The staff at the club lounge is very attentive and pays attention to the details. They would do whatever they can to fulfill our requirements. We are very grateful for their wonderful service, Chef Fina, Riri, Zara, Gaby Catharine, Ana, Mathew Felix and more. I am sorry that I could not mention all of them who provided amazing service during our visit. We will definitely stay at the Ritz Carlton hotel Pacific place again and again every time we visit Jakarta.

We stay for 1 night in the apartement with 2 bedrooms. The rooms was so big. The rooms also so clean and neat. The kitchen also provided with the equitments like pan, knife, folk, spoon, refrigerator and water dispenser. Everything soo complete …

The supreme hotel in town...because its located right in the middle of Jakarta's city...it's very close to mall and office buildings... The staffs are very polite and helpful and the ambiance is so amazing too...room is very exclusive and private... a free flow food during breakfast...lunch...afternoon tea and dinner...taste fabilous

- Snacks and beverages for event package was great (coffee was delicious, I forgotten to take photos) - Staff were helpful in terms of pre-seminar prep, during breaks,etc Pro tip: Don’t book an event room in the same floor as the gym and swimming pool

The place may see same problem in most developing countries, cleanliness. Plastics use for toiletries is still huge, change to more environmental friendly is required, and easy and straightforward actually.

Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Food is so delicious, great taste and variety, the team was so kind and they prepared special dishes for us and of course Mrs. Sharfina is the best. Mrs. Talitha is so kind and welcoming, special thanks to her.

I've always love their buffet whether it's brunch or special occasion. What I love the most how curated the menu is and how it's nicely presented. Don't expect your usual all food dumped buffet. Instead they present them in small portion which makes the food looks even more exquisite and alluring. They also serve them at a very right portion, small but not too small. Which I think this is very smart, as you don't get full easily and able to try all of the food serve in the buffet Staffs are always friendly and eager to help to ensured us a pleasant time. From all the hotel buffets, this is definitely my most favourite.

I travel globally for work and have to say this hotel makes all other hotels look ordinary. The facilities are incredible and the staff is genuinely courteous and helpful. They’ve raised the bar incredibly high for other hotels.

I was having a two nights staycation in the club room with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. The hotel is situated in the same building as Pacific Place mall and I was intended to stay there so my kid can play at Kidzania. It was a splendid experience. The room was exquisite. It was spacious and I like the lay out; from entrance, sitting area and bedroom to left, wardrobe to the right, connected to the bathroom area with the bathtub looking out the city view). Bed was large and comfy, couch was large enough for one adult sleeping comfortably, mini bar with mini fridge, nespresso machine and plenty of mineral water bottles, cups, and glass. There was plenty of electric sockets. I noticed that they don’t have a large breakfast buffet like other hotels, but the manager text me upon arrival to ask about my breakfast preferences, and the following day the club go above and beyond our expectation. The club access open from 6 am to 10 pm everyday, so whenever you feel hungry, just go down to have some small bites. Staffs were remarkably helpful and friendly. I mentioned that I was staying for my daughter’s birthday, and they arranged some decor and cake for her. Some minus thing were the parking lot was unclear for those who drive their own vehicle, no ramp on the entrance from ground level mall to the hotel lobby, and not much movie channels on TV.

Excellent hotel. Stayed at the 3 bedrooms. Kid-friendly facilities. The pool was nice. They setup a playroom with bouncy castle and tables for activities- in conjunction with the x-mas and new year’s weekend. All the staffs were friendly and excellent. And the food for room service especially the Nasi Goreng is the best!

Went here for Business Purpose only. Don't have the Opportunity to stay at the Hotel just yet. But overall it was a Luxurious looking Hotel with Friendly and very Helpful Staffs.

Was coming to this place for WhatsApp Business Summit - Indonesia. Such a pleasant experiences and full of new informations also knowledge. The access to the venue is also very easy as I can use taxi to go there and its inside the mall (Pacific Place)

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING. The room is so spacious. The whole staff, especially the staff at the lounge were incredible. When I didn’t have time to get breakfast, they’d offer a to-go box and coffee — what a thoughtful gesture! The gym is great and has a stairmaster machine (pretty rare in Jakarta). Pool was great and there’s a jacuzzi at the locker room spa. Location is unmatched — it’s attached to the Pacific Place mall so if you want to get food elsewhere it’s a quick walk. Highly highly recommend!!

We stayed 31 days at Ritz Carlton. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the commercial hub, in the center of the city. The location is perfect for new people as everything is close by. Lot of food joints and shopping malls. However, what made our stay excellent was the staff in the hotel. They are all very courteous. We are vegetarians, Chef understood our dietary requirements and manage to cater to it. They cooked special meals for my family. It was a very kind gesture from his side. Furthermore, they organized few cooking classes for my kids. The staff at the reception helped us in lot of communication with local people. Being non Bahsa speaking had its own challenges, but the staff made it very easy. We were really touched, when on the last day of departure, the team gave us a pot of flower as farewell gift and above all a hand written greeting card with wished from the hotel staff. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will highly recommend the hotel to others. Thank you so much Ritz Carlton to make our hotel stay memorable 💐

Best hotel in Jakarta, spacious room, superb service, very clean aswell. Prepare your stomach for the full day dining. Everything is renovated already except for the pool, but hey I don't really like swimming.

This hotel staff is cool in terms of service, starting from reception staff, waiters, housekeeping, security, etc. For breakfast it's pretty good. In the room from the bed, bath, living room it's okay. For special swimming pool, spa, sauna facilities. According to rates. Probably one of the best hotels in Indonesia.

Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Jakarta. Yes it's true that this is considered an older property, but their service is what set them apart from the rest. The all inclusive lounge that served 5 meals a day was a great plus. Outside of breakfast, we can relax for coffee in between our mall trips. Came back at night to get wine and desserts after we had our dinner. Will definitely be back for future staycations!

The two bedroom serviced residential apartment was excellent for family staycation. Very spacious and nice balcony view. Very convenient as the place is connected to Pacific Place Mall to buy any daily needs. Health protocols were splendidly applied. Swimming pool is very nice. Gym is a bit small 😅 , wish it was bigger with more equipments. Overall.....it was an excellent staycation experience for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best service ever! All of the staff were so friendly (Echi, Tamara, Tiara, Ana, Fajri, the manager of the Club Lounge, and others), and the stay all the more enjoyable for us and our daughter. We really enjoyed our stay!

They greet us with our names. It feels like we are back to our own home, not staying in a hotel for a business. Warm and friendly. I was there in 2018. The room was spacious. Welcoming fruits and chocolate tasted good.

I think this hotel is located at an outstanding business district in the heart of Jakarta city. The hotel has a strategic and good view for people who pass by on the street. Having Christmas gathering, I enjoyed dinner to accompany my daughter and her friends. The restaurant is not large enough, however it has a nice presentation and layout of dishes. Overall dishes taste around 7 from 10 scores.

Ritz Carlton Pacific Place is very convinient place to stay for business person during weekday as it offers connecting retail experience to pacific place mall. The hotel people were extremely friendly and humble. During our 1 night stay there, we are greeted by not less than 20 people there. Everyone is saying hello to us. The room is comfy enough for business people, with decent amenities and tools.

Me and My Wife stayed here to spend our first half of the long weekend 20-21 Jan 2023, and let me tell you a short summary, it was memorable and beautiful experience. We arrive with a late late check in due to our busy Friday activity, the moment we Arrive we go straight to the club lounge for dinner, the food was amazing (All of them). While we were eating dinner, Chef Fina was very attentive asking about what we need and checked on the food's quality. Moments after, she and Kak ririe surprised us with my wife's promotion cookies with writings on it! It makes me look bad :p for not preparing anything but we took it by heart, we loved it. Then dinner was topped with the excellent bartender Matthew on the bar who gave MEAN MEAN Cuba Libre, such an amazing mix, this is very rare to find in Jakarta ( usually other bar make em so dirty, I couldn't drink it). More to that night, when we went to our room there was an amazing attention to detail given by the housekeeper Hafidz & Satria. The next day we went back to the club lounge for breakfast and we were greeted with Kak Ayu and Felix and all other staffs who were in charge that day, the food was again, Phenomenal. Then Felix was really attentive and professional to check on us and make sure we were tended well. Then Kak Ayu surprised us (Again) with a birthday surprise , gave us a plate of delicious pancakes with writings on it too, just amazing! It doesn't stop there! I couldn't even believe that. During lunch felix was there to tend us again for our needs, and of course the service had always been astonishing, now we were surprised by Pak Dasep and a GRA lady with a bouquet of beautiful flowers with a barcode on the writing with customized photo and video. It was just an amazing experience and let me tell you all the people in the hotel was really taken care of by not only by the service standards of RCPP but also the genuineness of them all . Truly a huge 100 stars for them if possible.

The hotel is amazing. In the middle of Jakarta. An awesome view over the city. Very big rooms inkl sauna. Food is delicious just the portion could be more, the swimming pool is clean and good the gym has many equipments and the spa area is very clean.

Truly worth every cent. The definition of understated elegance and subtle but perfect service. I only spent one night while waiting for a flight but from arrival at the hotel, where the staff knew me and my departure plans in the morning, to the friendly and fast check in, to the ever so comfortable bed and delicious welcome treats, the whole experience was flawless. This wasn't a choice between good facilities or good service. This was both. The staff are referred to as ladies and gentlemen, and they are. I look for things to nitpick at hotels but couldn't come up with a single thing.

I stayed here for several night. The staff is thoughtful and nice. Although the room is a little old style, but clean and comfortable. Lounge provides good and diversivide food.

Me and my college went there to find quite place to have proper online meeting with foreign partner, cause I used to visit other 5 star hotels to do the same thing. However, the restaurant staffs are not welcoming us well, specifically the people in the buffet stall in 6th floor. Even after finishing our food, the head/ PIC there weren't said proper "thank you" at the time we leave the place. We heard that they were yelling to us like "street food seller". We won't go there again and even will not recommend our London/foreign partner to visit this awful hotel.

Almost every things is perfect. The service is excellent. I got the bigger room. It is huge with sauna and jacuzzi. The buffet spread that’s comes with the room at the club floors are amazing. Only set back is that I got a room facing the traffic. In the dead Silence of the night. Can hear traffic noise very clearly. And also wind noise hitting the building. Yes will stay here again but be sure to request for a quite room.

Completed refurbish in early 2022, great location and easy access to shopping mall, night lives and restaurants are just a stone throw away. It has become my fav hotel in Jakarta for now!!!
