The Hotel Grand Cempaka is one of the best 4-star accommodations in Jakarta. This accommodation, located on Jalan Letjend Suprapto, offers maximum comfort with an elegant and modern concept. Views of the city of Jakarta, which is filled with magnificent buildings, always accompany the guests' leisure time. At night, the sparkling lights of the buildings will add to the charm and luxury of the city. Hotel Grand Cempaka is the best solution and the right choice for business visits and vacations in the middle of the busy metropolitan city of Jakarta.

We have struggled with this hotel. We are vegetarian and the food has been poor quality. There are roaches in the room. They deliver meals outside the room for the quarantine. The trash is not picked up as often as it should be. This is why the bugs come. We have had to ask for many things. They do not come frequently. Or they say they will bring it and do not return. The people have been very nice. The Dr is very nice. We gave some critical feedback to management and I hope that it helps them to make a change. Maybe they need more employees.

The hotel is nicely located at one of Jakarta's main streets, making access a little ore easier. But it's a street commonly jammed with traffic at most of the day, so going in and out the place will be hard most of the time. The rooms felt nicely spacious, but the facilities can be improved as there's no hairdryer or mini fridge. The staff seems decently polite. The prices are unfortunately rather expensive for a hotel like this.

What a mess... I book online for 1 night... And in the morning I extended online and got booking confirmation... How ever 2pm knock on door... 3 security treating me. Like criminal asking me to leave cuz I onky stay for 1 night and should of leave at noon time... Only when they saw my confirmation number they apologize and left... Omg Omg... Never ever happy to. Me... The hotel is super old.... Toilet falling apart... 20 years old. Carpets and smell bad everywhere room. Is big but very dark at night, food is good but over priced (even compare to expensive hotels) I never felt so bad in my life... I stay more the 100 nights at hotels every year... This is one of the worst hotel I have ever been to....

This is really a 2-star hotel. This is shameful it it is listed as a quarantine hotel by the government. This is one of their "paid" options? Some meals have been completely skipped and not delivered. This is a typical 2-star Indo managed hotel. If you have an option, avoid this hotel.

This hotel is gross. There are roaches. The food is terrible. A ton of sick people in here and they don't serve healthy food. Meals are included for isolation quarantine. They serve lots of fried chicken and bad food. Need to serve fruit and smoothies and fresh vegetables. Not from a can. The people are nice. No English speakers. No one understands no meat. Vegetarian. There is 2 days worth of trash sitting in the hall in front of each room. How will people get well in this environment?

My stay was somewhat OK, the rooms are quite nice and facilitated though the bathroom lock is broken. The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because of its poor maintenance and slow service. My room's window was really dirty and the receptionist had to reset my keys quite often because the lock keeps rejecting it. Either way this place is quite nice.

Not so good hotel. It seems old hotel with renovated exterior paint. The air cond in the room cannot be adjusted nor turned off. Freezing inside the room made us uncomfort. Boring standard breakfast with similar menu everyday. Public restrooms are not so clean. Old fashion bathroom. One out of three elevators were not well functioned. Hard for us to push the button. However they have nice lobby and delicious food.

The most uncleanliness, unfriendly, unreliable and unprofessional hotel in the world wide. I’ve been to many hotels in Indonesia and this is the most dirtiest hotel in the world. And the customer service that answer the WhatsApp business is also unreliable unresponsive at all !!

It's a nice and comfortable spot. I checked out earlier than expected, I should be entitled to a refund during my stay. It's been more than two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. I called the number they gave me several times to follow up, but no one answered.

7 days isolation in this hotel, lost count how many roaches I killed. Room is smelly. Food is not healthy and not suitable for hotel meals. The only goodpoint about this property is the Front Office Manager, pak Supri who was really nice and helpful. Overall though, sub-standard hotel.
