Just like any other Yello Hotel, it is a compact hotel with fun design. On this visit, sadly my special requests were not accommodated by the hotel. I got the room in the corner which was a a bit spacious. The room is clean enough. No smell. Everything went fine, but as I concerned the amenities provided in the room was not completed as provided in other Tauzia chain hotel. The breakfast is so-so. Will recommend this to a friend for budget stay.

arrived on a Thursday and got assigned to level 7. immediately got taken aback by how dirty the elevators were, although the elevators do smell really nice. dirt stains were clearly visible on the carpets throughout the hallways as well, which gave a really bad first impression to me. the room was nothing special, as one would expect a budget hotel to be. the bed sheets were not really white, it was yellowing and damp. I feel like a spray of air freshener (perhaps like the one they use in the elevators) would really help boost the attractiveness of the room. the bathroom was clean, but I realized they did not provide shower gel by default so I had to come down and ask them to refill (which is ironic because the shower gel dispenser says "civilization starts with soap" lol) and this was really irritating as one would expect shower gel to be the bare minimum that a hotel room should provide. there were some other things we pointed out at the reception as well, such as the hinge to the shower head being loose and water heater not working well. they said they'd follow up on it but did not fix it nonetheless. the next morning, we asked to be moved to another room. they moved us to the 8th floor. again, with no shower gel and we had to repeat the entire process. this is really strange given how often we had already pointed out the problems in our previous room. I would expect them to do due diligence and final check to ensure we're not facing the same problem before moving us to the new room, but they didn't. in the new room, the bedside lamps didn't work at all. water heater is still not working properly. water isn't hot, it's lukewarm at best. the hotel doesn't look quite as good as the picture. maybe revamping some of the furnitures, walls, and even carpets is necessary at this point. overall, I think the only good thing about this place is its strategic location. I hope you'll improve your service in the future. Edited: had to remove one more star because just as I thought things couldn't get worse, an older couple tried to enter our room. Luckily, the door was locked from the inside. Apparently the reception had assigned us to the same room. How is this possible?!?! The reception didn't take us seriously and didn't listen to our concern. This is bad.

This hotel has yellow nuance and nice. Providing a semi-outdoor place on rooftop or on the 9th floor can be used for a wedding party, birthday party or gathering with a view of sky building. Wok n Tok cafe is available in the lobby.

Book for quarantine stay First night didnt send dinner untill i make a few call.. Second days didnt even know we are quarantine didnt even send breakfast.. Will wait till end of days to update my review.. No outside food is allowed and didnt send food as promised.. If u r looking for quarantine stay better stay away from this hotel!

Well, I love the scenery from the resto since it's on the top of the hotel. You might be able to see Jakarta skyscrapers in the night which look stunning! Yet, no at all for food!! I had iftar there and many foods are empty even I arrived 30 mins before iftar. Moreover, the foods are almost the same.. i event didint get small cake for dessert and they changed it to be fruits like salad (there is also fruit) or dessert made from foods that we didnt eat it.. sorry, but no repeat order!

Nearby manggarai train station and its quite strategic hotel. But anyway we got broken bed light in our room, even it wasn’t that matters but just please be concerns with the facilities. All staff are nice also neat and tide lobby. Our room clean also and i got city view.

One of my favorite option to stay while in Jakarta. I love the vibes of their room, the service they offered, and the view from my room (room 806 is my favorite). They also has a rooftop cafe named Peron Cafe. It has strategic locations close to Manggarai train stations (you can use airport train straight away from the airport) and TransJakarta bus stop which make this hotel accessable by public transportation. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who looking to stay in Jakarta area.

Been couple times here for short getaway, friendly staffs, good service, poor location, budget friendly, nice hotel and room design, cool rooftop cafe. Will share some pictures next times.

I had bad a experience staying there. * The shower tap was broken, The reading light was also broken (It looked like the hotel never fixed its inventories) * The amenities that were very limited (the same level hotel provided more than this one) * you got charged if you want borrow the cutleries Could’ve been better

Overall good, but hair dryer not prepared in ur room, u could req it to the receptionists and no refrigator, room good, just little there a spot on the linens, on a towel, and on corner on the bed.

Easy to reach, very strategic location. Affordable price, clean and bright establishment. Very helpful front desk and convenient resto. The smoking room is really comfy and clean. Taxi available, stand by in front of the lobby. Excellent experiences to stay there.

Stayed in this hotel and used their function room for a meeting. The room is simple and nice. Their lobby hotel is also where you can have your breakfast. Not enough seats when there are many guests. The staff is friendly. Most hotels provide bottled refilled mineral water and so this hotel. They have water galon in the room hallway so you can refill the bottle. Hotel location is very closed to the Manggarai train station where you can get commuter train and also the airport train. You can go to Kota Kasablanka, the closest Mall by walking or taking a taxi/online taxi. If don't want to go out, you can enjoy your evening in their rooftop cafe, PERON Skycafe. You can enjoy the Jakarta sky in the evening. If you want a simple stay, this budget hotel may fit your choice. They have murals and urban theme in the hotel. Oh, this hotel is part of The Ascot group.

We’ve book it online and yas, we expect it will be a super nice one turns into a basic one, not bad. 1. Its aesthetic 2. It has a cafe in the rooftop till 11pm (we werent visit it) 3. The voice could be hear outside clearly 4. The manual lock in the room is so cool, it makes it feel safer 5. Maybe you can request a room with a view 6. Im not so sure about this one but there is no service to bring your food that you ordered online to your room and I think this one is quite important 7. You can extend just for 1/4 day or 1/2 day and on 8. You can leave your items in the lobby after checking out and took it few hours later 9. The frontliner quite friendly 10. The is no netflix yet for the ordinary room 12. The water heater works well 13. The towel so smelly and it makes me feel bad to use it, I hope you can ensure it smells good and clean before we come 14. The reading lamp feels like its going to drop, it will be better if you have a maintenance for that one 15. There is no mineral water in the bottle, you can take it outside the room, less plastic. Nice 16. The tissue need to refill before we came please 17. The room is just not having any special smell 18. I love tea but the sugar not so sure its not so sweet for a half cup of water :) 19. The best location because its near over menteng and kuningan, the room is affordable as its price, beautifull city view at jaksel, and I like the rooftop resto and bar (peron skyresto).. but i think, the room need some repair like the lock door of bathroom is break, theres no shampoo (i dont know if mixed with soap), and the exhaust fan is not function at all so if I go to bath its a little bit stuffy.. this hotel is good for backpack and young adult.. so far, the hotel is average for me. Thank you.

Stayed for a night here and it was a blast! Room was clean and tidy. Location's great, just on the main road easy to go anywhere else. The view, both from the room and from the rooftop, were just simply stunning. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. WiFi and Smart TV were excellent. And the little extra thing like JBL Go bluetooth speaker in the room allowed me to enjoy my favorite playlist from my phone, made my staycation experience even more satisfying. Definitely will come back here for more!

Located in one of Jakarta’s busiest area, Yello hotel is easy to reach. If you traveled by Manggarai train station or Manggarai busway shelter (in renovation), the hotel is in walking distance. The room was comfortable, apart from the queen bed there was also a kind of sofa built in to the walls. It’s comfortable enough to be used up to 4 people. The only downside is, at night the lobby smells like the inside of the toilet. Not sure how this came to be, but it’s like the ventilation is not working

Rooms are neat and clean. Double bed in room problem for 2 males and for 2 females. No near by food market. WiFi is free.

Yello Hotel Manggarai located close to Manggarai Station and Manggarai Bus Terminal. As you guys can expect from chain hotel, especially from Tauzia Group. Their staff were very kind, helpful and gracious. The room also very clean and well maintained, not that big just enough for two people, room design is very cheerful. Sadly when I was there, there is a renovation on their facade, but their manager even give each room a sorry notes for the inconvenience, love their details. Amenities are ok. There is coffee and tea every day, two bottles of mineral water, coffee and tea maker. Toilet is fine. But their room is not really sound proof, we can hear our next doors laugh. The restaurant is on the lobby area, and also chill area. 8/10.

They phoned me at 1 am asking for what time my breakfast should be served. I said at 7 am. In the morning they asked me again about the menu. My breakfast was ready at 7.25, but I refused to eat it becuase I was in a hurry to the airport. Sad story!

The staff was very nice and helpful ☺️ as a new hotel but the room Wich gives to me for quarantine was look like old the wall stained there is cockroach and it was beside service stairs and the food menu wass local even if you choose western menu

I ordered two rooms for connecting room. I put the request on notes and also reconfirmed it by phone one day before arrival, and they said that it was available. When we arrived, the rooms were not connected, and the definiton of “connecting room” is not a door connecting the rooms INSIDE, but a door outside the rooms to make it more private. I mean, if it was the case, just let us know, because of the difference of the common knowledge of connecting room. What made us more dissapointed was, Mas RIFIN as the receptionist didn’t even said sorry about the problem, and be ignorant about it. I will never stay here again. 1 star rating.

The worst hotel that i have used for my life time. Especially the recepsionist tell a lot of lies and they haven't served anything for the last 7days. If you guys want to find quarantine hotel, come here and enjoy hell.

Great experience. First time booked a hotel in Manggarai area. reason being its walking distance to the rail station for airport line

There are some menus for breakfast such as chicken porridge, chicken noodle, and standard rice menus. And I love the white chocolate donuts. For the room, it's clean and tidy. It's not that big but it's not bad. The night view is cool too where you can see Jakarta night view from from room.

Great location, many padang Restaurant nearby. Spend for two night, standard budget 3 star hotel. Good price. What i loves is view from rooftop, seeing a Kuningan skyscreaper. Nice staf, (-) little mount of car parking.

The place feels haunted and in the toilet there is a head popping out through the vent and many more dont stay here
