We booked 6 rooms for 2 nights via OTA. When we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour for the rooms to be prepared. Turns out, during pandemic, they usually just open the second floor and it's already full so they need to open another floor (sixth floor) for us. When we finally got into the room, we were so disappointed to find the water was black, the aircon was not cool enough, bed got stains, and many lamps did not work. Moreover, one of my family swore they heard loud noises in the hallway at night (and we were the only people in that floor). The next day, we decided to check out and move to different hotel.

Very big and old. The AC is not cold enough for a jakarta hotel, even on maximum setting because it's centralized. The room, towels, bed, and hallways have that lingering old musty odor. Moldy ceiling. Cold water in the bathroom (all of them: shower, bidet, washbasin) takes some time from really hot initially to lukewarm (cant reach the actual cold temp, which i needed due the inadequacy of the AC). Pool is okay, just not as clear as one would like. Theres a hoka hoka bento and starbucks on the premises. Wouldnt pick this hotel if not for the close distance to GBK (not that close either, around 2 km ++).

Good place to stay with one of the best location right at Gatsu. We started on a deluxe room in the main building. It's good enough, but certainly aging. Definitely could use some renovation. Other than that, we had pleasant experience. Staff was nice and helpful.

Not the best hotel, but definitely a great place to stay and worth the price. The bedroom is quite dusty while the toilet was broken and it is quite disappointing that they closed the pool area, but the service and breakfast was truly magnificent as also there is a beautiful grand piano in the ballroom. The place is strategic as you can go to Sudirman Central Business Districs and GBK Stadium on foot. Truly recommended for budget hotel.

Water treatment is the first thing that annoyed me: lots of scales in the toilet floors, even pool walls feel like sandpaper. Location is great, though. Cinema is just next door away.

The room is good, despite the old ambience. But my only concern is the staff for luggage storage. Maybe he is the manager? At first he was so kind. And then, he started to flirt with me. At first, I was okay with it, but then too bad it was just a game. Nothing serious. I wonder if he used to toy with the female guests like that.

Worse hotel ever we stayed in JAKARTA. We stay at room 730, we arrive 3pm during check in time but the room aren’t ready yet. The service is worse, tried to complain but no one seem care or move us to another room. The room is not for human, it’s like animal place.

The hotel was almost closed. Hardly any guests in the hotel. AC was tipping water in the room, no hand towels in the room. The rooms were always smelling of something, not sure what. The good thing about this hotel is their location, the hotel is on the main road which makes it easy to get Taxi quickly. The hotel staff was always there to answer any queries. And yes, they have Starbucks within their hotel premises.

It's a shadow of what is once was, the room is comfy and spacious, it has a traditional atmosphere which I personally like, and the service is great. The breakfast could be much better but the good qualities makes up for the rather disappointing breakfast.

An old hotel but I still had a cozy experience during our stay on 23rd to 24th of May 2023, located across a toll road, which made us easy when entering the toll road. The food was ok, not perfect but more than we expected. I personally had stayed here many times before and shall stay again in the future.

what i like the most about this hotel is the service is good, even there's only a few staff, their respond is quite fast. the location of this hotel is strategic. but the entrance gate quite confusing, because the entrance sign is small and not eye catching the atmosphere of this hotel a bit gloomy i think, and also the room.

One of iconic and legendary hotel in Jakarta. Great place to stay, with cinema, starbucks coffee and Japanese restaurant on its surroundings. However due to pandemic, the cinema is temporary unavailable.

It's in great location, but the room that I get really bad or kind of worst for 4 star hotel. The water is leaked from the bathroom to the room, to outside. Not gonna go to this place again

Not a good place. For a 4 star hotel, room is disappointing and there's a smell of something that idk what it is. The food isn't good as well( few choices). I tried calling concierge to ask assistance for my luggage but no one is answering.
