really
dissapointed
with
this
hotel.
First,
when
we
want
to
check
in,
the
receptionist
said
that
we
can’t
make
an
early
check
in
because
all
the
rooms
are
occupied.
But,
after
my
husband
show
our
card
member,
the
receptionist
said
that
we
CAN
make
an
early
check
in
(note:
we
are
gold
member
so
early
check
in
is
in
our
benefit).
Second,
our
room
wasn’t
clean.
There
was
blood
stain
on
our
bed
sheet,
lots
of
hair
on
the
shower
room,
and
the
soap
dispenser
was
broken.
Third,
there
was
another
guest
sang
at
the
restaurant
more
than
10
p.m.
(notes
they
start
at
5
p.m.).
My
husband
already
tried
to
call
the
receptionist
several
times
but
there
was
no
answer.
Until
finally,
my
husband
walked
down
to
the
receptionist
to
them
to
remarked
the
other
guest
that
it
was
already
late
night.
Third,
the
breakfast
time
was
chaos,
there
are
no
clean
spoon
and
fork,
I
can't
take
my
coffee
because
there
is
no
clean
cup.
The
table
were
messed,
they
had
no
effort
to
clean
all
tables.
The
number
of
the
staff
was
enough
to
make
this
clean
and
tidy.
Effortless
and
lazy
staffs
and
didn't
have
good
communication
to
clean
up
all
this
messed
up.
I
really
like
ibis
styles’s
hospitality,
but
this
one
is
such
a
disappointment
for
ACCOR
family.
I
won’t
recommend
this
hotel
to
my
family
or
my
friends.
I
hope
Ibis
Styles
Jakarta
Gajah
Mada
can
improve
the
service
and
the
hospitality.
