A 4-star hotel that is suitable for a staycation with our couple or family, or a business meeting with friends with pampering facilities. The 3-bed room is equipped with kitchenware, microwave, refrigerator, etc. At the hotel there is a swimming pool for all family members and a fitness center with various equipment. This is a favorite place that is not too popular so it is not too crowded during the year-end holidays.

We occupied a deluxe 2 bedrooms 2 bath, the room was spacious, the bathroom is clean (with high pressure water) living, dining area (cozy with great view) and kitchen (completed with dispencer, mivrowave and othercooking equipment) all well maintained. The location is great, quiet and Green. The service is very good, all the staff are very polite and attentive. For sure I will definetely recommend this hotel apartment to my colleagues, family and friends. Overall was great, and we are happy🥰👌🏾

Bad hotel. Not worthed at all. The staff will see the way you dressed. Also very judgemental. They won't let the motorcycle to entry the lobby area to send the package or drop the hotel guest because this hotel is in the same area with the apartment. They nice with people who drive a car only and dress up with expensive look. I am from Indonesia but I work in Australia. I earn dollars. I dress up casual. But they treat me poor they thought I can't even afford to pay to stay in this hotel. And I told them I stayed in Sheraton, hyatt, Hilton in the pass. I've never got this behaviour. So poor.

We were in 2 br 2 ba deluxe. Very roomy, open concept. The kitchen is very functional. It has everything you need during traveling. They provide water dispenser. Living room-dinning room very spacious. Rooms & bathrooms are spacious. Good water pressure & hot water. Bed a bit hard for me. All the staff from the bellman to front desk, housekeeping they all very polite, kind & courtesy. 24 hours room service good food. Very convenient. Next to Hero supermarket, Starbucks, bakery & restaurants. Well maintained surroundings with nice pool & pool bar. Will for sure make this as my base when visiting Jakarta again.

Spent 7D6N for quarantine days here in accordance with Indonesian Government regulations for people traveling from overseas. The procedure from the airport to the hotel was quite simple and easy and fully serviced by the staff. I enjoyed my stay here at the Krystal hotel even though I couldn't leave the room. The food is fantastic and varied which can be selected through the website provided by the hotel or easily ordered directly by phone and the food will be delivered to the room according to the time of order. The room is large 45sqm with small kitchen with balcony. The balcony view of the hotel is the nice and refreshing.

The room was spacious although furnishings are a bit dated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Bathroom needs some maintenance done, shower was not draining water out fast enough!! The restaurant and bar was a great respite for me and my friends after a long day! Overall, a pleasant stay.

2-bedroom superior for 7 nights; clean room, attractive color scheme furniture, flooring, walls, etc; OK water pressure, water hot instantly, effective, clean, relatively quiet aircon in each room; good, consistent password-less WiFi; very friendly & helpful service; good breakfast with daily change of some items, others on offer each day, in quiet, large room with poolside views; lifts quick to arrive; good selection of channels (something for everyone, but not in HD) on 30-32” TV with HDMI & USB-A ports; spa in hotel but cash only; large, clean pool but not for lap swimming; fitness room adequate (treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bike, free weights, cable machines).

Not a bad hotel. Has a decent pool, gym and a tennis court. The rooms are a bit outdated. Hotel services are a rip-off though. For instance, I got charged $310 000Rp for using the hotel's laundry. Probably the most expensive laundry in the world:)

Always love a spacious service hotel. We always pick Kristal for a small gathering/event. We knew that this is an oldies hotel, so the furniture conditions was expected. But I think it's time to rejuvenate the sofas hehe. Also we found a lot of dirty corner (below tv, shelf, etc). Pick the deluxe room if possible, the furniture was worth the price. Thank you.

The room was spacious with complete amenities, including cookware. Greater attention to maintenance and upkeep would make it better. The floor was still greasy after being cleaned, and the main room AC was not cold, requiring engineering to refill the freon on day 2. The TV audio was distorted and inaudible, and the bathtub drainage was leaking. These issues detracted from an otherwise decent stay.

All staffs were friendly and helpful. Even though a bit old but room condition are good and well maintained. What i love about Hotel Kristal is the room size, so big and comfy. Overall, I always satisfy with hotel services.

Nice and quite places, it's good to have a meetings or workshops here. You can also bring your family. They have swimming pool and playground for kids

It was really nice to stay at Hotel Kristal. I have known this hotel for a long time ago. Some of the staff are still the same people I met a couple of years ago. They are really nice and friendly. The only input I can tell.. please take good care of kitchen utensils and put on a kitchen towel. And maybe need some rejuvenate on the interior? Either in the room or in the lobby.

It spacious room for family staycation with 3 bedrooms type. Completed with kitchen and living room area will mark the memorable vacation with kids and all family members.

Decent hotel, located close to Jakarta Intercultural School. Needs some refreshing, especially the weight room/gym. It was dark, poor ventilation and could do with a squat rack and more plates.

Clean and modern rooms, though the hallway is very simple.

I stayed at Kristal Hotel for 5 days with my family in three bedrooms apartment during the Eid holiday. the apartments were big and spacious, it's perfect for a short getaway with family. the location is very convenient because it's near the supermarket just right next to it and if you want to go to Pondok Indah Mall only takes about 10 mins to drive. overall nothing has been disappointing during our stay but it would be nice if they put modern furniture in the apartments as it is a bit old.

Food was good. The service was great. The bathrooms were disgusting in all the rooms we had. We had to wear our shoes in the shower.

LOVE THIS PLACE.. there are swimming pool and also playground.. alhamdulillah I Got the free upgrade room.

Booked 3BR room for new year. Got a room with balcony, modern interrior and complete utensils + amenities. Everything is great for the room itself, except the exterior: lack of lights so it's creepy, esp in motorcycle parking area.

Great hotel and a good location. The 3 bedroom apt was great, it had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet and the house cleaning staff did a fantastic job everyday. All in all, a fine hotel at a great price. Thanks!

A great place to stay in this area of Jakarta. Excellent in every way.

Feel homey, friendly staff (security & cleaner personnel), nice interior, spacious, bathrooms are good, selection of tv channels: ok, walkable distance of supermarket & coffeeshop (Starbucks). They have pool, towel can be borrowed but not to take outside of the pool area. There is shower spot, playground. Gym is located at second building. Operational hours is limited only from 9 - 5 if I am not mistaken. You can not expect early swim or nite work out at their gym. At the back they have some kind like open aula, lawn with tables.

The cleanliness in the bathtub is quite clean, maybe it can be cleaned even more before the consumer checks in and prepares sufficient amenities according to the number of consumers staying (according to the check-in form that was filled in earlier).

The food was good and delicious. They serve several traditional and modern food and the taste was good enough. The pool is clean and they clean the pool every day at 5pm and also prove you a clean big towel.

Terrible communication. I was trying to book a quarantine package for almost a week, by email, whatsapp and even instagram. They promised to answer quickly but it never happened.

We stayed in a 3 bedrooms suite. The room is set up nicely and very clean. A very nice place to have a staycation. There is a convenience store next to it where you can get your necessities. Also not too far from good malls.

Very disappointing. Hotel is tired and old. Took 25 minutes to check in. There are two towers, didn't get told this at check-in so went to wrong tower. Room directory says breakfast until 11am yet restaurant closed service at 9.30am so wasted the cost of breakfast. The only saving grace for this place is Satu Lagi bar.

Great Community Hotel Check in was ok. Lobby is very small for a 4 star hotel. Food is ok. But it is much easier for us to get go food. Room are alittle outdated. Bed are comfortable enough A Pantry is a plus and quite good balcony views. Pools only open short time and with the current health protocol you will only able to swim with reservations and limited to 1 hour per day

Great staycation, although the furnitures should be re-plenished. The food was excellent, including the cakes.
