I book from tr*veli* almost 1 months. Its dirty room, i think never change blankets and bedcover also pillows cover. Then i found many rat droppings. Smells not good. Don't have wifi and full of dust.

During my stay in the hotel, The AC wasnt working, when i took a shower the faucet came off, at midnight i was woken up to sounds of harsh footsteps so i couldnt sleep really well.

I ordered this hotel's twin deluxe for my 2023 last days vacation. The staff is friendly but most of them is new on their job and might not having a proper education, experience, or training in the hotel service, thus work slowly and inefficiently. The receptionist never told us that we can get free car parking if we ask for their stamps. Your room will experience frequent blackout just because you use their water boiler and charge your phone at the same time. Sometimes you can also get leakage on the AC unit. Let me give you an advice: before using any of their towel, utensil, and cutlery, smell and observe them properly, some of them isn't properly sanitized. When I want to use their glass for breakfast, the glass smells bad.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice, looks a bit old but still nice. Some furniture really need to be replaced though. It's quite comfortable and very spacious. Cleanliness was okay, but could be better for 4 star hotel, also some renovation would be great i think. For the breakfast menu, personally it was good. But, the variation of the food for each day need to be considered more. It didn't change much. The staff was nice, seamless check in, some deposit required. Overall, it was a nice stay but it could be much better.

While I was staying at this hotel i experienced some weird things that is quite uncommon to happen in a 3 star hotel which is classified quite high. My Experience : The hotel is very old, Our AC is not working ,The pillow is quite dirty there is some yellow stuff brown stuff n green stuff,The pipe that connects the toilet is leaking as a result of that our room smells like poop ,the tv in my room only have 5 channel and the rest is bugging, At 11 pm someone knocked at my door and at 2 am there is a lot of weird sound like whispers , shouting, weird whistling, harsh footsteps, and also knocking ,My door oftenly got stuck that leave a small gap in my door when i open or close the door

Its a bad hotel , every day at 10 am i cant access the room till i visit the reseption to access the card and im in the 33 flor i had to come back every day same rutine.

Literally the worst 4 star in the world. Would say this was a 2 star. There was cockroaches, dirty sheets (period stains), cracks, doors were hard to close, safety deposit box was broken and mould in the bathrooms (can be easily cleaned using bleach). It was a very out of date hotel. The gym was old and machines lacked. It was definitely very loud in the area, this I definitely understand. I do wish the walls were more soundproof. The rule is never trust Best Western!

Overall is clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. Only thing was the first night we order fried rice we got a fresh newly cooked. But the next day when we re-ordered we got left over fried rice same as what we had in the morning. The rest should be fine. Stay best srevices for costumer.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend staying here even if it were just for the staff. Happy willing staff essential. I've stayed at many places this has good standards and kept very clean. The breakfast is delicious with good choices including juices. It's an old building so starting to need some repairs with a few things. But overall it's pretty good and front desk will assist with any issues. There's a good pool and small gym and massage available nome of which were too busy so pretty easy to relax here. Tall building with some good views. Any of the small problems you will get staying in Indonesia you will get anywhere so don't really warrant critisism. Will stay here again. Thank you.

Good hotel, 5 star for Rooms, Service, and Location

Decent hotel if location suits your needs. Service is a bit hit and miss, but it improves. Executive rooms are rather spacious. Breakfast is nice, though restaurant area got mosquitoes often. Internet speed is okay.

They have sushi on breakfast menu. I love sushi 😀 Pleasant to stay.

It has a very good looking pool but sadly it was closed due to pandemic, disappointed because it wasn't announced beforehand in any websites. the room looks quite old but comfortable. the sofa seems dirty, not suitable for a person with allergies like myself. but the bed, the room and the bathroom are clean. Had breakfast delivered to the room due to pandemic situation, first day we had porridge and it was great except for the over salted Tongcay and second day we had sandwich which is a big-portioned and tasted okay. At first the ac in the room did not work, after we complained they switch our room, which is fair but they should have made sure beforehand. Overall service is fine and good value for money

Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. They did not turn on the AC AT THE LOBBY. Prolly saving their electricity.

Best Western Mangga Dua This hotel is quite good especially during pandemic. The architecture is different if we compare with the other best western hotel in Jakarta. They are adopted vintage traditional concept, so when you enter the lobby you will see the difference is. There are many traditional Javanese spot that you will see here. The lobby is very wide. So don't worry if you are groups, there are many corner to wait while you check in. One thing that make me not really happy is because the staff told me that you only can use one elevator in the center. And when you wanna to use it, it's need a time.. If you in hurry, I suggest you to prepare before u use the elevator. The staff are very nice.. Especially Mrs. Stella or shella. I forget the name. She was very nice when I was check in and out. She helped me a lot during my stay here and have many conversations related about the pandemic situation in the hotel. She also gave me mask when I was forgot to use it. So because of the pandemic covid-19, the hotel make a rules for you to always use mask when you are out the room. The restaurant staff and cleaning also very nice. They are help me when I was asking help and booking some room service. Aha.. One thing that I miss. I can't take a picture of the swimming pool because the management of the building close it. Pros - amazing service from all the staff, lot's of space in the buffet, biiiig pool, great veiws, clean rooms, comfy beds. Cons - shower drain doesn't seem to drain water untill You're standing in a puddle up to the top of your foot, water leaks out the side ( when shower door is closed ) neighbours are very noisey between 11 pm - 3 30 am. Every night I experience someone or multiple people from different rooms being very loud, even knocking on their door didn't make a difference. Feedback has kindly been submitted to reception. If you can live with all the cons then you will have an amazing time!

Old hotel, but overall we have positive experience. The elevator make me nauseous. Breakfast is good. Family is happy. Spent a night for ancol visit. Would visit again in the future.

We had fantastic experience here. They really care about every client, rooms were very clean with breath taking View. 🪟🙂 Breakfast and dinner was in very high level, you can taste Indonesian kitchen. Administration and hotel manager was very helpful, they helped with car rental services and with all other our question/problems. This is the place where definitely you want to come back, because you will feel like you are at home. ☺️🏡 FYI in hotel lobby it's possible to sing karaoke 🎤🎤 so go and enjoy it!
