Totally happy to stay on this hotel. The health protocol is totally good! The staffs are all attentive and friendly. I got the highest floor even though I did very late check in. It is really surprising for me. The food is overall ok, however the croissant didn't feel so fresh because it was too dry. The facilities are also working well. This is a good option for family vacation, business, or even romantic holiday. Thank you Harris Tebet!

got a room from travelhoki. smells like tobacco, lots of burnt spots on furniture cause of cigs. can not switch room! please, harris hotel, are those 4 stars just for show??

Stayed here for a work trip. Facilitates and cleanliness exceed my expectation for the price. I would like to give compliment to the Daniel at the front desk for his service. He has been very helpful throughout my stay.

I was mostly impressed by the service provided by friendly and professional staff of this hotel. Also love the interior and space arrangement in the room. Large windows overlooking the city's skyscrapers and allow a lot of sun light to lighten up the room. Great experience👍👍

I recently stayed at Hotel Harris, and I must say, I had a wonderful experience. The price was very affordable, and the food was absolutely delicious! I stayed for three days and two nights. And received a truly chaotic breakfast service. Saturday morning (16/09), I had to wait 60 minutes for my runny omelette, which I had requested like a decade, but what was on my plate was the dry omelette, which I dislike. That morning was unmood to start my day. Also I saw empty fruits the next morning (17/09) at breakfast and had to wait 95 minutes to get watermelon. WHY? Why did it take so long and why did it fail:( You have good food, a good room, a good ballroom meeting, and good staff, but the services, particularly the morning restaurant services, are a big no-no.

Stay for 4 Nights. Comfortable Places Located at Centre Jakarta Worth to the price, just ok, worth to try. But there is any similar hotel at that price point more worthy than this. But the food is 9/10. Delicious!

The WiFi was SLOW. The room was HOT even though the air conditioner set to the lowest level. If you guys want to fix, it's in 8th floor. Other Harris Hotel were always be my favorite hotel to stay, but not Harris Tebet 😔

I believe it's Harris culture to be very nice and helpful. I don't want to talk about the accommodations; you get what you pay, but there's always been another level of hospitality. Bandung, Bekasi, Tebet. They did better than some of the five-star international chain hotels. Many thanks to Security team, Mba Nala, Mba Intan, and the public area lady with glasses. They really deserve a compliment for their excellent service.

Budget hotel properly maintained Staffs are great. The location is a bit tricky if using private vehicle. The main road is restricted by even and odd plate number

I didn't spend a night at this hotel but had a meeting with partners. Great atmosphere, good food, great hospitality, with great location. Some drawbacks are lack of parking lots and access from parking to lobby.

It is ok, in side there is Restaurant that offers buffet and a la carte. For buffet it cost like 195k IDR (~13€). The food however is not as good as I expected. The place is clean except the pool need some Improvement.

Room is comfortable, with small fridge as well as a digital safebox. Good arrangement of sofa, chair and writing desk. A small phone attached to the headboard is really stand out of the crowd, make it easier to make room to room or service call. What I like most is the restaurant, where breakfast is served. This large semi open area is just face to face with a swimming pool. The food served is just excellent. Sambal Matah and sambal Kecombrang are among those I like. Bread, salad bar, chicken porridge, rice with all those meat and soup and drinking station are what I adore in this restaurant. This hotel is good for business duty or vacation with your love ones.

It is such a lame story btw. I order the room with breakfast, but eventually they only gave me 1 voucher because i fill the number of guest 1. I never had this problem in other hotels. 1 room is always for 2 persons. I ask the receptionist but they still go with the silly rules. You just lost a customer and i’ll make sure my company will not use your service anymore.

The service is not good since they always talk about limit if we ask for a extra towels or blankets ,pillows . The rooms were good but other services I feel was not worth the price. The breakfast buffet has good options but less for vegetarian folks. For the high price of Buffet would expect more items

Only the lobby (first floor) looks great. The room's furniture are not in great condition, wallpapers are peeling, and the white leather sofa looks dirty. It doesn't look well maintained.

Stayed here for the wedding. The rooms looks 'OK' but when you look closer it's looks really dirty. The bathub is so dirty, so many stain sticking to the ceramic. The AC is not working really well, it's noisy too.. I think they haven't been maintained the rooms for so long.. (maybe bcs of the pandemic? idk) On the second night, I ordered "Soto Betawi" it's too salty, and the tomatoes are almost "expired" you can tell the different between fresh tomatoes or old one... The breakfast overall is ok. Standard.

It is an old building. The ambience is quite creepy. But meals taste is quite good. Location is centre enough, near to shopping centre, business district.

This hotel needs more than 5 stars, all the staffs are very nice. The room is so clean, no bad odor, clean toilet with bath tub in it. The foods and beverages are delicious. I ordered cireng cabe garam many times 😄

At first I booked the wrong date and had trouble rescheduling, thank you Mas Fahri (receptionist) who has helped me patiently so that I can reschedule the date, and thank you to Ayu and Widya (restaurant) who have provided very good service to me. for breakfast the fried rice is a little bland and the chips are not fried properly, the hot chocolate is too sweet and the choice of fruit is lacking. the rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. we will definitely come back again

During my recent stay at the Harris Hotel, I encountered an unexpected issue with the hot water in my room. Unfortunately, it was not functioning properly, which caused some inconvenience during my visit. The absence of hot water is quite a significant drawback, especially when expecting the basic comforts one associates with hotel accommodation. While the rest of the hotel facilities and service were satisfactory, this issue was a noticeable downside to my overall experience. I hope that the hotel management addresses such maintenance problems promptly to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay for all guests in the future.

I got dirty bedsheet , the toilet flush didnt work, and the breakfast was only for a person , meanwhile I stayed with a friend , we got an additional charge just because I forgot to input the number of guest when i made a reservation #LOL . It’s totally different with another Harris Hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. But for the facilities , it’s quite complete .

No doubt, Harris hotel is one of my fav place to stay. Hot water runs well anytime. You wiill be greeted with sweet wellcome juice. The coffee taste good, the cake price is reasonable. The location is not very far from Kokas mall. I will comeback again.

Old hotel but clean and neat. The sheet, pillow sheet and the blanket sheet is clean because i can smell the laundry odor. Even though the hotel is in front of very busy street jl. Supomo the noise street is faded but the noise from inside the hotel is a bit annoyed. I can hear the guest step from my ceiling and infront of my room. Not noisy but a bit annoyed. The ac is cool and the bsth room is clean. Overall is good and i like it 🥰

I would have given 5 stars if not for one hiccup: the hot water stopped working and it took 1.5 days to get back up. Other than that, services are excellent, great facilities, and welcoming staff who always smile. The walls are slightly on the thin side so you could hear mumur if the neighbors are a bit loud. Food is nothing to write home about, as expected of a hotel, they don't have the best food and are too expensive if I don't consider the convenience when I was busy with meetings in my room.

Folks!!! Indeed - This hotel is great!!! Undoubtedly concerning its food!!! Once you have an invitation to go there for a reception for example, do not think twice soon be there!!! Moreover it's accessable reachable and it doesn't matter if you go there by foot once you get off from commuter lines at Tebet station!!! Enjoy folks!!!💙

The fact that they provided two sets of key upon check-in was a good thing, however both keys were not working when I tapped them on the door so I had to return and wait for them to fix the problem. There were two lifts but only one was operating. The room was fine and functional, suitable for business trip. Breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is located close to Kota Kasablanka (Kokas) Mall so there are variety of foods and beverages around.

Clean...aura positif...big room..staff all nice and helpful....overall all is good for stay...about food less for people vegetarian but its oke...the most i like is big room and clean

Love to have a great sleep here. My family are happy when I choose this hotel for our short vacation. But, there is some point maybe need to be improves: - we love the breakfast when we can eat potato like hashbrowns mcd, but variant menu very less choices. - parking payment system is really big issue for us. They have n't adjust for fix price when reach xx hours. So, we need spent more money just for parking our vehicle. To bad. 🤦‍♂️ Beside that, Tauzia still in top of our mind when we need place to stay, Harris is our priority.

Visit Harris cafe and resto for gathering and breakfasting with friends. Since high demands on Ramadan, you should reserve the table first for safety. They served buffet, then you can choose any food to eat and cost for 198k/pax (I've got early bird package for 150k/pax) Outdoor view is really nice with pool, the night view is great. The various food is served here. Indonesian, western, middle east, and so on.

Room is quite spacious and clean. They provide hair dryer in bathroom. The service on the front desk is fast. The hotel staffs are nice. The hotel's location is quite strategic, it is near Kota Kasablanka Mall where you can find many restos, bakeries, supermarket, coffee shops and any other kind of shops.

I just had a dinner at Harris hotel cafe tebet Jakarta with my family. And the experience is beyond amazing! When I said, we want to have ifthar for Sunnah fasting there, The Harris hotel cafe team gave us surprise by add a complimentary food and drinks in our Ala carte menu order. To be honest, I do not expect that would be that much, but their service is truly unbelievable! I sincere appreciate the hotel team's initiative for giving the number one service to their customers. And the food is number one also, not only the portion but also the taste! Just.. amazing! The hotel team are very friendly and honest. As when I wanna give them (Pak Aris) a tip for their services, they reject it. That is a truly noble value that impressed me like anything! All hotels in Jakarta should follow what Harris hotel team's did. Thank you Harris hotel for your amazing service. My special thank you also for Pak Aris and mba Dita as the representative of Harris Hotel Cafe team for their hard works to serve us. I sincerely never can expect that and it is truly memorable for me and my family. Stay amazing!

The staff are nice. They always greet and giving smile to the customers and helping them in some ways. The room is clean and furnished, though there is a room which has refrigerator inside and some hasn't. The parking lot is quite spacious for motorcycles and cars. The breakfast is good and have many choices. I would like to advice you not to make any noise in the room. The sound you made in your room could be heard by the neighbours.
