan to go back there every year InchaAllah. Checking in was awful with hotel front desk not knowing what to do and speaking amongst each other in front of me. They gave me a smoking room when I asked for a non smoking room. Bathroom toilet had hair on it and looked unclean.

I was there to attend a wedding, nice place, nice dinner, but at the parking area was dirty like abandoned building, poor one for a hotel like Santika

First time stay in this hotel.1st impression for the facility is quite nice. The aircon is excellent really cool, and the bed is comfortable. there is also a nice pool down there. The things that makes me a bit annoyed that the room esp the floor is a bit sticky so better to wear sandal. Unfortunately sandal they provide the size is a bit small for a man. I also abit upset because they using plastic cup and cover the towel with plastic, we know due to covid we need to stay hygiene, but using plastic its not a good option because of globalization warming. For the breakfast i have to admit that its disappointing, we start having brrakfast at 6.10, and most of the food is cold and not really appetizing. Or maybe its because we start breakfast too early? Well we dont know for sure.

In 2 days after eid mubarak hotel seems full booked then when i want to ask for omelete in egg corner however cooker so ignored. I'm forget to see his name at that time. I would never ever to stay here again also wouldnt recommend for my company held any event at this hotel..

just spend weekend with family in this Hotel, overall this Hotel is good with quite big area and building also the swimming pool size is big rather than others hotel with same star. This hotel located in Slipi which is supposed to be central of Jakarta and seems this hotel already quite old but well maintained so the vibe feels warm like a new hotel building may be Hotel Management doing some renovation and upgrade the interior also in the room we found the Television already change with the new one 43" smart TV which also have Netflix and Amazon Prime Video but we need to sign in with personal account to use it.

I stay in this hotel (by error) in Oct 2016 during a work trip. Room is Clean and Spacious. Worth the price I am paying. Will re-visit as one of the hotel if I return to Jakarta.

The staffs are very friendly and helpfull,,nice to feel the warm interaction. This is the place where you can feel Indonesian atmosphere. But there is one thing they should paying attention, is toilet trash bin. Overall, nice place to stay!

The services of this hotel gave were excellent. The room was clean, many choices of foods in the restaurant. There’s a lil area of playground nearby the pool. All staff were so friendly. Btw I req baby box before check in, they provided it, but sorry to say its baby box/crib was too old to be used maybe because its peak seasons, the good ones were booked by others.

Location is great in central Jakarta, room is quite spacious, however check in process was quite slow, as there was only 2 staff available. Breakfast is quite a variety, but some of the dishes are cold. Overall, it is okay for short stay in Jakarta.
