Room was okay and security and check in staff are great. However the restaurant manager was very rude. Breakfast was mentioned until 10 am so I went at 09:20 and he said I woke up too late. How rude??? Im also a silver member. Then when I was eating I had to run around my table chasing a freaking cockroach. Really unprofessional. Was not an excellent experience. Rather disappointing.

The worst experience at Marriott group. First, the window is so thin you could hear the noise from the road the whole night until past 2am! Secondly, the AC in the room is not working properly- the thermostat was set to 17 C but the rook temperature remains at 23-24 C, despite having the technician to come round to fix it. Third, they show swimming pool picture on google map but they do not have a swimming pool! The front desk stuff knows about this yet they do not take action to remove the misleading photo of swimming pool! This is definitely not a 4* hotel with a small lobby and seating area, you could get a much better deal at other 3* hotels. Avoid at all costs!

Light sleepers - avoid at all cost! Main road traffic doesn’t stop all night, you can hear cars and motors all night long. Walls so thin you can hear your next door neighbour’s tv like it’s blasting in your room. I slept with white noise in and with earplugs, didn’t help, the noise is just so loud! I did not sleep all the nights I was here. Room was small with amenities quite old. Cleanliness is okay. It’s just a very awkwardly located hotel connected to an office building, so there technically isn’t any lobby, kind of like sharing hotel and office lobby. There’s also no waiting room for Grab drivers to wait, so make sure if you’re hiring a taxi or something, be at the lobby early! The only positive experience was staff members were absolutely helpful and friendly. They attended to my requests swiftly and always went the extra mile. If you could sleep with loud noises, this Four Points is actually okay, it is centrally located and there’s a mall right opposite which makes things convenient. Edit: just noticed I came back with bedbug bites and idk what other bites all over my legs. I’m so very disappointed.

I got sarinah views and street hustle bustle. Still i can work nicely in the rooms. I like the working station in the room. And i got sunrise from the room. I can automatically sun bathing before take a bath. Room is great Food is good.

Two stars only for its location and friendly service by the staff. It is the worst hotel under Mariott I have experienced so far (I’m a frequent traveller). The room is not worthy of 4-star and I wonder how the quality control works. Requested to change room and it was just slightly better (ie. Cleaner).

Let me start off by saying that the staff is actually really lovely and welcoming....But unfortunately, the room is absolutely awful. Filty bathroom, stained bed sheets and carpet, and stinky mattress + pillows. It's truly shocking to see such lack of standards and care. There are many other much better hotels in Thamrin at the same (or even lower) price point. On top of all that, they charged my credit card without authorization, double charging me for the room after confirming with me that I've already paid for it through agoda (which I have). So now I have to go through the painful process of trying to get my money back. Please, don't bother with Four Points.... they certainly aren't. I travel to Jakarta regularly for business, and it was my first and definitely last time at Four Points.

*sigh*, it’s a great location - I stayed here for business. I will not stay here again nor would I recommend - the noise is awful. I couldn’t sleep at night! You hear motorcycles (unfortunately motorcycles are plenty and loud in Jakarta) every second. I highly doubt they’ll do anything about it (like adding sound proof material) since it’ll be expensive, but I will not stay here again. Response to ear plugs: not all of us enjoy sleeping with ear plugs on - some of us may fear not waking up to our alarms! Also - ear plugs are not enough to reduce the sound in my opinion.

The rooms are not sound proof. My room facing the main road. Although at level 10, I can still hear the traffic noises very clearly. Noises from next door also can be clearly heard. Not good for those light sleepers. But I guess the hotel is aware of it as they also provided ear plugs. The location of this hotel is walking distance to some major shopping malls in this area. Breakfast buffet was good too! Hotel service overall was pleasant.

Clean and spacious room with reasonable price you can find in the center of Jakarta. Walking distance to those famous place around Thamrin and Monas area. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and I got Sarinah view from my room. The breakfast is quite okay, the elevator somewhat confusing for first visitor. But overall, it's great.

Breakfast is amazing , good tasty and change menu everyday, we stayed there for five days. Good location for shopping mall. Room is okay not very new style. Price is reasonable.

I always trusted Marriott Bonvoy club, even thought the rate sometimes is a bit pricy compared to others I will still continue staying with them. But by far this four point is the worst experience that I now to switch to Accor. 1. Room was not ready at 3pm 2. Bed bugs 3. Really small room, it’s a hole! 4. You can tell they bought over some 2/3 star hotel and refurbish it, but the quality in the end is definitely not a 4 star 5. Smelly towel So don’t fall for this one

IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP DON’T GO!! Absolutely below standard of four point in term of cleaning and quality of material. Clearly old hotel. But the worst part is the incredible noise during the night if you have city view! Just avoid it!!!

Very good location, about 7 minutes walk to the MRT entrance and 10 minutes to the malls. Service: Crew are very polite. Check in is fuss free Room: simple and clean. But do note that room facing the main road do have some sound from the traffic. Get the room facing the back if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast: Good selection of food! They even have ice cream! Overall: A good stay in the city centre!

My first time staying at this hotel. The basis cleanliness is not there. Horrible. I can't imagine when you sleep with dirty bedsheets. When asked for clean blanket, they said no more blanket as full occupancy. Don't you keep some blankets as backup??? I feel disgusted! Seemed like getting complaint by others but the hotel never get improvement!

The service was veryvery great! Thumbs up for all the staffs. The room was very clean and comfortable. On our last day, we got to taste the new menu.

Location and and service are good. But the room's door keep banging if you don't slow it down. So, when your neighbor leave their room, you will hear a big bang.

Strategic location, many interesting spots in walking distance, easy to find food outside. Building looks old, parking is on 3rd/4th floor, street view. Unfortunately room is not soundproof. We stay on 10th floor, still not help from the motorbike. Hotel provides earplug. Gym and business center are located on 2nd floor but it's tricky, we need to use specific lift. They only have treadmill and friends with free weights. No swimming pool. If you stay during weekend, you can enjoy car freeday on Sunday morning 6-10 am.

I stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin around mid of July 2023 for 6 nights with my 2 kids (8 and 3 years old) and we are super happy with our stay there! All the staff from the security, bellman, front office and F&B staff are very friendly and the room is also quite spacious. Check in process was very smooth and the room was very clean and spotless. The breakfast are delicious and have so many kind of options, from local Indonesian food (bubur ayam, nasi rames, gorengan), into western food, eggs station and they even have soft ice cream for breakfast! My kids had everyday the ice cream.. :) They also have this daily Booster Juice that I really love..Thank you Iqbal for providing that juice for me everyday :) This hotel does not have a swimming pool but that does not stopping us to have fun, due to the location of the hotel that is very strategic (just accross Sarinah). In fact, in front of the hotel there are MRT station and also Bus station where you can catch 'Mpok Siti'/ Jakarta City Tour Bus easily. We also went to Monas and Kota Tua to ride the old bicycle, bajay and delman (horse carriage), and on Sunday we got a chance to join the Car Free Day, because we just need to go down from our room to the Thamrin street where the event happening. It is also located just 5 min walking distance from the new McDonalds and movie theatre (Djakarta Theater), so its very convenient for us. Special Thanks to Mr. Basuki Prasetyo (the General Manager) who have making sure that our stay in his hotel is memorable. We are so happy that we chose Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin as our accommodation when we visit Jakarta. Will definitely come back here! Thank you!!

The best is the location. Nearby access to malls and eateries. Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast so so. Good menu for room service. It's an office building turned into a hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, great location, fabulous rooms, large and spacious, Chef Samuel and team took great care of us and cooked up some lovely vegetarian dishes, very prompt and courteous reception desk and housekeeping staff - called for an extra blanket at midnight and delivered it promptly, highly recommend,

Great location. Rooms were just adequate. Found wanting in terms of utilisation. Service was excellent. Great hospitality and immediate response for any of our requirements.

A wonderful hotel with very attentive staff and excellent facilities, boasting a great location right in front of a bus stop. Their buffet breakfast was also nice and I enjoyed it every day. The only drawback was the thinness of the walls; I could hear other people snoring or talking in adjacent rooms.

I want to say sincere thank you to Mr Sahid in the front desk. He helped me in finding back the mobile phone that lost in the car. This is my second stay in Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta and I will definitely choose again next time when I come

The hotel location is close to shopping centers and especially culinary centers. Breakfast service provides a fairly varied variety of food and fruit. the condition of the bedroom is clean and fragrant with a soft bed and pillows. The best component of the room is that there are tables and chairs and sufficient lighting for working on a laptop. Free printing is also provided on the 2nd floor. The worst part is that the slope of the finished surface of the toilet floor is less than perfect so that puddles of water spill out. Rated 4.5 out of 5.0

A perfect stay for a busy work travel in Jakarta. Good breakfast with coffee from an espresso machine and homemade juice of the day, comfy bedding with plenty of pillows (their liquid soap smells nice too), and attentive staffs who check up on your experience. It is a narrow hotel that was converted from an office building. So no swimming pool and the lobby is simple, but then it was very quick to reach my room.

Unfortunately I have to give this hotel 2/5. The lack of soundproofing is the problem, this hotel is so loud it nearly made me physically sick, I couldn't even watch Netflix on my phone without headphones. The staff though is impeccable; for events it's probably perfect, I am titanium elite with bonvoy and they gave me a suite upgrade and some welcome cakes. Unfortunately I gave up my suite at around 11:50pm at night because the sound was so loud in the corner room (627) and switched to (626) it was a bit quieter on the backside hotel possible to sleep but earplugs still needed. After a night with little sleep, I had the breakfast early, and actually it was quite nice and included with my status. And also was given a free welcome beer. The entrance lobby is a bit odd, one lane, so only order your grab car/bike when in lobby itself. Overall for a night it was ok, and the price is reasonable for the brand name, but you can get half the price and quieter outside the chain, I'd recommend Liberty Hotel Thamrin instead.

Located in the center of Jakarta.. 5 min away from Sarinah (the first mall in Indonesia) Only 10 min away by walking from Bundaran HI, Grand Indonesian Mall, and Plaza Indonesia.. 2kms from Monas.. I reccomend you to stay there on the weekend (Saturday to Sunday) On Sunday, there will be car free day in that area frol 6.a.m till 10 a.m And there will be food bazar accross the Hotel.. However, it's a bit noisy at night The noise came froom the vehicles on the street. That's why the Hotel provide the Earplug in every room.

The room is a bit smaller but decent enough. Staff services were top notch, beats many other 5 stars hotel hands down. Breakfast spread was huge and catering local and intl food. Location is at downtown, plenty of shopping and food around for you.

We book the hotel via booking.com, We thought it has swimming pool but sadly there isn’t any. The place is strategic but unfortunately for 4 star hotel, everything feels standard, the room and the breakfast buffet are just standard. We ordered city view but we get slums view. We are okay with that but just don’t say city view when it’s technically not “city view”.

Location is great, service is also great. Front counter, security and technician staff are super helpful. Rooms are clean but a little dated with mould stains that cannot be removed. Sink drainage is poor and aircon is difficult to use. Walls are thin so can hear neighbour’s TV very clearly and traffic is also noisy through the night. In terms of infrastructure, one of the poorer ones under Marriott group.

Perfect service for 3 star hotel, very strategic place in the center of capital city, surrounded by Malls, public transportation, and museums. Its just too noisy at night because the street outside is unstoppable till morning.

The location is good. I had a good time on car free Sunday. Breakfast is nice. Staff there is friendly. The weakness is the noise, from the street until the midnight.

The hotel sits in a very strategic location, right in front of Sarinah. I was lucky as my room view was right in front of Sarinah's where i can watch their afternoon live music. But..with its strategic location, it also shares some disadvantages like noise from traffic. Food was okay, but staffs are very attentive. Overall.. I came for an event, and all I could say is that the food was amazingly good and the staffs were amazingly helpful. The location is also strategic. Though I didn't stay here, the overall experience, was utterly convenient. Thanks to l the helpful staff, will consider to revisit and experience more of their hotel rooms, restaurants, and other amenities.

Room very convenient as its next to a department store where you can find anything you forgot to bring in your luggage. Place is near the go to restaurant like Bon Ami, Uppercut and Bon Cafe. Room is spacious and well maintained, bathroom clean, bed is huge, view not so much but I never open my curtain anyway so its not a problem, lots of food selection for breakfast, different style of indomie every day and the French toast is my recommendation, must try. Surely will come back again for sure.

Staying only for 2 nights and select this hotel due to its strategic location. Room was clean and bright, and their service was excellent, from the reception, engineering guy and staffs at breakfast and im especially impressed with their attentive head chef (cant remember his name), although im a bit concerned with the security as this hotel seems like located in same building with offices and lobby bit packed as well, but their services made it up and I will be back on my next trip for this!

We had our room upgraded to suite, and the services was GREAT. Fast response. Good breakfast menu, fresh salad and fruit. The only minor thing was, the lobby was compact. But considering the area, well... I think it's good enough...
