If you book a room for 3 people you only get 2 beds but they will charge you for 3 people and they expect the 3th person to sleep on the floor? Not 5 star worthy. A disgrace.. And also on the site they say it's a 5 star hotel. But it's a 4 star. It says in the lobby that it's a 4 star. So false advertisement. I recommend everyone not to go here. Because you will NOT have a 5 star experience. Better go to another 5 star in Jakarta.

Nice hotel, comfort room, spacious meeting room. Everything just fine but the egg station. The chef even refuse to serve me soft-boiled egg and suggest me to pick the hard-boiled ones which are ready 😅 It feels like "eat whatever we served to you, don't make me busier with any additional request." Hope the manager do something with the service and hospitality of the staff.

I am currently staying for a quarantine here right now and it is already my 6th day here. To be honest, there are currently mixed reviews and I will explain it from the start. Starting from Soetta airport, someone has been appointed to accompany me and wait for my PCR test but turns out he was not there all the time and he went outside airport to assist other guests. I was left alone with no assistance for more than one hour and had to get my PCR result myself. PCR result should have been received in order to get transferred to the hotel, meanwhile waiting in a very crowded lounge may risk myself getting infected. I complained to the person in charge of the hotel, Bu Dian and they sent me other personnel quite fast. Then this personnel helped me getting taxi ride to the hotel and it only took us around 30 minutes. I suggest the hotel could get better in managing personnel's schedule or adding more personnel in charge of picking the guests. Not a very good start, but they managed it quite well. Check-in was smooth. Someone assisted me to my room at 7th floor. The room is clean, bright and modern. AC temperature can be adjusted, complimentary as tea and coffee were provided. Although in 7th floor I realized that they allow guests to smoke, sometimes I smell cigarette smokes comes out from my bathroom. It may leak from ventilators there. I also noticed that the room walls are not built thick enough and not soundproofed as I could hear my neighbors laugh so loud at night and I hear their alarm phone vibrate quite clear every now and then. Not the best, but still okay. The quarantine package offers me free 5pcs laundry every day and house-keeping always come everyday to ask whether I want my room cleaned or tidied up. Kudos to Mr. Ichsan that cleaned my room twice until today. He was detail-oriented, polite and friendly. He also made sure to vacuum my room, empty every trash bins, change towels and add more toiletries, water bottles and complimentary tea. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. Punctuality was a problem during my firsts day of stay (until 6th day). I tried complaining to the receptionist and room service division several times. I had to remind the restaurant to write down my menu preference for meal. On 7th day, I finally realized the improvement. Food was delivered on time. Room service called my room earlier to ask which menu I should choose and staffs prioritized on delivering my meal. The remaining days of my stay was a bliss. Everyone served me well before I asked for it. Kudos to all the staffs that helped me undergoing quarantine with ease. Please maintain this great quality of time-management and professionalism. The day before I checked out, around 8.30 AM one health inspector and hotel staff came to my room. I did PCR test outside my room and it only took around 5 minutes. The test was out the next day before I had to check out and they called me to inform the result. To stay in Grand Mercure Harmoni was a nice experience overall, despite the punctuality problem on delivering meal and house-keeping schedule on first days, but they did get better in time-management. Keep the great work and impress the guest. All the best for Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni!

A five star hotel with good services and comfort rooms. I love the resto and how clean the room is. They also have ballroom and some meeting rooms. The swimmimg pool is nice to try. The location is strategic in Harmoni area.

Very comfortable hotel. Service and rooms are very good. Very strategic place in the middle of the city. Close to the train station and passed by the TransJakarta line. Breakfast is quite a lot of choices although less varied. For those who like culinary, there are many places that can be visited and are quite close. Even for those who like durian terrain, just walk. Or Medan-style cakes, legendary porridge, etc. Cool place

Ease of access is the number one reason that I like about this hotel, it's right on the front of busway shelter, also beside Mc Donald and convenience store. The staff is sensible and friendly enough. The room is decent enough with exquisite port of display interface and LAN Hub, it's actually possible in this hotel to host virtual meeting in their own room to avoid Covid-19. The food here is very creative, the taste is ok, but the variation never gets me bored for 4 days of staying. They have 2 floors of meeting room, 2nd floor is a grand hall and the 3rd floor is smaller meeting room with Stationary office if you ever need to do photocopy or printing. Very well thought. The minus one star is about the air conditioning, it feels damp and making me sneeze a lot of time. I felt a bit sick staying too long in my room even tough I set my room temperature to 25°C it doesn't feel like the air condition of a good AC like I used to in many different hotel.

We spent two nights and liked the rooms. Unfortunately there are a few little things which end up in a average review only. There is a notice from the GM in the room to consider to have breakfast at the poll area - but there is no breakfast served. The breakfast itself is ok nevertheless when offering Western dishes a knife should be available - but it is not. When you ask for it you get either a proper knife or a butter knife. Western coffee is provided by an Italian machine but it is self-service. This machine is a household machine and required service every morning. And the breakfast venue provides the atmosphere of a food-court; it is not very pleasant and not inviting at all. Actually breakfast at this hotel is not really a good start into the day. And the last issue refers to the bathroom. No hand towels are provided and the sink cannot be closed which makes shaving less comfortable. To summarize: it seems a nice hotel bur the Management does not pay attention to minor items which make me think if this hotel can be recommended.

The breakfast is excellent. I ordered non smoking room, but it did smell like smoking one. They tried to purify it with uv lamp of course it was not working for the problem. Thank goodness they let us change to another room.

This hotel strategically located in the town area, at Jl Hayam Wuruk. However due to MRT construction, the road is narrow. There are a McD just next to the hotel. Hotel guest room is comfy and comfortable bed. The hotel room cleanliness need to improve. I found some sticky stain on the table when i first in the room. Staff hospitality is great and provides a good service. There are a big set back in the breakfast restaurant, too crowded and full of people, sometime have to wait for table. The table and chair are too big and become smaller space and difficult to mover around. This is like having breakfast in a food court! Personally feel this is not quite comfortable. Due to too many people, the egg station has always pre cook the Omelette or fried egg. I believe hotel should improve on this, by separating the event guest from the rest might help to improve the situations. Other than this, the rest is quite good!

Spacious and clean room, comfy pillows and bed, great shower room layout. Good location in the city. Breakfast service could be improved, the waiters need to be trained to be more care to the guests

Nice hotel to stay in Jakarta at reasonable price. Also checked out in night from hotel, no problem they provide you with Snack and a water bottle, so kind of them, really loved staying here.

To participate in the annual evaluation meeting with my colleagues, I spent 2 nights and 3 days at this hotel. Let me start with the food which was delicious. It has many types of dishes, drinks and snacks. You can choose whatever type of food you want, from Indonesian to western cuisine. Room? Adequate. The hot water works quite well. Plus the room amneti is quite special and accommodating. You won't worry about running out of mineral water because it's available in abundance and it's free. The price is not too expensive compared to the same type of hotel in the same area. However, if there is one particular minus aspect. For me, it is a very small pool.

Love the room and the location. But there's something wrong with the buffet area. Food doesn't meet my expectation, some of them are bland. The seat arrangement should be more private table for 2 or more people to join, should not combine tables into one super-long table.

I love the Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni. The food, room, lobby, everything was 10/10. I came here with my girlfriend for a little 4 day holiday, New Year’s Eve, and the production of the New Year’s Eve event really showcased the standard of this hotel. We even won a trip to Bali, with a 2 night stay at another 5 star hotel. This was the best experience ever!

Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni has a good ambience. Having oportunity to stay here several times, located in the downtown near Glodok. Rooms are great as expected. Service from all officers are excellent. in the near MRT would have track in front of hotel. Hopefuly the station access will be near to it. Might be back someday.

I will have to revisit this hotel as I didn't stay long enough to explore all the facilities. The stay was great value for the money. Clean rooms and cold air-conditioning.

Affordable hotel yet with spacious room for Superior type. Super comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely enormous. A lot of choices. The Gym was great too. Therefore, access to Gajah Mada plaza was not easy due to MRT project. Suggestion : as a 5 star resort, bathrobe should be provided and at least pair of hand towels. As many local stay here and get used to use water after using toilet, to have jet spray would help a lot.

The Breakfast is not really worth it because the varians served were not as great, most of the stocks are empty. The plates were also being pilled up at every table without anyone taking it for a clean up.

This is a hotel that will surprise you because the food are really good... really tasty and fresh.. their indonesian food taste is excellent (thank you chef, whoever you are).. .. pastry also very nice with petite portion, therefore you will be able to taste all of the tasty pastry without too much feeling guilty :D

Staying here several times, has made Grand Mercure one of the favorite hotels every time you visit Jakarta. Good location, luxury room and excellent FB. Highly recommended to stay while in Jakarta.

the staff is friendly, strategic location. but the bathroom lack off privacy cant lock it and its using glass wall and the cover become transparent because bathroom lighting. its seem the problem about crowd and narrow space between table in restaurant never noticed, very uncomfortable to eat. the wifi really not secure.

The hotel rooms are great, service as well. Due to current MRT underground construction, the traffic in the area surrounding the hotel is horrendous. Hope once the construction over will be a prime opportunity.

This was my go-to hotel in JKT, however I might have to think twice about staying here again in the near future. Traffic in front of the hotel has become unbearable for me due to the construction of the MTR line. Getting in and out is taking way too long even for Indonesia traffic standards. Biz is obviously still very good as I have to be waitlisted to get into breakfast area this morning 😐 room still neat and clean as always for biz travellers. Chinese New year celebration is a nice touch.

We came here to watch fireworks on New Year's eve from our room. Luckily we have the best view. We love it! The room is clean, spacious and we got connecting room. Their staff is very nice and friendly. On breakfast, the chef greet us and showed us what they served. A great hospitality 👍👍👍👍👍

The room and the food were nice. The swimming pool and other fitness facility are awesome. They have gym, outdoor swimming pool, indoor warm pool for jacuzzi, cold water, spa, sauna, and enough number of shower inside.

Great Hotel and great Hospitality I booked this hotel for 4 nights with a deluxe room and they upgraded me to business suite. The room was large with a setting area. The stuff we're so friendly and helpful trying to provide you all your needs around the clock.

delicious food with wide ranges of choices. Special traditional food such as tutug oncom, tumis genjer and tumis bunga pepaya. And even for snack times were good such as bakso and siomay. My favorite was seblak. I didn't spend a night here, so I can't review the room.

Taste of the food is fantastic but the problem is on portion of food isn't sufficient i think most them were felt the same.

Loved it! The buffet menu is the best I have seen in any hotel in Jakarta. Keep it up! We were here for a work-cation and all went well. The room I got was spacious. The conference rooms are adequate for the kind of meeting we had and have a projector, white board and microphone. Snacks available. Very polite and well trained staff. I especially remember Nina. - Paid around Rp. 21.000.000 for 10 days quarantine - Get to pick Western or Asian for food. - Food often times come late and cold. Seems like management problem because they make a lot of mistakes with your food choice. If you send it back, you may get the exchange in 2 - 3 hours and it’s clearly leftovers and cold. (I sent back a breakfast because I asked for Asian at 6:30 am, got the exchange at 10 am and it was cold. At 11:30, they send me my lunch... go figure) - Staffs are friendly enough - Deluxe Rooms are 28 m and it still feels new and spacious - You can borrow dumbbells from the gym so you can work out - Unlimited water - Other than the management problem, this hotel is actually not bad but for the price you pay, minor management problem like above should not happen especially since you are dealing with peoples meals.

I came from a 12 hours-long flight and I called the room service for food and they took 2 and half hours to deliver a totally horrible food and imagine eating a food like that after you’re hungry and waiting to find a hotel since morning. We were quarantined here for 10 days and paid like ₹85,000 ($1200) and how to put in words other than it REALLY SUCKED. Housekeeping was actually nice, everything was very clean and whatnot but the food was REALLY BAD and from what i saw and felt, nobody put the tiniest effort in making it. They use to call us, “Ma’am what would you like to have?” but use to send exactly opposite of what we asked. Let me give you an example, my father is pure vegetarian and he wanted vegetarian food but they actually sent beef. Like imagine being an Hindu and getting beef served. Totally disgusting. When we asked where to complain they would go silent. We tried calling manager at least 15 times but never got to see his face. Also our rt-pcr test came 17 hours (4pm-9am) late and we had to catch the train to Surabaya and we had to postpone it because of that. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of sensitivity and hospitality of this hotel which claims to be 5-star.

I expected will get same experienced previous visit anohter Grand Mercure Hotel at Kemayoran but rather got less then expectation. I staying for quarantine and my expetation nice view from high level compare to other. My experimenting are not successful, I will look another option for next quarantine

I like here they offer customized food. I got Indian style food. But roti not much good. Its ok as long getting Indian food.

Fantastic location for getting to airport as well as parts of old city - not really for CBD though. Facilities are standard Mercure type but a bit older than another Grand Mercure in the city.

Best service, best food! Surprisingly varian of food, the chefs so genius, they made thematic menu from all over Indonesia. Staying for 3 days, I taste traditional cuisine from Papua, West Kalimantan, Yogyakarta, West Sumatera, Menado. All is good! Two thumbs up for kitchen team!

Very dissatisfactory. Told me at check in that paid late checkout would be at 6pm but brought checkout deadline forward at the last minute. Also, restaurant is overcrowded at breakfast, bathroom has persistent bad odor, and hand sanitizer dispensers in common areas were not refilled.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much in this hotel. But to my surprise the hotel was quite good. The room was clean and quite spacious. So was the bed. Believe it or not, even a 5 stars hotel isn't a guarantee that you'll have one 😔. The food was tremendously good, it was better than just okay. The indulging experience of eid mubarak's culinaries was satisfactory. Though swimming pool is small. We enjoyed it. The clean towels were always ready, and the staffs were fast to accomodate our needs. We didn't try the warm and coold pools, so was the sauna. The only draw back and the reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the staffs. If they could give their big and warmth smiles every times, I believe they could be swarm of peoples filling in this property. And also the price was quite affordable for every nice experience you might receive

The staff is friendly and the room is comfy. My note were on the breakfast table arrangement which I don't feel convenient for solo traveller (especially in maintaining our table when we take another round (when I return to the table already occupied by somebody else) and not sure if anybody close to me is actually willing to share) and the choco lava from room service was already exploded (there's no dome shape chocolate which normally when we scoop on it, then the choco lava started to flow).

Good hotel with great facilities. I love the room and gym facilities. The swimming pool, hot spring, cold spring, and sauna are perfect. The gym is nice and would be perfect if they have new yoga mat.
