The hotel staffs are courteous and friendly to the guest. However, my room was infested with ants. The internet connection was inferior. My complaint on the internet issues was responded by "recently the hotel had so many guests" (why they didn't employ extra repeaters or increase their bandwidth instead) The bed cover seems dirty (yellow stain); idk do they ever checked this before the guest's arrival. Additionally, Whenever I need something, I must call reception twice to ensure they work on it. For instance, When the electricity went out, I waited for 1 hour before making another call to complain about the same problem. In short, I would not recommend this hotel to my family and my colleague.

Spacious room, clean and well maintained. Helpfull staff. Great campaign for using tumbler in each room instead of the reguler bottle water. I wish there's hair dryer in the future.

It was ok, good price for the location. I stayed only a few hours due to some business nearby. The only issue I had, was the water dispenser not being very hygienic during covid. They mentioned this is because they are trying to save plastic, but they should provide bottled water for those who request. I don't want to risk my health by sharing a dispenser with others.

Worst ever hotel i ever had in my entire hotel stay experience…. In the name of quarantine they dont allow any food delivery from outside… and force to eat there local non veg indonesian food at hotel…. Room is like u step out of bed and room is over…. Its not even a 1 star hotel…. Services are very poor… One day i need to eat veg food and they cant co operate to allow delivery… Wont ever stay in fave hotel chain and neither recommend anyone in my social networks to use there hotel😡

I stay here for 10 days quarantine after travelling from Korea. The quarantine package is one of the lowest price you can get. They give variety of food, sometime very good, sometime quite bad (especially if you get the rendang beef)... Other food is nice. Wifi signal is bad in my room.

The room is okay, little bit difficult to use the key. This hotel is quiet and its position is quite difficult to find, behind tamansari apartment. Love the breakfast especially nasi goreng kampung. Helpful staff including security. Unfortunately no express laundry available. They use outsourcing laundry.

Super clean room and environment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic. Breakfast start at 6 in the morning and quite good food served.

No issue with room services and food. All good. But maybe I am not in luck that got room with no views from window but blocked with ( I don't know ) maybe billboard or something. But still good for medium budget hotel.

For a medium budget hotel, Fave hotel Gatot Subroto has everything you need. It has a very strategic location near important offices so it's suitable for people who stay in Jakarta for business. The hotel provides soap in wall containers, 2 toothbrushes, slippers, and coffee/tea maker. If you need a hair dryer, you can borrow it to the receptionist. It has a various breakfast from chicken porridge, noodles, fruits, juices, coffee and tea. You can order an omellete or sunny side up directly to the restaurant as it has no display for an egg corner. It is also an eco-friendly hotel as they provide a water dispenser close to our rooms, instead of bottled water

I often stay at a Fave hotel. I was with Fave in Tuban, Solo and Yogya. So I know their concept. The Fave Hotel in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta did not disappoint. Although it is a bit closed in by apartment buildings, the service is excellent, rooms are clean, the mattress is good, the food including breakfast was good. The price of the room is also friendly!!!

Best budget hotel, and you can get cheaper price with promo and deals, and still have buffet breakfast. Some rooms are small and no windows, dummy window only, and if you're Moslem, some rooms have limited space for praying. But the room is still nice and provides you basic amenities. If you don't like using all in one soap, shampoo and conditioner, please bring your own, since they only provide that. Hairdryer is available upon your request, but they don't have that many stocks. So if you plan to use hairdryer, book it once you check in especially during high season. Breakfast is good, some choices are available. Anyway, it's nice staying there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks and found it such a pleasant stay with great service strategic location. What I love the most about this hotel are their hospitality, hygienic stuff and room, and decent food. Though the room was little bit small to be honest.

I submit some complaints regarding the receptionist availability, the restaurant staffs availability and the WiFi connection. But the hotel representative contact me right away to ensure my complaints were addressed correctly. They act immediately on each of my complaints and sincerely apologizing on them. What a nice customer service. Will definitely comeback after the call.

Favehotel is located right behind KC hotel at Jl.Gatot Subroto. A convenient place to stay overnight or even longer while you are on duty around South Jakarta Area. The room is standard for all FH around Indonesia, always neat and nice. What is more is affordable and you can take a rest peacefully. Breakfast is included if you wish. You can also find a nice coffee shop nextdoor.

Great location, but the parking is very limited. the receptionist give warm service. the room is okay just for spend the night, not for leisure activity. the card-key need to be fixed ASAP, I have to go to the receptionist back and forth because my card is not working properly.

Very simple and comfortable hotel with essential amenities. Location is quite good. I am giving it a 5 stars review for their environmental protection initiative: - reusable glass water bottles, bamboo toothbrushes... This is an awesome initiative here to stop using disposable plastic which ends up in landfill and oceans all around Indonesia. Doesn't require a large space for engagement. Little space for Musholla at 8th floor. But I haven't try their room

Today is my last day quarantine here .. i like this place .. big enough for one person .. clean and big enough bathroom and large mirror in it , i liked it . Worth price for the quarantine.. people should check this hotel for quarantine or for vacation / trip on budget

Worst quarantine I have ever done. Cold food, no food choice, the room is not like pictures the window is very small and there is no light difference between night and day, very bad wifi, no fridge to keep food, noisy room. This is one of the cheapest for quarantine (and still expensive) but for 2/3 juta more you have 10 times better quality in other hotels.

My first time at Fave Hotel and i have a pleasant time in here with an excellent service from the front office, the restaurant service and the housekeeping. The room is very clean, comfort and me as a guest feel safe and comfort. Thank you so much and keep on your good service.
