the hotel is located at strategic location at Kota area. it has good restaurants with various and nice foods in term of Cleaness and tidy, the hotel is pretty good. The parking lot may have problems for us, since it's too small and less lot. it's suitable for business trip purposes.

Very bad hotel with the worst restaurant ever! Awful food with insane prices. To avoid at all costs! Also, rooms with bad wifi connection and almost non working phone to even call the reception! Disappointed!

We had a good stay at this Santika hotel. Service was excellent. The whole hotel was full of polite and helpful staff. Room was quite spacious and clean. We got 4 bottles of complimentary drinking water. Breakfast was great. The city view was pretty good. Everything worked properly. However, when I started turning the shower on, the water smelled like a sewage/septic tank. The odour stayed for about 15 mins. The management should do something to get rid of it.

Hotel with good location in the center of Jakarta near Chinatown. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed good amenities and has a good Breakfast selection. Service at breakfast could be more attentive and attention to detail. The rest was good. Thank you👍👍

Clean, good breakfast, good location near mini market and street foodies. The one i complaint it’s just no Usb plug for charging phone, also room bit small. Too small for family. Except for 2 person or less. Lokasi strategis banget. Dekat tempat makanan dan minimart. Service memuaskan.

My experience this hotel was nothing but pleasant. We were accidentally booked for a smoking room and the staff immediately rectified it when informed. Everyone working there was very friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was bomb. They got a lot of selections to choose from. You could go ham on it and skip lunch if you'd want. The best part of my experience was that hotel staff surprised me with a birthday cake which I found very heart-warming that they went out of their way to do this for me. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much!

Sehr, sehr gutes Hotel! Empfang und Service sehr freundlich. Zimmer groß und das Bett bequem. Zwei Steckdosen am Bett. Es gibt sogar Wasserflaschen im Zimmer und im Bad. WiFi ist super. Richtig toll ist das indonesische Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben von allem etwas probiert. Der Ausblick von der 22. Etage auf Jakarta ist am Abend am besten.

Great value for this hotel, especially if you're already a member of santika (mysantika app from the Google playstore) you can get more benefits such as early check in and late check out, also flexible rate for room booking. There's also meeting rooms for businesses and colleagues. Nice taste and a lot of options for the food that we can get at kicir kicir restaurant placed at L floor near the lobby, indoor for non smoking and outdoor for smoking. This hotel placed near a lot of street food and durians, so we can spend night by enjoying many options of street food and many varieties of durians such as durian black thorn, Malay, petruk, etc. This hotel has a taxi that standby at front of the lobby, so we can immediately get taxi by no time. But because there's still on going projects near this hotel, please pay attention for time if you're traveling to your destination because the traffic is a little bit jam, especially in peak hours. Breakfast is geared towards Indonesian taste. If the great looking pool & gym is your deciding factor best call them to check its open as they operate a discreationary policy unconnected to national or local law. (Or as I suspect mostly based on whether they can be bothered to implement control measures that would allow opening). If you are a light sleeper bring foam ear plugs. One side is street noise and the other side you will have to listen to the heavy base vibrating your windows from their outdoor speaker system that plays music for the outdoor terrace diners/smokers. This is only in the day thankfully but if you have work to do or like to sleep in or napping, be aware. In additoin the walls are quite thin, which is surprising for a modern buidling. So you will hear next door cough, use their bathroom etc. There are many good honest local eateries and street food options nearby but zero western ones. The expensive inhouse room service menu lists western mains but nealy all of them were unavailable. The rooms are very modern and immaculately clean with a very big comfortable bed. So if you are not easily roused by noise the room is perfect.

I visited and stayed from 28 Mar to 30 Mar 23 and returned again on 01 April to 2 April at Room 1518. I enjoyed the stay and during this time I was served by Mr Kasa from the cafe. He is patient and an understanding waiter. Friendly and polite and has an interpersonal good communication with my family members. The hotel is indeed honoured to have him as a good employee. Mr Kasa from Kircir Cafe did a great job and talented. Take care and we will come back from 23 Oct 23.

I would have to only give this place a 4 star. Positive is location as there are so much good food surrounding the area. The negative are as follows: AC needs an upgrade as it is not cold. Shower head is damaged and not powerful. Overall I believe a refurbish is due.

Got a superb discount for New Year's Eve at this hotel, superb view (I got south view of Jakarta towards Monas and Harmoni) which stagger at 21st floor and rooms also clean and complete amenities. Their superb service made me almost has no complaint, and niché breakfast. At first I don't believe Santika has 4-stars level but this experience make me put them almost on par with Novotel. Only their gym and pool were little standard and quiet small.

The hotel lobby is very cozy and clean. But, the rooms are kinda small. I liked the view though. It gave us a city view. The elevator is also kinda noisy, but still tolerable. I would come back here again for staycations. Keep improving the service.

Everything good except a few facilities are shutdown. It's santika on budget. When I saw santika on the price I was paying I was surprised but later realised why. But don't get me wrong it's still a great value for money

[May 2021] The hotel is strategically located in the North- Central part of Jakarta. Easily reached by different modes of transportation. Staying in the midst of COVID period. The amenities inside the room is rather disappointing. Hand towels are not available. The air-conditioned controller appears to be quite archaic, only responded after minutes. The remote control for the television is awfully complicated! However, for the conveniences and for visitors who have activities in the Northern Jakarta area, this hotel is still considered as value for money.

Really first time stay in this brand.. am a traveler, just returned to my beloved homeland J-town again since last September 2022 and so happy to see the occupancy in this hotel. I thought hospitality sectors time by time survived and recovers from covid. We stayed here for 2 nights, the first impression when we entering this hotel is all the employees, security as well so friendly and polite. They will greets and welcoming all of you with big smile in their face. For me I love the room, big room with huge bed (king size), comfortable, clean and well maintained. Just a little bit busy with the basket bin, you need to open the cover while you want to throw the rubbish hahahahaa.. possible to change it 😂.. #jokes.. For bfast buffet, had a lot of variety.. I like the lontong sayur, mie/kwetiaw kuah, sushi as well. Again the waiter/ss doing their job proper, they will come to your table and clear up the dirty plate and cutleries so your table looks neat. Spacious parking space. Quick check-in process, no needed cash deposit when online booked. The Room was clean, neat and tidy with good wifi and view. TV size needed to upgrade for best experiences. Breakfast was good with many variants of food and beverage. Thank you for your services.

This may not be a 5star quality decor hotel, but the service was beyond 5 star! Special thanks to Adit at breakfast for always making sure everything is great, and even went the extra mile to help us meet our need. Thank you for the lemon and honey slices, they help tremendously :) My family came to visit and wanted to try staying at Santika, I am very glad they did because it is now the"Indonesian home" just like the video says (when you enter the room, that's the automatic video that plays on the TV). For a cozy hotel, they have a very wide range of breakfast, Chinese, Indonesian, Western, Japanese, the list goes on and on. Their Kwetiau is one of my family's favorite, it's actually one of the best one here in Jakarta no cap. The swimming pool and gym iss always so clean and pristine, it's so much fun to be able to wash off the summer heat in the pool. Everyone in the team greets you very kindly with their warm smile whenever you see them, and the service is so fast and professional. Thank you so much Hotel Santika Summer 2022 team for making our summer memorable, we will definitely miss you.

Breakfast was good! Their nasi liwet is awesome. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing can be improved is the aircon. It's quite hot. My baby sweat :( already feedback, the aircon guy come and said it's 14 degree, ask us to wait only

We were looking for a venue for my son’s birthday. My wife contacted this hotel and had a whatsapp chat with Ms. S*lly S*lv**n* (Ms. SS), sales banquet. My wife has clearly described our requirement of looking for event room for 70 pax, Ms. SS confirmed that the hotel has room that can accommodate it, so we made appointment to survey. On Saturday we came to the hotel to survey, but guess what, they don’t have function room for 70 pax, instead Ms. SS insisted us to take the ballroom with min of 100 pax. We had to reiterate many times to her that our event is 70 pax and won’t scale it up to 100. She really made us very upset and wasted our time. Even after we expressed our disappointment, she had NO REGRET and made NO APOLOGY, and kept insisting us to take the ballroom with min 100 pax. We reported her behavior to hotel management via duty manager and asked the GM/ her superior to contact us, but after few weeks, there’s no follow up. Very terrible hotel 👎🏻

Room was very clean and nice. Food was good. Especially The 22 Sky Lounge at the 22nd floor. Coffee was good. And Mr. Anggit service was very nice and kind. Thank you, Mr. Anggit ,🙏🙏🙏. Surely will back again someday.

It was a great stay!!! I love the ambience, foods, hospitality, followed by the great,great service of all. We live in Kauai, Hawaii. Every year of go back home to indonesia we muat stay in Hotel Santika. This time our server Rizky Minoz, provide the great service. Over all we enjoyed our stay in Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk. Terrible breakfast, stayed here for 5 days and during that period they served the same food almost everyday. When the food is about to finish they didn’t really bother to refill the trays. On top of that, we ordered room service and they wanted us to pay immediately when we have clearly informed them that we will settle the bill upon check out (which is pretty common in other hotels everywhere in the world), but no they kept insisting on us paying for the bills on the spot and even kept coming back to our room to remind again and again, we legit felt like they were harassing us for such little money in a 4 star hotel? It’s pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I get that it’s probably their hotel policies but that doesn’t mean their staff can just come to our table while we are still dining to ask us to settle the bill. It’s bloody rude. Nevertheless, the room we checked into have broken shower tap, the so called Deluxe King room provided by them is a combined super single bed which we also felt like we got scammed. If this is how you treat your guest don’t expect us to come back and stay in such a hotel where your staff isn’t trained to have some decency and respect for the guests.

Excellent service from Mr.Anggit. He took time to ensure customer is well served and very quick in respond to needs. Drinks are good and good recommendation for beverage combination.

My experience with this hotel was quite inconvenient, from slow internet connection to hot AC (i stayed on the highest floor), i just could not enjoy my stay. Although, the breakfast was pretty good, those issues made me reluctant to comeback here.

Highly recomended to staycation with family or for personal bussines, good service, clean and food sooo nice fresh fruit and many kind indonesian food.
