I was going there for the ballroom. So I could comment on that only. The service is typical of a 5 star hotel. Food is excellent. There is even room for improvement My occasion went well, lightning is good. But the room is not soundproof enough. Overall The Ballroom is great. It is spacious enough, even though it is not the biggest.

amazing hotel that I have stayed the night, one of the best in Jakarta in my opinion, the hotel has a really nice touch for its interior design, they facilities here also remarkable, I have swimmed at the pool here and I am satisfied, the room I've spent the night in was splendid as well. we can watch youtube, netflix, prime video, and other things on the TV (which I couldn't find it anywhere else). The service from the staffs are great too.

A luxurious hotel in the middle of bustling Jakarta. Staffs and their service were simply astounding. Amenities were 5-star. Only a walk away to busy Sudirman street and subway station. Perfect for those who are on business trip to Sudirman area. My only complaint is that the hotel is a bit outdated. Overall an excellent experience.

The most amazing hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the service of the staff is on another level. From the second of arrival, during the stay, until the time you leave the hotel, you will always be greeted with what I see as sincere smiles from the staff. The JimBARan Lounge and its staff are top notch, providing amazing selection of foods and beverages–the staff are also super friendly! To conclude, from what I've experienced, you will not regret your stay here. So looking forward to staying here again in the future.

An oasis in the middle of hectic, bustling an stiffling metropolitan that is Jakarta. Our room was spacious. The gym was stacked. The service was warm and professional. I can not fault this place. A wonderful place to stay over the weekend or a respite from a tough business trip.

Hotel with such beautiful layout, although I got in to Midplaza buildings parking entrance instead, luckily they have shared same parking area. You might want to lower your expectations on food taste, since many places nearby offer more delicious dishes.

i had my wedding there. It was just perfect. Hotel looks beautifully designed. Staff well trained and friendly. they help you anytime you need something. there is really nothing to complain about this hotel. rooms are tip top clean and very comfortable. Beds are so comfortable with the pillows. Shower utensils smells soooo good. only reason i start to buy sensesia products. Big thanks to Christine at the sales who helped us a lot!

During the pandemic we spent here several times the quarantine. Always nice equipped and clean room. Staff is always very kind and helpful. The restaurants offering tasty food. If you have to stay in Jakarta this hotel it's a good choice in the central business destrict.

Always love their breakfast selection. The room was comfortable and I loved the toilet upgrades. Everyone was friendly. One thing could be improved: breakfast dining area capacity on peak season (e.g. new year's eve & new year's day). I hope they will manage it better in the future.

I love their old style classic design. Room is amazing. Staff is friendly and fast. Breakfast was amazing! I love their beef sausage! I love their kimono so much! The flavor of in room dining was 7/10. It was good but not something exquisite. Maybe if you are foreigner it will be a good flavor taste since its not too strong still delicious but for local the HITT is missing. But i love their in room service style of bringing the food. Still love the experience and price wise its a good one!

We come for a workshop and get to sample the service and hospitality of the hotel. Our 2 days works shop are very productive thanks to the amazing food and beverage served during our full day meeting session.

This is the best place to get some rest from hectic work, with a nice view and facility, I can charge my energy to stay fit. the location is perfect from my work site a year ago. The staffs don't talk much and help me bring my luggage to my room so I can get rest all night long like dead.

Excellent location and great service. The Blue Terraces restaurant with its selection of healthy food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is next level. Amazing selections.

The room spacious and pristine. The breakfast was good, but the taste little bit bland for local like me, maybe the spices fit for foreigner.

Love their service, christien is exceptionally helpful for our wedding. Food was amazing and room is expected from a 5 star hotel. Though old, the location is very strategic and rather quiet. The only bad thing was the WiFi, it's disappointing that a 5 star hotel has a terrible WiFi that kept going off every couple hours or so. Won't suggest the hotel for traveller that needs to be online for business, might need to bring your own modem.

Food is delicious. Although there's no kid's club, they still provide kid activities and even theater with cartoon movies. Love to spend another weekend here.

Staycation well spent. Strategically located, near Setiabudi Astra MRT station (walking distance). Special shoutout to Mba Anas for special arrangement on the reservation. Mr. Rijal and his team were also very accomodative during our breakfast. The breakfast was great, promoting Indonesian traditional cuisine. Mr. Sunarno was also helpful in the pool area. We had a blast and hope to come back any time soon.

I was there for the China Indonesia Executive Tech Summit. I’m not sure if it’s the miscommunication of the Organisers ? The hotel staff brought in the food for the break during the presentation by distinguished guests. This took people off their seats to the food. Myself and a few others didn’t get to eat as we joined the line once the break was announced. There was no replenishment of the food.. it was removed.

Nice place.Atmosphere is comfortable and elegant. There are more than 1 restaurant inside. Location at center of Jakarta,the busy place of traffic.The location is in the odd-even rule area.

Went here 2x for work, well integrated with the MRT so I went here basically on foot, food during the events were great (Semur Lidah and Chicken Matah was delicious), they also give free non password protected fast internet on the meeting halls

we stayed over for new year 2024. the room (executive suite, upgraded for free) was spacious and luxurious. the foods are so worth the price, service was exceptional

Great hotel in Central Jakarta, great location near MRT station and some malls. The service is impeccable, all the staffs very attentive and provides all of our needs. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable, they have selection of another pillows to choose from. The TV can connect to your Android phones and applications. The Japanese style toilet is impressive. Facilities around the hotel is abundance and serviceable. The breakfast is awesome, they have so much selection of cuisine and the tastes are more than average.

Its a good hotel.. so clean and cozy. Lots of Japanese people stay here, more on business trip. For the breakfast food, they have a lot of options to choose, from local to western. I like the dimsum and chicket feet, the mango pudding also the juice.. and all the service was good here, they offer us what to drink and will bring on our table.

My stay was pleasant. The staff were very kind and helpful and the hotel clean and nice. However, they hosted a wedding my second night there. I was exhausted from the jetleg and had just fallen asleep at 4 am. At 5 I hear a very strong noise from the corridor and people outside screaming and talking. Turns out in the room next to mine there was a bride and her bridesmades excited for the wedding. With the door open! At 5 am! I told them to stop screaming. At 9 am the actual wedding began! In the garden downstairs, with loud music!!! I know I was not the only one annoyed by that, my colleagues in other rooms told me the same. My thoughts are: The bride and bridemades next to my room were just rude, so not the hotel's fault I guess (but maybe reserving them a room on a dedicated floor could have been a good idea), BUT starting a wedding with music and all the guests applauding at 9 am is the hotel's fault. That is really their decision. Nothing that loud should be allowed that early in the morning.

I dont smoke and I dont like the smell of the smoke. However, the only available room at the time I check in was smoking room. So, I felt terrible when I stay in the hotel this time. Except for that, other things were perfect. The breakfast menu were superb.

The room is clean and extra spacious. They provide iron, hair dryer, and plenty of cloth hangers which is extra helpful. The service from the staff is another level. They are very helpful and ready, from lobby to the front security. They make you feel secure and comfortable during your stay. The breakfast has many options from indonesian, western, japanese, and chinese. The pastries are amazing.

The toilet still not friendly enough for muslim traveller/ guest that need water friendly washroom facilities especially for men, it will be good if the standing toilet has not olny move cencor but also flush button. But has Prayer Room and Wudhu Area on the toilet, overall really has good food and service.

Last time staying here, and also having conferences was back then when it's still under the name of Intercontinental. Same great experience even now, friendly services, and most of all, still one of the best culinary impression among other major 5 stars hotels in Jakarta. Love this hotel :)

Big luxurious hotel strategically located in central business area Jakarta. Easy access using any means of transport. Nice ambiance for business setting and entertaining business clients/partners. Friendly and warm service from the staff. Good food and nice setting. You can also find other services at the lower ground of the hotel such as dentql cleaninc and beauty skin care clinic.

I spent my quarantine period in this hotel last year, they provided the service so nice that i actually enjoyed my quarantine. The duty manager and all the staff did the good job, especially helping me with all kind of request since I can’t go out of my room. Even though the toilet is a little bit outdated but all is good.
