The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, and have a direct access to the mall. Thus, shopping and dining option were abundance. The surrounding area itself was not a strategic area, not in the center of Jakarta. Less public transportation option, quite far from a bus stop or train station, and heavy traffic in busy hour (especially in the afternoon). The staff was helpful and friendly. They even still help me days after I checked-out. The room was great, the interior feel spacious. clean, and well-furnished. Clean and super-comfortable bedding, and provided with standard amenities. The breakfast was great, top quality, and delicious with plenty of option. Dedicated parking area for hotel guest was provided and free of charge.

The hotel is located in a good surrounding,with a Mall(with plenty of shopping places and eateries). Rooms are average, but with poor wifi connectivity inside the room. There are plenty of options for breakfast, but you need to be careful if you don't eat beef; it is very difficult to find out if a particular non Veg dosen't contain beef- nothing written not the staff are confidently able to confirm. I opted to be Vegan.

We stay here for our 8th wedding anniversary, so I just put a simple note when I did online booking that this stay is for our anniversary. I didn't request any specific perks and I didn't expect anything at all initially. But we were very surprised when we find that our room is already decorated with a lovely towel swan and rose petals decoration! Adding to that, couple hours after we check in, the lovely staff gives us a very delicious chocolate cake! Thank you Sheraton Gandaria City for making our stay memorable and pleasant, we truly enjoyed our time! 5 Star!

We stayed here for a mini-staycation and it was very enjoyable. Great for the kids as there is a nice arcade in the adjacent mall that is really well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding. So many options and so many staffed stations where you can make custom orders. Having a hotel this nice attached to a great mall is a fantastic idea.

The lack of proper separation between the smoking and non-smoking areas can indeed be disappointing. It's important for hotels to provide a comfortable environment for all guests, and this aspect clearly fell short during my visit to lobby lounge.

I like the double room, for a family of 4 that could accommodate us perfectly, the room itself is easy on the eyes and we love the bathroom ! Good amenities, snacks and welcome note is very personal. Mostly staffs are helpful whenever you need help with good hospitality and sincere smiles, made me feels like home. The pool is regular but adequate to exercise or entertained your kids . The hotel is connected to a mall which is a great point for us. I'd stay again for sure !

It is very convenient as it is connected to Gandria City Mall. For breakfast, panini sandwiches are also made it right now. However, there is a road and a large mosque right in front of the hotel, so it is noisy at dawn. But everyone was friendly and the service was good.

What a fantastic hotel! I've tried most of the Marriott properties in Jakarta and this one sits up there with any other. The location connected to a good sized mall, helps with convenience too. The rooms are modern, yet classy. Bed was outstanding. The highlight of the stay was the service from the hotel team. Lead by Damiasa, who owned an issue I had on check in. The service from Theresia and Novan was brilliant too!

Booking for meeting room and 1 queen bedroom. The food is quite delicious, but not the best. The meeting room have calm ambience with warm lamp, clean and great WiFi. The bedroom also hv calm ambience, I love the interior design, with the bathroom also have great interior design and also clean.

We spent a christmas lunch I your wonderful restaurant, the food was amazing, we like buffet restaurant, is a good solution to tasty different plates, in this restaurant you can choose indoensian, Indian and also European dishes. From starter to dessert you can choose what ever you want and eat as much as you can. Waiters are kind and they speak English very well, so for us ( foreigners) is easy ask everything and have some suggestion from them. Kitchen,dinner room, bathroom are very very clean and shiny. I suggest this restaurant. Congratulation

All gymnasium equipments are desinfected & clean. Full facility services hotel. Too bad their TV channels were experiencing trouble from their vendors. I cant watched the television broadcast.

Decided to stay here to spend a short staycation. Great bonvoy recognition. Got upgraded to the junior suite. Although the hotel was quite crowded during the weekend, the staffs were attentive to our needs. Being connected to Gandaria City Mall made it very convenient. Usage of mobile apps to request for additional amenities was a good plus. Breakfast variety was a great surprise covering all taste buds from all cuisines.

My fav hotel in town. Food taste are great. Mostly i stay for business purpose. And I can use Executive Lounge facility for my meeting. The hotel has connecting gate to the mall. So if I need more clothes because need to stay longer I can easily get from the mall. The hospitality made me feels home 🤗

Great hotel. I stayed here in May 2022. Health protocol are implemented properly such as temperature check, hand sanitizer at several points, etc. The lobby of this hotel is big and luxurious. This hotel provides direct access to the Gandaria City mall, along the hallway leading to the mall access there are also interesting paintings. The hotel also provides a ballroom for events. Being a club level guest I am amazed with the service of the hotel staff starting from check in. I was directed to the Club Lounge and helped by the porter to carry my luggage. Arriving at the Club Lounge, I was assisted in the check-in process by the receptionist accompanied by a warm tea. The check-in process was fast and I was given the leeway to check out until 3pm. At the Club Lounge, I get 3 meals a day : breakfast, all day snacks, and evening cocktails. The Club Lounge is quite large with a cool view since it is on the top floor and has a modern luxury interior design. I got a room on the 20th floor, the room is spacious with facilities including: large bed with reading light, floor to ceiling window with a cool view, tv, work desk, wardrobe, safe deposit box, minibar with refrigerator (which is unique because there is a machine French press coffee) and many more. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom in this room is also spacious with a nice design, there is a bathtub, toilet, rain shower, complete amenities. The minus was I was requesting for a shaver and extra shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner but the service is a bit slow, it took about 15 minutes to be delivered to my room. In the evening I was present at the evening cocktail, the food and drinks were complete and varied, we could request a cocktail as desired. In the morning I tried breakfast, the menu is complete and in my opinion it’s more luxurious than hotel breakfasts in general. All the food tastes good. Another facility that I tried at this hotel is the swimming pool, the pool is quite large and there is a special pool for children too. The changing room and toilet are big and fragrant. And what I like is the design of the private shower because it has complete amenities and towels. I am very grateful to all the hotel staff, especially Theresia and Bayu for the great service that made my stay unforgettable. Overall this hotel is very good and recommended👍🏻

When I was hovering over the food stations at the breakfast buffet, the staff came up to me and asked if I needed help/ recommendations. Even had my soap bottles in my room displayed nicely on a presentation napkin by Iwan and Landu. Loved the comfy bed and delicious food. Very enjoyable stay!

Stay here for the second time. My second stay with family was very pleasing. The staffs were very accomodative. They were flexible to make our stay comfortable as family. We had a very wonderful experience in this hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You can choose Indonesian breakfast staple, western, Indian, Chinese, etc. Whatever suite your taste. And each of every menu was delicious. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. It was in the 6th floor, so the breeze was kinda refreshing, even with the hot sunny day. The room was spacious, the bed was spacious even for the twin bed, the bathroom was great. I think everything meets your expectations here. Well, it is a 5 stars hotel.

Celebrate my sis birthday party at lunch time to 4Pm. Was nice buffet and tasty grill beef, free flow house wine packet is big a plus. Nice and good service, even in the beginning there is miss communication. Over all, nice experience will be back for brunch soon

What an amazing hotel to stay in South Jakarta. While its proximity to Gandaria City Mall is great ( literally at its doorstep), it's the people, services, and cleanliness that made my stay excellent. Check in/out was seamless; room is spacious and clean - plenty has been said about this. Shout out to the housekeeping team for leaving surprises in the form of towel arts, bath salts and messages everytime i came back to the room - it feels like a treasure hunt and make the stay that much fun. I think the unsung hero of this hotel is its amazing pillows! I would love these pillows home. Its soft, and fluffy and guaranteed to make you have a good night rest.

The location is close to Gandaria City Mall, very easy to find food or shopping. The meeting room seems a bit stuffy because it's closed and hasn't been used before. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food has a lot of variety from Indonesian, Japanese, Korean food, and tastes very delicious. A large hotel room is equipped with a bath tub, even for a very large twin bed, you can invite the family. Family friendly hotel !!!

Check in was not good at all. Staying here because of the wedding. I did arrive earlier than check in time then the receptionist told me to wait for another 30 mins to 1 hour. I’ll back an hour later then they said to wait again for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile I saw the other guests can have an early check in as same time as I arrived, when I asked bout it, the receptionist said because I booked bigger room. Guess in here they treat standard room better than bigger room. Maybe tips for you guys who wants to stay here later, just order the standard deluxe room, instead of bigger room 🙂🥲

I attended an event at the Sheraton. Sheraton is a 5-star hotel that has a romantic, classic and luxurious atmosphere, and is also green because it has a large garden. The ballroom is great, and the toilets are amazing, a touch of classic high end. The desert presentation was great as well as the taste. The food is good but not that special or maybe I'm just not that good. Overall, this hotel is great for hosting large events, and definitely a pleasure to stay.
