it's a Good hotel. Location is strategic, at central of Jakarta. you can easily find food here for dinner, and just by walking. the facilities is quite clean. Suitable for transit or shorterm traveller. the car park space is limited at the front, but it has more inside the hotel area.

Disgusting room and unorganized services. The bed in my room had stains on the blankets and mildew on the back of the pillows. I immediately had to call housekeeping to change all of the sheets. The next day when I checked again, I saw that even the mattress had URINE stains and hair. My non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke, and for the night I stayed there I'm sure all of my clothes smelled like it too. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the shower didn't work properly, fresh towels were raggedy and smelled bad. The hotel carpets are disgusting and need to be replaced. I tried to at least enjoy a massage that was advertised by the hotel (before I discovered the dried urine stains on the bed) and I booked an appointment. The masseuse never showed up. I called several times to ask if anyone was coming and never received an answer before being hung up on. I gave up. Then finally a woman did show up... an hour and a half late. By this time I didn't want anything, and I had already looked for other hotels to move to. Twice I tried to go the hotel restaurant and there was no one to seat me or take an order. I had to walk all the way to the back to ask the staff there if anyone was taking orders. Possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Checked out early and demanded that I be refunded the money for my unused nights. At first the hotel staff told me that wasn't possible, but apparently after checking the room I stayed in they agreed that that it was disgusting and unacceptable, because they didn't ask any further questions and gave me my money back without any argument. I went to a different hotel in the area and had a MUCH better experience. I will never stay here again or at any of their branch hotels. The nice pictures they post online must be from when it first opened, because nothing is that high of quality there anymore.

I booked 2 rooms for my daughter's birthdays, so I wasn't expecting much, but here are some(+) and (-) +/+: - Price affordable - Breakfast Included - Bath up - Parking has a lot space - Quick response for birthday greetings request, we got free cake too - Employees were nice and polite - Locations Near Sarinah and Sabang -/- : > I found women underwear beneath the blanket, so i dont think the blanket, bed sheet, and pillowcase have been replaced. > Floor seems not mop > The water coming out from the bathroom tap is yellow but doesn't smell. it's become clear after some time running > I found some stains in the pilowcase and couch > Breakfast is not my favorite So if you were not clean freak, it would be ok for staying in here.

Very clean rooms. Prompt, polite service if anything needed. Comfortable and spacious. Great location - short walk to an Alfamart or Circle K, Zoti restaurant, Sanirah mall, Park Hyatt rooftop bar for outstanding sunset. Short walk to Monas national monument highly recommended. Pleasant surroundings, lovely tree-lined streets and monument park with many locals and children enjoying, also market stalls and trolley to tower. Fantastic hotel breakfast - fresh omelets and eggs to order, toast, fruit, pastry, veg and hot food mix. Very good value. Important mention: Night manager Andy and his gopher Chipta went above and beyond to consult and troubleshoot to get us the medication we needed throughout the night, making calls and medicine runs as nothing nearby was open. Outstanding service for which we are eternally grateful. Terima Kasih.

Only provide 1 set of towel, slippers and toiletries for a room of 2 people. Need to ask for another set. After waiting for a while, the bellboy delivers, only with toiletries. Forgot towel and slippers. After another long wait, only bring towel. I gave up. I guess slippers is too expensive for this hotel. I'm very lucky my meeting is cancelled. Therefore, I don't have to be bothered by the very low quality of wifi connection. Just playing a game is stressfull.

Terrible. Dirty, AC is bad, water does not go down, inconvenient, reeeeally bad food with dirty cutlery. I recommend Stanley boutique hotel on the other side of the road instead.

A minimalist but functional interior design that is simple. Rooms are clean and spacious, unfortunately the noise from other rooms can still be heard. Pool is quite small but clean, no towels provided. The traffic in front of the hotel is relatively quiet. The location of the hotel is strategically close to business places, offices and shopping centers. The staff are friendly and ready to help.

Great place to spend your night while exploring Jakarta. Relatively cheaper compare to hotels surrounding the area. You can enjoy the night culinary at Sabang street here. The best thing from this hotel is its breakfast. You can enjoy any meals provided here.

Some staff were helpful but hotel management need to do their job. 1. Arrived at 3pm and told room not ready and asked to wait. But receptionist changed shift n message not passed. So waited for 40 mins to get our room. 2. Toilet dirty and marks all over the basin! Disgusting... shower room dirty and can see molds at the edges. 3. Shower room door cant be closed and bloody rain shower not working 4. Room is dusty which you can literally see layers of dust. Wondered why we were waiting for the cleaners to do piss poor job. 5. Uncomfortable beds and can see stains. Definitely will not be back!

Since it is in Thamrin area I was expecting a nice experience in this hotel, however it's was such a let down.. when I arrive the lobby was dark and I was shock the surrounding are so noisy,I arrive on Friday afternoon.. I was so worry if the room wasn't sounds proof.. l addressed my concern when check-in with the receptionist since I booked 2 nights, he is very friendly and told me if the room are too noisy from outside noise he will ask the manager if I can get a refund since I booked from Agoda it wasn't refundable. I appreciate how he handle my concern hence I give 2 star review for this hotel.I don't think this hotel deserve to be a 4 star hotel. The room is not big but still have enough space, The bathroom cleaningness need some improvements. The bed was clean and comfy. Although we didn't get disturb from traffic (outside) noise, but the wall is so thin that we can hear the next room and the guest nextdoor was so noisy in room and in the hallway. The fridge is not working, informed the receptionist and he say will send a maintenance to check but no one ever come.. even after the next day when we leave the room the fridge is still not fix. There's no power point near the bed, it's inconvenient if you want to play your phone on the bed while charging.

I had a great time at the AONE Hotel, everything was first class, from the room boys, breakfast and reception staff were all excellent and friendly... the rooms had everything you needed, nice soft bed and pillows, Kettle, fridge, safe, nice flow of hot water, and tv stations were adequate. Nice view from the window also. I would definitely recommend the AONE Hotel to everyone who is thinking about visiting Jakarta. I will definitely come back to the AONE hotel next year. Thank you to all the staff at the AONE for making me welcome and comfortable. Terimah kasih banyak.

Booked 2 junior suites, one non-smoking and the other one smoking. However, one of the suites wasn't available on the day we arrived, and I was offered to pay just a bit extra to be upgraded to the panoramic room. I took the offer, and it did not disappoint. While the junior suite was spacious, it did not have a great view of the city. The view from the panoramic room was quite stunning, especially at night. So it was really worth the price. Pros: 1.Location, location, location. Lots of eateries and cafes within walking distance. Tip: go to Sarinah plaza food court to find wide variety of traditional Indonesian culinary from different regions with affordable price. Although I find the street food vaganza on Jalan Sabang quite fascinating, it was dominated by satay, nasi/mie goreng and seafood stalls. 2. Breakfast has a nice home-cooked meal taste to it, which was very pleasant. 3. Both the junior suite and panoramic suite were quite spacious, and the AC worked perfectly. Cons: oh, so many..... 1. while the housekeeping and restaurant staff were mostly polite and friendly, I could not say the same about the others. Mostly they didn't acknowledge the guests, not even try to greet us when we walked in and out of the lobby. No doorman, and I didn't really see security all the 5 days I was there. The service is far below any 4-star hotels I've stayed at before. 2. The bath tub was unnecessarily high. My sister and I bumped our knees multiple times while getting in and out of it. It is not safe for children and elderly people. 3. The pool is tiny and located right next to the open smoking area. Not sure how the hotel management seem to think that it's okay to let people smoke in a public area where children and (possibly) pregnant women are present. We decided not to swim because we just couldn't risk our health. 4. The "cooler" in our suite was not working. It was warm and a bit smelly. 5. Pillow cases and bedding all looked worn and had visible stain on them. We had an okay stay at the hotel. Will we be recommending it? Definitely not, unless you're looking for a great view from the panoramic suite (with a rather affordable price). Otherwise, do not expect a 4-star anything from this supposedly 4-star hotel.

Strategic location. close to Gambir station, Istiqlal Mosque and Sarinah. The hotel is clean. Breakfast has many choices. Friendly service. The position of his desk in the room is good. Only there is no Qibla direction. So you have to use the compass application on your cellphone

Complicated arrangement of rooms. I got lost 2 times on my way from my room to meeting room. And meeting room to restaurant. Because it's located separately and we have to change lift somewhere. The lighting is dim, not enough guiding signs to show where we at and where to go. The food is so so.

I completely dont understand why they have to blast music in the hallway 24/7. Legit the music is so loud i can hear it from my room and cant even sleep.. I dont want to hear music blasting at 11pm .. so unnecessary! The bathroom also need some lighting cuz its dark as hell

There was literally a rat in my room. I had to move to another room, midnight where i was supposedly sleeping soundly. I was not given any compensation, i was given another room which was smaller. The receptionist on duty on that day was not wearing a mask.

Came here put quite high expectation, as this hotel is 4-stars hotel. I ordered Deluxe King Room (King Bed Type) via OTA. Arrived at 3.30 pm, checked in, and immediately went to my room. Found out that they gave me Twin Bed Room. Went back to front office to change my room as I ordered before. First the frontman said that the room given based on availability, WHAT THE???????? WHAT'S THE POINT OF MAKING AN ORDER????? then he offered to merge the bed. Refused it and still ask for King Bed type. But.... He said that I had to wait for one hour to get the room ready. Need to complain till at last the front women got this things clear by giving me the room as I ordered immediately. But please, come on.. you dont tell your guest to wait one hour to get the room ready.

Beautiful serene, outside looks good but the room I stayed in was the most dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen in my entire traveling life.. lack of attention to details, room clearing service is in shambles , white bedsheets and duvet all have bloody stain, white inside curtain is rusty in the down part, I mean 800k for this room is a total waste of money and I will never visit this hotel again, even if the whole hotel in Jakarta is fully booked, i'd advice you check the room first before paying ( my mistake) and its not gonna happen again

Worst hotel ever. From the moment I stepped in, staff were poorly trained. Treat guest like a prisoner and not welcoming. First and the last time I’m staying here. Don’t ever stay here if you want the staff harassing you and being unhelpful

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived too early from Australia, and they allowed us to check in early to be able to rest. We were even allowed to leave our suitcases for free even though we had already checked out until it was time for us to leave Jakarta.

Strategic location and quite cheaper than other hotels around there. The check-in service was quite fast and there was a deposit to be paid 100k IDR. The room was quite clean, but there were some little stain on the bed sheet. I'll come again for sure

This 4 star hotel has very good service. responded very quickly when I complian wanted to move rooms because of the smell of cigarette smoke. friendly service, fast response, clean rooms, good facilities. Each floor has a prayer room. The swimming pool is quite comfortable with seats to relax, equipped with a beautiful view of the city of Jakarta. The window of the room is quite large, although I hope there is a balcony, but you should be grateful enough to get a very good view of the city of Jakarta . one more thing i like is that the restaurant provides a wide variety of food and everything is delicious. In a pandemic like this, all rooms are sterile and safe. very kids friendly, suitable for a staycation. in the delux room there is a desk to work, very suitable for anyone who fwh (worl from hotel). good job AONE Hotel, I am very happy to stay at Aone Hotel

What a quiet place to stay, clean rooms, nice service, and the breakfast is so yummy. There's an open space beside the small swimming pool on the 4th floor. I often finish my work there with a hot cup of cappuccino. ;)
