A place that I am not going to visit again. First time in my life the receptionist gave me a wrong room (not the type of room that I booked online). And when I entered the room, I could feel the grease from the floor. Furthermore, there is a leak from the pipe of the sink. It took like an hour and the technician cannot fix it. The problem did not stop there, when I used my hairdryer, suddenly the lights went out because of the problem with the fuse. Thanks you Ibis Styles Gajah Mada, I am not gonna coming back, ever!

We have a meeting in 2nd floor. After 11 am until the meeting finished the toilet ran out of toilet paper. Other than that the staff are very friendly and the location is easy to found.

I really dissapointed with this hotel. First, when we want to check in, the receptionist said that we can’t make an early check in because all the rooms are occupied. But, after my husband show our card member, the receptionist said that we CAN make an early check in (note: we are gold member so early check in is in our benefit). Second, our room wasn’t clean. There was blood stain on our bed sheet, lots of hair on the shower room, and the soap dispenser was broken. Third, there was another guest sang at the restaurant more than 10 p.m. (notes they start at 5 p.m.). My husband already tried to call the receptionist several times but there was no answer. Until finally, my husband walked down to the receptionist to them to remarked the other guest that it was already late night. Third, the breakfast time was chaos, there are no clean spoon and fork, I can't take my coffee because there is no clean cup. The table were messed, they had no effort to clean all tables. The number of the staff was enough to make this clean and tidy. Effortless and lazy staffs and didn't have good communication to clean up all this messed up. I really like ibis styles’s hospitality, but this one is such a disappointment for ACCOR family. I won’t recommend this hotel to my family or my friends. I hope Ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada can improve the service and the hospitality. Thank you. Nb : Learn from Ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran, they had the best service AFAIK.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada with my family, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort and family-friendliness. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The beds were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our family

The room I was provided was almost as good as one can expect; adequately spacious, the bed big enough to fit 2 adults and a 2YO semi-comfortably, the shower had hot water running, closet does not make me feel like I'm squished in a tight space. Breakfast was good, some things better than the others, but having select very good options in a buffet situation is much better than most other breakfast situations. We purchased the room online a few months early and got a good price, which I think is very worth it. Ps. a mall is within walking distance, there is a small kids playground in the lobby, and their toothbrush did not hurt my gums!

Over all, this is a pleasant hotel to stay. But one thing that missing is a tea spoon to mix a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

The room is spacious and very clean and neat, the breakfast was very good and many varieties also good taste. Excellent service from Guest Relation Meifi who having us during our stay. The peaceful vibes and their staff hospitality really makes it feels like home.

Stayed here for 2 nights only and it wasnt that bad for sure. The first impression, the staff were really friendly and helpful since the first of our arrival. We went there around 2 pm and surprisingly the room was ready to check in. Check in process was quite quick aswell. The room was fine, not that spacious but still comfortable. I can tell, I was having one of my best hotel breakfast experiences so far. The food and beverages were fine and again, the staff were very friendly.

1st time stayed in this hotel, been here around 5 years ago coz my cousin's wedding party. The room is quite big, clean, nice ambience. Booked room only without bfast coz wanna try the local food nearby this hotel. The location very nice, nearby with Gakah Mada Plaza, Mc. Donald and even ordered online fud the delivery fee not so expensive coz the location is really in the center. Recommend!!

Curious about this place from last year. unexpectedly I got a unique and very funny experience here. the staffs are very nice and very funny. Very good breakfast with many variatif, clean bathroom, good view, good room,and surprisingly the food here is quite delicious.

Great place! We have arranged a meeting in this hotel and also book 2 rooms. Fantastic atmosphere, delicious breakfast and lunch. All managers are very welcoming, polite and responsible, meeting was perfect. The best hotel!

When I needed help, the front office staff immediately helped me, the service was very good. The hotels here are also luxurious and have complete facilities.

die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren einfach nicht nett, wir hatten für 5 gebucht und 2 Doppelzimmer erhalten (was für uns kein Problem ist), allerdings wollte uns das Personal kein 5. Handtuch geben. wo ich mich schon Frage wieso... alles in allem haben die Zimmer nach Schimmel gerochen und die bettwäsche war nicht frisch, auch der Boden wurde schon länger nicht gereinigt...

Excellent stay at ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada. Very impressed overall with the quality of the hotel and its very good condition. Having breakfast in the morning is a really nice experience as it is quite and very comfortable. The pool are very nice and well maintained. The design of the lobby is impressive. Having tested several Accor Management in several countries, Ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada is one of the best in my opinion. Congratulations to the team (Meifi and Andyka) who did a great job in making my stay memorable

Hmm.. it's ibis. Lower your expectations. Compared to the price it's quite worth it. I just notice how lack of staffs they have compared to other hotels. I still appreciate the staffs who has given their best.

Pretty dated hotel especially the rooms. Air-conditioning not functioning properly, shower head not working and bathroom basin stuck. At USD25 per night, you can't expect too much.

Hotel dengan lokasi yang strategis, not too big but the room quite spacious. Delicious foods, comfy outdoor area and amazingly this hotel has swimming pool! Definetely recommended hotel.

The food were delicious, The AC in the meeting room very cold. The preparation are and the set up all base on request. Thank you to Mr. Angga (FB) and Ms. Eva (sales) for the great service. The coffee break various not like other hotels. Overall we are very satisfied.

Check in was fast and the receptionist was polite and helpful. It's just a little disappointing we couldn't check in earlier because we arrived really early. But we understand as the normal check in time is 2pm in most of the hotels. The size of the room was okay. But the toilet was small. The room was decorated with the touch of modern concept. We like it but it was poorly maintained and dirty. There was dust, dirt and grease at different corners of the room and toilet. The toiletries in the toilet were also messy. The mini fridge in the room was not working, we were hoping to put some of the food items we bought inside to keep it cool but can't get it working. Breakfast was utterly a disappointment. Lack of variety and doesn't taste good. We requested a sunny side up egg from a waitress and it didn't came at all. We waited for almost 45 mins and decided we will just head back to the room. We are surprised that this is a 4 star hotel rating in Google reviews. Actually heard many bad reviews of Ibis but never had a chance to stay in one before and we thought to just give it a go. But now we are very sure we will not come back again. Though we are an Accord member but had to be honest that Accord could do better to maintain and manage their hotels.

I was impressed by the spacious room with modern decor. Good amounts of storage space. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is a touch on the small side (especially when using the lavatory, it’s quite tight). Breakfast is offered for Rp 90.000++ Daily housekeeping provided. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was known as All Seasons Jakarta Gajah Mada and now is Ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada. Ibis Styles Jakarta Gajah Mada have amazing facilities such as swimming pool, kids playground, free parking for car and motorcycle, also direct access to Gajah Mada Plaza.

The hotel located close to Gajah Mada Plaza...for budget hotel the service is quite good. The food also taste good. I visited this hotel just for attending the wedding invitation of my friend.

It was very quiet for this weekend, I feel bad for them. The service is great. My room feels nice and smells good. TV, AV, water heater, all works well. The hotel is located next to Gajah Mada Plaza, it's very strategic. One thing to improve tho: the safety protocol during pandemic. No one checks my temperature when I entered the building.
