arrived

and
got
assigned
to
level
7.
immediately
got
taken
aback
by
how
dirty
the
elevators
were,
although
the
elevators
do
smell
really
nice.
dirt
stains
were
clearly
visible
on
the
carpets
throughout
the
hallways
as
well,
which
gave
a
really
bad
first
impression
to
me.
the
room
was
nothing
special,
as
one
would
expect
a
budget
hotel
to
be.
the
bed
sheets
were
not
really
white,
it
was
yellowing
and
damp.
I
feel
like
a
spray
of
air
freshener
(perhaps
like
the
one
they
use
in
the
elevators)
would
really
help
boost
the
attractiveness
of
the
room.
the
bathroom
was
clean,
but
I
realized
they
did
not
provide
shower
gel
by
default
so
I
had
to
come
down
and
ask
them
to
refill
(which
is
ironic
because
the
shower
gel
dispenser
says
"civilization
starts
with
soap"
lol)
and
this
was
really
irritating
as
one
would
expect
shower
gel
to
be
the
bare
minimum
that
a
hotel
room
should
provide.
there
were
some
other
things
we
pointed
out
at
the
reception
as
well,
such
as
the
hinge
to
the
shower
head
being
loose
and
water
heater
not
working
well.
they
said
they'd
follow
up
on
it
but
did
not
fix
it
nonetheless.
the
next
morning,
we
asked
to
be
moved
to
another
room.
they
moved
us
to
the
8th
floor.
again,
with
no
shower
gel
and
we
had
to
repeat
the
entire
process.
this
is
really
strange
given
how
often
we
had
already
pointed
out
the
problems
in
our
previous
room.
I
would
expect
them
to
do
due
diligence
and
final
check
to
ensure
we're
not
facing
the
same
problem
before
moving
us
to
the
new
room,
but
they
didn't.
in
the
new
room,
the
bedside
lamps
didn't
work
at
all.
water
heater
is
still
not
working
properly.
water
isn't
hot,
it's
lukewarm
at
best.
the
hotel
doesn't
look
quite
as
good
as
the
picture.
maybe
revamping
some
of
the
furnitures,
walls,
and
even
carpets
is
necessary
at
this
point.
overall,
I
think
the
only
good
thing
about
this
place
is
its
strategic
location.
I
hope
you'll
improve
your
service
in
the
future.

had
to
remove
one
more
star
because
just
as
I
thought
things
couldn't
get
worse,
an
older
couple
tried
to
enter
our
room.
Luckily,
the
door
was
locked
from
the
inside.
Apparently
the
reception
had
assigned
us
to
the
same
room.
How
is
this
possible?!?!
The
reception
didn't
take
us
seriously
and
didn't
listen
to
our
concern.
This
is
bad.
