5 star hotel feels like a budget hotel. The rooms are cramped, the bathroom is very small, the breakfast queue is long, the number of lifts does not match the number of guests, the view from the room directly faces other people's apartments with a very close distance. Not a recommendation at all to stay here.

The service is excellent, they even have a clown stand by during breakfast. But their lack of fast service on check in time, we should wait quite a long time, more than 1 hour, for the room to get ready, even though we already late check in. The location is good, but we still need to take turn around to go from the parking spot to lobby

Very bad experience.. It's not like pullman hotel in general even worse than hotels of lower class.. Breakfast just for one person/room?? Seriously? Breakfast can't be brought to the room, the room is also not very good.. Maybe the management supports the spread of COVID-19.. idk.. or fake pullman hotel huh??? So I skip my breakfast at the hotel.. Thankfully there is mall next to the hotel.. Another problem when going out to park, even though they have registered a car park ticket for free parking from the start, but when they come out the next day the data is not recorded in the parking attendant and they make me wait for almost 15 minutes to finish the stupidity they made themselves.. Really a very bad service.. The only good thing is that the location is next to Central Park.. Don't waste your money here bro.. You'll regret it later.. :)

This is the first time I stayed in Pullman Central Park. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always wearing a smile on their face which really makes my day. The location is great. A big mall is located next to the hotel within walking distance. There are a variety of restaurants in the mall so am spoiled for choice when comes to food. Getting around is really easy. Will definitely stay in this hotel when I travel to Jakarta again. A big thank you to all the wonderful Pullman staff for your great hospitality.

The suite room was nice, clean, and spacious. House keeping staff was really friendly and helpfull. Location was superb, attached to Central Park Mall. Loved the various choice of the breakfast, they even have manisan buah. Overall nice stay at the hotel, will definetly comeback again one day.

It was really bad service and i think the management and maintenace is extremely problematic Check in for VIP- Diamond Member was till 3:30pm although the notice was sent when booking The restaurant had 3 staff were just standing in group for chit chat and totally ignored the customers given that restaurant is not busy before 8:00 am morning I had to email daily to remind but managers just said sorry and promised to improve but things stay the same The executive floor does not even afford a proper coffee machine for guest Now, i understand! Very disappointing!

Wow, talk about the ultimate vacation experience! First of all, the lift not working for parking with only one lift for the whole 12 floors was just a delightful inconvenience. And the leaking tap in the bathroom? Pure luxury. It's like having your own personal spa at home, except instead of being relaxing, it's a complete disaster. But the cherry on top was definitely the room service delay. I mean, who doesn't love being hangry and waiting an eternity for their checkout ? All in all, I'd give the Pullman a solid 2 stars for the sheer absurdity of it all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and thoroughly frustrating trip.

Great service and food. we had a great staycation here. what we like the most is the excecutive lounge for member: private, smoked salmon available, free flow, fresh & delicious salads! but unfortunely our room had little bit noisy come from outside (thought it was renovation) not too loud and still tolerated. so, we would comeback.

Meeting rooms very spacious, rooms are nice, staff helpful and friendly. The interior design is very modern and unique compared to other hotels. Next to it is a mall, accessible from the hotel.

Especially as a Accorplus Member, we can enjoy Executive Lounge and get exclusive Breakfast ( picture no. 1 ) But sorry for the service from the front office, they're not greet me well when I arrive early in the Morning 5.00 AM. I get abandoned by the staff and don't know what to do. I'm so sleepy because a long trip from Surabaya and get abandoned in the hotel. Finally, they gave me permission to enter the Exec. Lounge just after lunch. ( 😮‍💨 after the looonggg wait ) Overall, my stay experience is so wonderful with Pullman Central Park Jakarta. Thank you

The receptionist and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. The room I stayed in was clean and organized. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods to choose from. I highly recommend the Indonesian food 👍

the hotel isn't very well maintained. Horrifying experience for a so called '5 star hotel'. extremely disappointing ! 1. There were at least 10 cockroaches in the room...mainly the very young ones...in the toilet. 2. Poor service. there was a problem with the key card 3. the pick up rep from airport was late 4. when the air conditioner is switched on, smoke can be smelled coming into the room. 5. The corridor was not cleaned for days. I noticed an empty bottle along the corridor for at least 3 days. 6. When I brought out my dinner plates, the lunch plates were not collected. 7. Salad was not fresh. Can see the brown stains on the cut of the lettuce. See photograph. 8. even the fruits turn rancid, perhaps prepared too early?

Great hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Love the art works. But some of them seem not to be in the right place. I find the painting in my room a nuisance. Foods are standard. Love the seafood in their lunch & dinner boxes. But salad bar is not available on weekdays. Bad news for salad lovers. Fruits are plenty, though. If you are at the hotel for business & use the business center on the L floor. It takes quite some to get there from your room. Hope you like walking. And, ladies, use your flat shoes or sneakers. The air con is centralized in the business center as well as in the room, I guess. I couldn't change the ac temperature in my room. Oh, one of the elevators, elevator one, I guess, isn't working well. I heard one of my colleagues got stuck there for 15 minutes. Central Park mall is literally next door. A heaven for shopping freaks. If you love the city scape & stay in the upper floors, you'll be in for an eye feast. Enjoy the sunset I got to see when I was in room 1030! 😍

Incredibly strategic place. The hotel is close to shopping outlets, malls, and practically everywhere. The hotel is unique with their modern industrial (?) style. Personally, I'm not a big fan of it, but it's an interesting take in modern art + hotels. The room is clean, as expected, and the sheets are very much neat and clean. I liked the view from my room at night, and the pool was nice as well. However, the staff has my best compliments. Very fast service and incredibly friendly. I saw the concierge help this family unload 3+ bags of stuff and a rice cooker with noisy kids. Incredible service and patience from that guy. Also, the front desk is really nice, and they're able to help with so many things. Thanks!

The location is right beside central park mall. The facilities are great. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and have good interior. The room and bathroom are clean. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in Suite Room, and I got a welcoming drink and snack. I can also enjoy the free soft drinks and snack. The food choices for breakfast are quite a lot and it tastes delicious

I always spend my long weekend here in Pullman Central Park because I love the hotel, the ambience and it is like living in another part of the city. The staffs are great, service is superb and all meals are best. Price also worth for pay. I super recommend this hotel, for Jakartans who need to have a short break and travellers outside Jakarta as well.

I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay, Overall, my experience was positive, and there were several aspects of the hotel that left a lasting impression. My only other complaint was regarding the water temperature in the bath, which unfortunately wasn't hot enough for my liking. i stay for 1 night and is such amazing experience especially for my kids because many activity for kids but more amazing if the hotel adding more facilities for kids like biger playground maybe outdoor playgorund because the hotel still have many empty space and slide on the pool for kids. Talking about satisfaction, it is definitely not far from expectations. Maybe my expectations were too high so I wasn't satisfied with staying here. I am a visitor from Sulawesi who stayed 2 days at this hotel from 3 to 5 October 2023. No assistance was provided when I arrived with a full bag of items in my hands, especially as I had to put them in an item scanning machine to check. It's really a hard effort when you first enter the hotel. When I checked in, I lost my cellphone where I tried to ask for help checking CCTV for tracking. and no further satisfactory follow up. even though every corner of the room, hallway is filled with CCTV. then what's the function? isn't anyone monitoring CCTV? especially in the reception area. Very very unfortunate for a hotel this expensive. the second night I received a delivery of flowers left at the reception, and when I asked for help to be taken to my room, the officer's answer said that they couldn't be delivered, but 5 minutes later after I was ready to go down, I was called by a different person who offered to took my things to my room. When I checked out, I didn't see the concierge there so I lifted my own things back into the car. The only advantages of this hotel are its location, friendliness and food. initiative?empathy? everything needed for excellent service has not been met. In the end I didn't extend my stay at this hotel and switched to another hotel.

Staycation in Jakarta was actually funny because our home is 35 km away, in Bekasi. We knew Pullman is one of best hotel and we hadn't ever stayed there before. Our stay was very nice, room was clean tidy and has good view. No complain about room. Welcome cake was awesome as well. The best is its location, same building with Central Park Mall...very nice.

I have been a regular at Pullman Central Park and I stay here every 2 months. They achieve my expectation every stay time and their service is just excellent. I could not get a twin sharing room during one booking so had to book a double bed but hotel manager TB. AJI went all out to find me a room with a sofa room with no additional charge. Breakfast spread is good but do expect a crowd. The reason why I am always choosing Pullman Central Park is because of the staff, location is great and price is very reasonable.

honestly as a five stars hotel i kind of surprised that there is no tissue in the living room and the bathroom sink is blocked for two days.... however the colleges are very friendly and the view is awesome very nice gym place to exercise. It is super convivence that is mall downstairs awesome for business trip and a lot of great restaurant.

Got upgraded, and the breakfast is very nice. I just hope they provide real bacon but that is OK. Croissant is also very good. Ate ala carte dinner as well and it is very good. steak is juicy and nice. Big mall just next door. Plenty of restaurant around.

Stayed in there because the meeting, the hotel staff is polite and friendly, room is clean but bit old. Hotel room (suite) is big but do not justify the price. The lounge breakfast is below average. Would not stay if not for meeting.

The room is great, enough space to move around. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. The buffet is ok, many variety. I am ok with the food however it is very crowded. I would strongly suggest to wake up early if u want to enjoy ur breakfast. If you use the any hall in the hotel, you will need time to walk to the function.

The dinner was too expensive for that quality, ... the service was good and as always very friendly. For that money i usually get excellent dinner in europe. I have stayed here twice with family. In Sep 2023 and also end Nov 2023. I enjoy the warm greetings from the service staff. It is nice to feel people show care. With the 3 major malls and several eateries around - you dont have to travel much and spend time in traffic jams. It is near the airport about 30mins car ride. If minus point, I wish the bathrooms are not using glass walls, less privacy.

Pullman Jakarta Central Park stay 4-8,December ,2023, rooms 1121&1041 The hotel taking care of all the hygiene requirements, location is perfect connected to the Central Park Mall accessible to all kind of shops & alot of restaurants. Rooms are very clean,with good size. Thanks to all housekeepers. Breakfast restaurant buffet has very nice varieties with delicious food thanks to all team there. Definitely we'll recommend this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, better than expected. Room were clean, convenient, comfortable, cheerful & equipped with complete amenities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast everything you wanted was there and available with multiple choices especially the egg benedict so yummy (Great chef). Definitely will come back again.

Had a schedule in the city with family and we stayed for the night. Room is good, wide enough and well furbished, the hotel as a kind of contemporary art style. What I do not appreciate that much of the room is the open style bathroom that leave almost zero privacy if are not alone. Did not have time to try the restaurant and other services such as pool and fitness room. As we had no time in the morning we request our breakfast to be delivered at room and food quality was good. Also spent the complimentary F&B voucher at lobby Cafe in the night and foor and drinks were great. Location has pros and cons, the good thing is that is located beside 3 big malls, this is also a cons as Saturday night is a nightmare for traffic that totally stuck until late, so if you are there on the weekend better to avoid going anywhere at evening/night time, just visit the malls by walking or stay at hotel.

Rooms felt old, shower cubicles were mouldy. The toilet did not have its own room, so any toilet activity was awkwardly audible and could be smelt. There was some maintenance around my floor during my stay and could be heard during the day. Breakfast food selection and customer service were good. Location was good. Small gym. Overall poor value, expected a lot more for ~2 million IDR/night.

Very well located since it is near to shopping center, food, and travel (Cititrans for guests who reside in Bandung). Staff are helpful. Room, bathroom, and toilet are clean. Room is not quite spacious. The bathroom is a glass cubicle located at the center of the room which is a bit small. The toilet is not quite private because frosted glass wall. Breakfast is nice, with a variety of choices, but it depend on everyone’s taste. The resto is quite large.

Good place to stay if you happen in need to have a quick stroll in one of the biggest mall complex in west jakarta. Comfy room, but it will be akward if you stay with a colleage / friend as some of the bathroom is very visible from the bed. Easy access to the mall, lots of great food there. Good service here. Maintenance could be upgrade though (lift, corner from lift hall, etc). still worth the price!

The room is quite small with funny layout but the bed is very good. The food is good and warm. The portion is perfect. But the refrigerator is very dirty with horrible smell. I asked the lobby to change or clean since I checked in. And also asked the room service that came to serve first meal. I also informed the one that come to give me Mini-bar because they forget to fulfill before I check in. One of house keeping came to check the refrigerator again last night and gone. Untill now there is no action. So I think I need to spend 6 more days with this horrible smell.

Looking for a place with indonesian’s warmth and hospitallity whoch worth the money you spent? Definately Pullman CP is not the one. Very slow front desk officer, dishonest not telling the truth why we still couldn’t check in to the room even the time already 15:35 local time? We’ve booked the room thru internet, the sanitizing and room cleaning protocols become the main weapon for the front desk to make us wait without any certainty. What i think is better to handle a customer is telling the truth what is going on, so let the customers have the option to handle this situation instead being lied to keep waiting without any certainty. In the era of “Customer Experience”, Pullman Central Park doesn’t take this seriously.

Great fun. Was at the dog gathering area, great to chat with so many nice people and help quite a few with their fear of large dogs. Diesel my Rottweiler had a great 1st birthday.

Yesterday I finished mine quarantine in Pullman. Everything was fine, from special quarantine check in, the room, and the choice off food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the communication about change in quarantine days the pcr test everything very clear. Checking out very quickly so I arrived on the airport at 8 in the morning ready to continue my traveling.

The hotel looks nice from the lobby. Once you go to the rooms, you can see the room not well maintained. When I came, they just painted the corridor. But the room is not well maintained. Service also slow, 2 times i requested different thing, at least need go be reminded more than 3 times, and waited for 3 hours only they do the request. Breakfast more than 300k idr per pax, not worthed the price.

Yeah, stayed for a night here. Room is spacious with nice atmosphere! Bed is huge and even can do three in one bed lol (If you wanna share with friends lol) The lobby is fancy too! Good time staying here! One sad thing is I forgot to take pics.

Overall the room, service, and view are very great but the park and drop off location are not convenience. because the parking lot is combined with mall parking. And if you want to go to drop off area/lobby, you have to pass the payment gateway (its free for hotel guest) and then turning back to entrance gate again. I think its not efficient.. maybe the management must think about for it.

The staff here are super attentive and very helpful. They speak good English and are eager and motivated to serve hotel guests. When I was having a drink at Bunk, a staff by the name of Arief was super friendly and provided me with local F&B recommendations. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Central Park Mall is just next door and you can find tons of shops and restaurants.

The facilities are well maintained, cleanliness are top notch and staffs were polite and very helpful during our stay. Room was disappointing though with its weird layout and cramped space, old small and cheap brand lcd tv with grainy picture quality. There’s also questionable choice of art forms on their lobby and most of their public space. I wish they spend more on improving the rooms, instead of being artsy but failing to do so. Located within the complex of huge Central Park mall, I would recommend this place for its location and service, if those 2 points are your main interest in looking for a place to stay. Very convenient to dine around the area with so many options.

for 5 stars hotel the room is less satisfying plus less spacious lobby, not enough sofa/couch, chairs in lobby for guests, especially when you held an event there. Few quite satisfying things are foods and big ballroom.

For the name/price they carry, I would rather find other establishment (their HI hotels is a good opt). So so room quality & amenity, cheap tv, strange room layout & deco. Aircon has a problem. Good breakfast though.

This has to be one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Customer Service - Excellent - 5 stars: Everyone looked immaculate and professional, and was very attentive to all our needs. All staff were smiling and happy, which is very nice to see. Executive lounge - Excellent - 5 stars: The food was outstanding. Even though there weren’t many people using the lounge, the food setup was always immaculate and plenty of it. The chef was there also and chatted with us each day. The lounge was very quiet while we were there, with at the most 6 other guests there. It would be interesting to see how it is when it is full. The view from the lounge is non-existent, as there are high-rise buildings right in front of the hotel windows. This means that the translucent blinds are down. This is a shame, but not the fault of the hotel at all. Room - Excellent - 5 stars: The room was modern and well maintained, probably the best I have seen in quite a while. It was also very clean. The housekeeping were excellent and very attentive to details. Our room attendant left a very cute ‘towel pet’ with a lovely note, which we really appreciated. The GM popped in - Excellent - 5 stars: I especially appreciated when the GM showed up in the Executive lounge during breakfast, and checked everything. His interaction with the staff clearly shows that he cares about his people as well as the guests. Reception/FOH - Excellent - 5 stars: Again, very good and attentive staff, looking very professional. Spa/Massage - Excellent - 5 stars: The moment we stepped near the spa reception, we were greeted and taken for a lovely tour of the venue. The spa treatment rooms are exquisite. The massage was not expensive and the masseur was excellent, probably one of the best massages I have had in a long time, thank you! Helpful WhatsApp messaging - Excellent - 5 stars: I forgot my jacket at the hotel executive lounge. As the hotel has a whatsapp account, I was able to get through very quickly and ask if they had found the jacket. They are going to mail it back to my family’s home in Indonesia. They were very helpful and fast in their response on WhatsApp, which really impressed me. Overall, I was very impressed with his hotel and everything from it. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again. Keep up the great work everyone, it is really appreciated.

I stayed at the hotel during Eid holiday in 2023, and the hotel was not crowded at that time. The team fetched me to the Executive Lounge for check-in, making the process quite comfortable. My room was upgraded to a suite, and it was a great suite. The hotel's connection to the Central Park Mall made everything convenient, with a wide selection of dining options and bank ATM. The Executive Lounge was decent, and the setup for afternoon tea and evening cocktails was lovely. I stayed there from afternoon until evening cocktail time while working on my laptop. However, I felt that the staff was not attentive enough to offer drink refills or change the table setup for the evening cocktail. Or maybe they did not want to interrupt my work? At the end, I had to request a table setup because they had already set up all tables except mine. Overall, it was a great stay, and I look forward to returning again.

It's vey convenient with the huge mall steps away and it's also perfect location to connect to the airport and other parts of Jakarta. The staff are helpful and super friendly. The Bunk bar has very nice ambience, reasonable price, and again the staff are very professional and helpful, especially Aim and Niken. Staying in this hotel is one of my best memories in Jakarta. Recommend for everyone!

This place is amazing with a great atmosphere and wonderful decor in the lobby bar The staff was kind and friendly, i was served by a very nice named Niken,the moctail were delicious. just had a glass of drinks but I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Thank you !

Great hotel at a great place. From the hotel you can walk into ‘Central Park’ where you can find resto’s and coffee bars and it’s also connected to a nice, big mall. The employees at the hotel are very kind, good service and even take time to have a nice conversation. If you choose breakfast you will get overwhelmed with all the various choices the offer. Warm asian dish, pancakes, bread, sushi, yogurt, you name it. All in all this is a good place for a short visit, to acclimatize after or before a long trip or for business applications.

The Pullman in Central Park left a lot to be desired. The customer service was poor, rendering limited guest attention. I experienced this firsthand when a simple cup of tea took over 20 minutes to arrive. I can appreciate that I went on a Sunday during the busy brunch rush, but that should not be an excuse for the lack of attention, considering they had ample staff on the floor. However, when my breakfast finally arrived, it surpassed all expectations, leaving no room for disappointment. The frittata, with its simplicity, proved to be delightful, making the wait worthwhile. And, the freshly squeezed orange juice, just perfect!! The dining experience made up for the lack of customer service and would certainly go back again.

Good location as its next to huge shopping mall. Easy for food and shopping. Service is good too. Checking in is hassle free. 👎👎BUT i was given a room that is facing a condomium (balcony). The distance is close enough to see what the other block residence is doing. Distance between 2 blocks is about 10 to 30m? Its just visible. Avoid room 1005 and the units around. You will be greeted by the residences from their balcony! Lastly, i prefer bright rooms with good lighting. Their rooms are quite dark in the morning too. 😫😫

The rooms are not what you could expect for its price tag. The bathroom and the toilet room are cramped. No hook to hold your clothes. Outdated room design. The height of the bed is so hight and the side table is so low that you have to hang half way out of the bed to switch on or off or to access the side table. Shout-out for their food service and quality of the food. The executive lounge was exceptional..
