In my poin of view this hotel doesnt deserved 4 stars hotel.. i mean seriously, they dont let hotel guest to use gym, the guardian said it's only for apartment dwellers. And the swimming pool,its my first experience to didnt get towel in area swimming at 4 stars hotel, TF... So the conclusion is this hotel is suitable for 3 or lower stars hotel, especially in Jkt, because this hotel doesnt have gym at all..

It's so good to spend a night and had a restful sleep. The ornament was good since it used reusable materials like wood, ribbon 🎀 (black) , motorcycle part I think the name is velg and it create a good aesthetic ornament. Staff is warm and helpful. Only the things is the lift is not working during midnight so we need to walk up the stairs to reach the lobby from B2 Basement. The lift itself is clean and fragrant. The food is ok for breakfast. The water is provided outside the room so we can refill when it's empty.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Friendly staff and providing upgrades when available, the food was good. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Jakarta. Total value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are courteous and quick at the front desk. Housekeeping staff are very hard working and ensure bed linen is clean and rooms are well cleant. One drawback is the lack of good toileteries. Also place is a bit difficult to reach if your driver doesn't know Jakarta well. A few signboards near the hotel would make it easier to find. But definitely worth the money that you spend.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The fo, hk, and other staffs at resto have good servis to guest, helpful, and quite fast respon if guest need help. The food for sahor is so..so.. The channels at our room at 503 on weekday only have national channels such as trans, ochannel, tvri But overall is recommended to stay here.

I've got room at 2nd floor, which is a smoking room, and it was terribly smelly of smoke. Even the bed and the pillow itself was reeks of smoke smell. The breakfast menu was not tasty at all, sorry to say, but it was tasteless. If this was a 4 star hotel, I really doubt it, but if this was a 3 star hotel, then it was a make sense. But judging from its price, overall, I personally don't recommend it.

The pool is very nice due to its cleanliness, windy which is lovely, mee goreng was amazing during breakfast, super friendly staff and well-served pandemic breakfast. The location is strategic (eventough located in ganjil genap area). Room is clean and spacy the AC work well and the Cable TV provides lovely shows. Will def comeback for another business visit

Receptionist area and welcoming were good. Overall: Feels like 3 stars rather than 4 stars. Staying at Deluxe room, but the room was not well prepared: Dirty plates & spoon were still in front of the room, hotel forgot to provide bath towel, bath mat was not available, and no hand soap. Need to call before provided. Other facility: Drinking water must be taken from outside, AC was not that cold even at the lowest temperature, and the smell/scent of hallway was not fresh. Other: OK Please improve as you have a good potentiality

Superb location very close to Cawang LRT station. Spacious room, clean and good smells. Various breakfast menu, and stable wifi. Friendly staff. But the AC leaked and covered the floor during my stay. Need to be improved. Overall it is great!

3 days business meeting in this hotel is a wonderful experience. Excellent services from the hotel, especially from Mba Nadia who is always smiling for us when we asked some questions. The food in the restaurants is also taste and delicious. You can have traditional food and also modern food in this hotel. For the meeting room is also terrific. It is quite wide and have wireless projector. It is rare in some hotel in Jakarta. Five star services and five star quality for this hotel. Thank you for the help from all of the staff.

Best experience I've ever been! I really recommend to hold your event or even just stay in here. I held an event there and also stayed for 4 nights with the big family. On the event side: The hotel representative (Olivianty) who handled my event was really sweet and such a problem-solver. She advised and made my event even better. The food is yummy and consistent, from the first open house, food testing, to the D-Day. They used quality food, we can tasted the freshness. Banquet crew was also helpful and, the most important thing, friendly. Now, the hotel itself and the room: The hotel located at the main road, right near the toll road, yet you have to detour to the entrance. It gives the private ambiance yet we still able to experience the city easily. We stayed at every room type (Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, Suite). The cleanliness of the each room was just as clean, it's standard of Aston, so we were not worry at all. They provide jug for mineral water, means unlimited supply of water:). The difference of Superior and Deluxe was the area only, it's quite spacious in the Deluxe Room. Junior Suite was my favorite, I like to see each area without divider. The Suite was good, with two rooms (one is the bedroom and other is dining and living room), they also provide Nespresso and the coffee pods. Swimming pool is semi outdoor, it has roof so no direct sun light or rain. Yet we still able to feel the whether. For some people, it might be a bit small swimming pool. They also has gym, not just tiny gym with few equipment, the gym has dedicated spacious room. They also had really spacious outdoor, park, and mini playground. There're lot of variation in the breakfast. From the mini breakfast to full one, also Noodle Station! In room F&B was good as well, both of the taste and price. It was quite a big portion. Overall, I really recommend to stay here. Deff we'll be back and recommend our colleague and family to stay in Harper Hotel MT Haryono ☆☆☆☆☆

Review for suite. Pretty decent but unimpressive, lots of sharp/hard edges in the furniture so mind the children. Hot water in the bathroom run out often. Great and kind employees. Easy access to main road.

Spacious room, with large window so we can see city view, unfortunately balcony can not be opened, and they did not provide mineral bottle inside, so you have to go outside room dispenser to take more water

5/5 the room price 4/5 the room quality, some hardware still working well but might need to upgrade. 5/5 the staff, all staffs are warm and kindly. 3/5 the food, got different meal quality between day-time and night-time. 4/5 the location, 10min walking to bus station, 5min walking to convenient store, 20min walking to supermarket. 2hr Grab driving to Soekarna hatta intl’ airport.

Checked in here because need accommodation that possible to book at 12 AM. Book the room via phone call, and everything went smooth until i checked out. The room was also superb for 600K rate. Very comfy, and everything was delightful. Thank you Harper 🤍

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Indonesia, the room is poorly setup and next to a highway, the noise from the traffic is unbearable, on top of that, the window and door is not soundproof at all there is even a gap between the door and frame, when I turn on the AC, you can hear it loud and clear, because the compressor is just outside the door. I am on a business trip here and all I need from a hotel is a hot shower and few hours of good sleep, and I couldn’t get either. Furthermore, we arrived at the hotel around 4 in the afternoon, we waited almost an hour because the rooms weren’t ready. Worst experience in Jakarta

I stay for one night at junior suite room with my family, it first time i stay at this hotel. All staf was very kind and nice, especially when breakfast time. All staf was responsible to take out all dirty tableware and so helpful to get food for my kids. Great Taste of food, quite rooms, clean and spacey room. But, unfortunately.. bathroom exhaust was not work properly so it makes smells damp at bathroom. Moreover, when i ask to housekeeping for a new bathroom mat, almost 1 hour has not come yet. It was poor services.. please be an attention for management. Even so all problem still tolerable for me. All hotel services are so far so good. Keep it up. Thank u 😊

Everything is good, the vibes are great. I personally enjoy the service of this hotel, the kind lady infront of the lobby named saphia and the other guys were superr attentive. It is a sort of old building so if u found any wrongs with the stuff, just directly call the operator and they will assist u super fast. Anyway a good stay 😊

This lovely hotel has a main theme of a vintage and rustic vibe. There are rusty pieces of art scattered throughout the hotel that you can simply enjoy. There is a huge amazing art made out of recycled material hanging in the lobby wall. Quite impressive really✨✨ The breakfast food are all tasty and delicious. The traditional Indonesian snack as their specialty is a great decision, aligned with their hotel theme in general. The outdoor pool is great, it was built with a shade, you can swim without having to worry of getting a sunburn. What a great place to stay and relax with your family. Will definitely come back in the near future!!!! Kudos to all the staff and management of Harper MT. Haryono hotel. Really appreciate your hardwork✨👏🏼

The stay was a great experience. All the staff members were amazingly helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The front desk, doorman, room service, house cleaning, restaurant, and telephone operator staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Some of the many wonderful staff I encountered were Rofig (the duty manager) and Sephya, Dika, Risa, Selvy, and Zia. I’m afraid I have forgotten the names of many others, but they were all fantastic. They met our conference group with smiles and friendly and genuine greetings and were always available at the hotel by phone and WhatsApp. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Over all is good, only the AC wasn’t cold only fan and quite hot for us who used to live in the sandpit. we tried to control from the remote but still a whole night was hot. My baby tantrum couldn’t sleep a whole night sweating so bad. Unfortunately we are too tired and fee Really sleepy to ask the management about this, due to long flight we had in the afternoon. I hope management can fix this issue Mr Efron from the receptionist guy, was really kind and helpfull. Thanks to him.l really appreciated.

Check in and check out is long process maybe due to covid so we need submit form and etc. I use traveloka and easy to redeem. Staff really good and friendly esp mr fahmi. But the ac is very loud noise hard to sleep. But overall nice.

Stay in their Suite. It was worth the price. As i say in many review before, deposit is such a disgrace for loyal customer. You are a part of Archipelago. Other Archipelago property never ask me for deposit. But, you did. It's not about money, but it's about trust. Here is my suggestion, give your FO staffs a hospitality class that can assess guests. If they potentially do bad things at your property, even though a member, charge them a deposit. But, if the guest, even though not a member, and just want to have good night sleep after travelling and meeting people all day, just leave them alone. Your FO is nice, but your system don't. After all, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel with so so category. Book 3 junior suite. Minus : checkin process very slow, almost waiting 2 hour for room to be ready, 1 room AC is leak, sofa is dirty many white spot on all rooms, bed linen also many dirty spot, bed cover and pillow cover seems not white anymore. Pool water is dirty, no gym cause all equipment already dismantle. Breakfast taste is fair nothing special. Plus: after complain waiting for long time checkin restaurant gave welcome drink and snacks cookies. Room is spacious. Staff are polite and helpfull. Suggestion for staying at this hotel not choose room facing to MT Haryono street because this room sound proof is not quiet. For management Hotel please upgrade your standart because you are using Aston big name company. I believe it can be uprgaded to next level.

Left my passport and IDR 1 juta in the room safety box and went off the hotel... But the hotel staff were prompt in rectifying my mistake by sending me back my passport and monies via taxi to the airport to ensure I did not miss my flight.. I would like to commend Efron for a job well done in making all the necessary arrangements to prevent me from missing my trip!

It was a great stay for a short business meeting.. The room is bigger than the normal rooms in other hotels, and the price is quite affordable with the access in the center of Cawang.

Breakfast was good, room was nice. However the shower have insufficient hot water. After I filled up the bathub, the second person took a cold shower. The fridge temperature is not cold enough.

Spinach pot pie here is very lekker. This Bistro has good staffs, especially Sonia. They are very friendly and welcome, gives me special brekkie menu every morning too. It was excellent 😉🥰🤗

open 8 rooms causey friend wedding. yes the room is nice and clean but the service OMG. we have to ask multiple times and yell or angry to get what we want. so bad services from the staff. also the keycard several times have to change to receptionist, and this hapeen in all room(for me 4 times). hope can fixed it

Best value for the hotel, the room was clean and big enough to move around. The shower no door and to tight! The bfast was great, the hotel supplies water dispenser for the guest hotel. Parking is free. The pool nice under the shade, but the pool closed to earlier around 6pm. The staff are nice. Overall all good.

The location is easy to reach, the rooms are clean, you have a direct view of the building. The food is varied, I like chicken the most because it's tender and the spices soak in. Nice room ambience with nice breakfast, we can even find pizza as breakfast menu, so the kids are so excited! As for the swimming pool, we would be very happy if the pool area not close at 6pm.
