Very nice hotel in the quiet area rooms are clean and servises are good enough there is a very nice Gym and atractive pool I suggest this hotel for the people who plan to stay in south Jakarta

Been here for our year end town hall, located at peaceful neighborhood but still not too far from main road make this hotel in a strategic point. The food also very nice 👍, and the staff superb. Maybe i will be back here for staycation with my family in the future

We stayed here from 16 till 26 of January 2023. We have pleasant stay here, all the staffs very helpful and kind to us. And the foods in their Restaurant so yummy …thank you so much Park 5. Hope we can stay here again next visit. Inshaa Allah

First i was like, hmm, the snack is quite good... And then, in the morning i was like, WOW, they served the most delicious breakfast i've ever had... Certainly better than most 3, even 4 star hotels Edit: Yup, i can confirm it the next day

The place was great, the staff were all nice and very accommodating. Looks small from outside but very spacious. Good food, good place. Cozy and pretty quiet since it's not located in the hectic area. But hopefully the cleanliness in the room would be improved.

Great services, I love the restaurant menus, lovely traditional cuisines and they tasted well too. Clean and youthful rooms. I would be more happy if only they can add the WiFi bandwidths in meeting room without extra charges

I stayed with my husband before go to airport, they has good service and delicious breakfast. Room are clean and smell nice.

Good place, strategic location, they have proper pool and gym for kind of small hotel. Spent 2 night while attending family gathering on one of their meeting room, good experience I might say.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights over New Year's. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was pleasant, although the shower head could use a bit of maintenance. The New Year's Eve buffet dinner was enjoyable (what a fun pajama theme party!), and breakfast was excellent, especially the delicious egg truffle dish! The overall ambience was great, and I was impressed by the pleasant scent of the soap and shampoo provided. Kudos to the team!

Its has good service but, its location little bit far from main or big road. Car parking is very limited.

Attended a wedding there. Only two elevators available and no dedicated service elevator so workers who are setting up the stage carrying tools timber carpets are in the same elevator as guests. Long queue too. No praying rooms available but at the basement.

Well designed, poorly maintained. The water was yellow two times, the faucet is crooked, the shower head is in a very bad condition. Breakfast was okay, though the sausage tasted like it was bought off from pasar. It's a shame, presentation wise this is a really nice hotel with a great ambience. 6/10 for maintenance effort and management :(

Well located in not too busy & hectic environtment, well designed building (interior/exterior), with cozy coffee shop (good taste), warm ambience resto and dedicated smooking lounge with very helpfull, full smile & professional staff. Comfy, warm, clean & artistic room (and bathroom), with smoking/non-smoking floor option (swiming pool & gym on non-smoking floor). Very recomended if you're searching for great value accomodation in South Jakarta

Staff not so nice(they ignoreyou) was stay at 3rd floor, hall way to room so Stinky and they put 3 housekeeping trolly exactly infront of lift even not in cleaning hours. Room also Stinky, but wide enough and nice interior.. For$35 per night I suggest you just use well maintenance budget hotel.. Because very not comfortable to stay with Stinky place.

The room was clean and very spacious for me. But the breakfast wasn't great. The options only mie goreng or omelette. But overall great experience.

The place is cozy and the breakfast is nice. We need to order one meal for breakfast but pudding, coffee, tea, bread are available for everyone. Unfortunately, some of the parts in the room are broken such as tap in bathroom, electricity and lamp. Need to pay more attention in maintenance. The free mineral water provided for 330ml. We also can hear if someone is walking and talking in the hallway..

The room is wide and clean and remarkably comfy! The hospitality of the staffs are beyond expectation. They are sooooo lovable. Even the greenery will vibes the warmest welcome to the guests. The surrounding area is wonderful and quiet. You may choose this hotel for their service that will make you as happy as can be.

Staycation at Park 5 was great. The hospitality 💯 The room 💯 Price 💯

Everything is good enough. We love the location, the architecture, the service. But we get the bed sheet still remain a stain, the sink in the bathroom still dirty, crusted. In the midnight, there is super noise from the room above ours. Even we heard somebody yelling. We tried to call to the front office, but no response.
