for
business
due
to
proximity
to
office.
In
summary,
this
is
Harris
hotel
(3*)
with
cosmetics.
It
still
has
strong
3*
feeling
everywhere
from
staff,
quality,
facility,
cleanliness.
PLUS:
heavenly
bed
and
pillows,
big
rooms,
breakfast
variety,
dramatic
sunset
view
of
Jakarta.
MINUS:
-
Room
is
clean
but
my
room's
carpet
has
stains
all
over.
It's
disgusting
-
Chair
seat
and
legs
are
broken,
not
a
single
intention
to
change.
-
Breakfast
staff
very
slow
in
clearing,
at
one
point
only
1
person
clearing
the
huge
area.
-
Breakfast
has
nearly
all
the
heating
equipment
either
switched
off
or
staff
don't
bother
to
check.
All
(warm)
food
are
cold
except
the
noodle
station
that
has
constant
boiling
water.
Food's
been
left
open
for
hours
without
heating,
which
I
think
how
I
got
my
infection
from.
-
Untrained
staff
for
4*,
everything
has
to
go
through
reception,
no
direct
no
to
housekeeping
etc
resulting
in
no
service.
Tried
asking
for
an
iron,
it
wasn't
delivered
in
5
days
I
was
there.
-
Room
service
is
a
laugh
with
price
of
4*
or
5*
hotel
but
taste
of
2*
or
3*.
Tasteless
fried
rice
for
Rp
160k++.
Come
on,
you
cannot
go
wrong
with
fried
rice!
The
area
where
hotel
sits
is
a
culinary
destination.
Advice:
order
food
or
dine
at
the
adjacent
shopping
mall
with
plenty
of
restaurants.
