Everything was excellent during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. I particularly appreciated the water refill option, which supports the go green movement. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast team, was exceptional. They ensured my comfort from the moment I arrived at the hotel and took note of my requests. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel's connection with the mall, including access to Subway and other tenants, was very convenient. However, there was one issue. I parked in Basement 1, and unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell. It was quite challenging for me to handle.

I was visiting my cousin's wedding last week. Buffet setup feels like a breakfast setup. I kind of having breakfast, with no egg station, in the evening. Which, on the oyher hand, I think quite out of the box. Unfortunately one of the guest spotted a cockroach walking on the floor in front of live cooking pasta station 😅 But still, all in all its a nice restaurant though. Just need to maintain their cleanliness

Stayed for 5 nights for business due to proximity to office. In summary, this is Harris hotel (3*) with cosmetics. It still has strong 3* feeling everywhere from staff, quality, facility, cleanliness. PLUS: heavenly bed and pillows, big rooms, breakfast variety, dramatic sunset view of Jakarta. MINUS: - Room is clean but my room's carpet has stains all over. It's disgusting - Chair seat and legs are broken, not a single intention to change. - Breakfast staff very slow in clearing, at one point only 1 person clearing the huge area. - Breakfast has nearly all the heating equipment either switched off or staff don't bother to check. All (warm) food are cold except the noodle station that has constant boiling water. Food's been left open for hours without heating, which I think how I got my infection from. - Untrained staff for 4*, everything has to go through reception, no direct no to housekeeping etc resulting in no service. Tried asking for an iron, it wasn't delivered in 5 days I was there. - Room service is a laugh with price of 4* or 5* hotel but taste of 2* or 3*. Tasteless fried rice for Rp 160k++. Come on, you cannot go wrong with fried rice! The area where hotel sits is a culinary destination. Advice: order food or dine at the adjacent shopping mall with plenty of restaurants.

Hotel is good, but need to improve the quality of service and speed of service. Check in takes quite long. I ordered in-room dining and it took 2 hours for the food to come. Hotel staff need to be more polite and care to the guest. Room? Lack of soap bar, tissue in room.

Had an amazing stay with my family. Room so spacious and clean with good views overlooking the city. Comfy bed, soft pillows, plenty of amenities. Room serviced and cleaned regularly. Good location with convenient shops downstairs. Variety selection of delicious breakfast. To top it all, the customer service staffs were friendly, warm and helpful. Thanks to Kevin for his kind assistance and excellent service, and to Gethia for her warm welcome.

A great hotel with affordable price. The staff is super friendly, very helpful. Room really clean and smells great. Pool view also great. The food really good. Many restaurants near the hotel too. Lots of parking too.

Bumpy ride at 2:30am for a check in. First room had a weird smell and beds weren’t right, second round given a smoking room. 3rd attempt front desk agent went to look at room. Finally at 3:10am we’re in our room and spilled coffee stains on carpet, too tired to go down again for a 4th attempt so we feel asleep from our long trip. Next day went to use the business center computer and a rock star front desk agent(sorry I lost the paper with your name on it) changed the computer’s around so I was not in the sun! Wow what 5 star service! I spoke to Kiki(hotel manager) and told her the service this young man preformed with the computers and our disappointment in housekeeping and our late check-in debacle So Kiki was very understanding and gave us another upgrade to a suite and what a beautiful room! Hotel is spotless and staff is very nice greeting us with a warm smile every time and the doorman/security Gaurd opening the front door for us with a polite warm smile, some front desk agents had issues with understanding English but we had no problems with communication after a few attempts. Kiki was really nice by allowing me to make a local call in Jakarta from the front desk since your unable to call out from the rooms. Stellar service in nice clean hotel in a city that can be a challenge with finding a nice stay. Difference between rooms: Suite plush towels, bathtub, two rooms(living room/ bedroom) huge bathroom Deluxe room: obviously smaller, plush towels, comfortable beds, clean sheets, coffee machine, complementary bottled water, small fridge Obviously both rooms had all the amenities but suite was on top floor with gorgeous view and big floor plan. Recommend a suite at this hotel if you need to stay in central Jakarta

We have a very pleasant experiencine this hotel. The breakfast is super delicious with wide range of menu. Thanks also to the hotel staff, Rafael for helping us during breakfast also offering kids activity.

Had two day’s business meetings at room Batik, it was a pleasant experience. Meeting room was great, free Wifi inside. Snacks and drinks were great, I love their spring rolls. They also prepare mini coffee maker with great flavor options. Praying rooms are available

A bit confusing to get inside into the hotel as it is located in the same building with a small shopping center and other hotel. My team took fullday meeting package here and the service is just okay.

Great hotel. Located in the main road in central Jakarta. Near from the National Monument, TransJakarta bus stop and old Town of Batavia. The room, especially the bathroom is well designed with sliding door, the toilet and shower are separated. The staffs are professional too. But unfortunately there's no space to park bus, only for drop and pick up. The hotel itself is on the 5th floor. From the ground floor lobby, take the elevator to the hotel reception.

stayed at harris vertu harmony for 5 nights from feb 23rd to 28th this is the first time staying at harris vertu, before when the economy was bad, we had to stay at the more affordable yello. first impression, hotel lobby is very big and very clean. check in was very fast. and thank you Mr.kiki at reception for informing us about discount breakfast voucher. the room was clean, some hair in the toilet floor but thats ok, bed was very clean. fridge was cold. Bed and pillow was very very comfy. an hour after check in, Getia knocked on the door to give us complimentary cakes, thank you Getia. thank you Gauri for cleaning our room everyday noticed that the water in the sink was cogged up. by the 3rd day, we couldnt use the sink anymore, but the hotel handled it well and fast. by the time i got back at night, sink was fine. breakfast was super. as seen on the photos. hopefully traffic congestion in front of hotel will ease up, as there is MRT construction in front of hotel. will stay here again when we visit jakarta.

Hotel experience was very great, the rooms are comfy and not narrow. The lamps on every floor opens when we take off the lift i think it was a good way to save energy. The mall here is small but had great food such as subway. I like the food here especially the cheese platters and other foods as well that have good qualities, the variations of the food is great, especially we can taste Asian and American foods here and fulfilling. The facility in this hotel feels very luxurious and clean. We can't forget to mention the welcome drink that is tasty.

Vertu Harmoni provide the best buffet ever. Very wide of variety. Lots of local indonesian food and excellent desserts. The staff also very attentive and fast response towards my needs. Will come back for sure

Located in central Jakarta and with easy access to Jakarta business district are the reason we chose to stay here. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, and an amazing bathroom. Suitable for travelers outside Jakarta, first it's near the train station Gambir, then below the building there's a mall, mostly are restaurants, so you don't need to worry about foods. What I love the most is the room, cause it's spacy, worth the price! You'll have amazing view of the city as well. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to try the breakfast or in room dining foods and other facilities. Worth to try and will stay here again when I'm in Jakarta.

Love the restaurant! They give you 50% off for breaking your fast there. Totally worth it. They have various foods that you can try and it tastes absolutely delicious. It's on the gift floor. Definitely must try experience!!

Great place to stay, especially if you are on a business trip as it is located at the heart of Jakarta. The room is clean but the breakfast can be rated as so so. Not bad but also not that great.

We stayed for one night in the suite room. The room was beautiful and cozy. Very spacious for my toddler to run around and play. Love the coffee machine! Beautiful bathroom and bathtub. Downside: there was a cockroach, pretty big! Check in queue was short but very slow. It took almost 1 hour in the queue!

I would say that these reviews probably a fraud. Good? Probably. Great? Far from that. I must say that im glad that im on a business stay that i dont have to spend any money to stay here, or else, i would gone amok. The chiller wasn't working. I requested for a new one and they gave me a broken one. Malfunction. I have to ask for the third one to finally get the chiller to work. The laundry here take forever to be done. 3 days for a shirt and a pant. When i ask where the hell my laundry is, is when they delivered it to me. My room clearly not cleaned this morning before i have to personally requests it. The buffet contains of limited food choice and they limit how much you can take for one kind of menu. The taste is not something to be praised about too. I may gave this review two points had i paid to stay here. Not recommended

Nice hotel. Generally quite good. The decor is spacious and modern with good lighting. The buffet breakfast was good even though there were insufficient plates / bowls which had to be filled up regularly. Issues I had were with Cleanliness and Spa service. These are just my personal experiences - yours might be different. Cleanliness Towels in the room were not washed. The face towel and the cushions smelt of sweat and body odour. The whole room smelt of it. I just ended up buying my own towels to use. Didn't want to trust the rest of the towels. The sink was clogged so water flow was very slow. Spa Tried their traditional massage. I was probably the last client for the day so maybe that's why my experience was less than expected. Felt like the therapist was more keen to get the session done rather than ensuring helping me enjoy the session. So the last bit for my arm and hands was not complete. At exactly 60mins she stopped and said "ok that's it". Poor girl - she's probably tired and just wanted to go home 😅 The music was overloud and the lighting was too bright to really relax. Maybe I'm just used to spas being of a certain standard. This is a business hotel after all. 😊🤷🏽‍♀️ That's all for me. The rest are small things that can be overlooked.

Great Hotel for Business Trips, Great Location, Good Services, Clean, and the Location is unbeatable. But when I choose Hotel, usually on of my concern is the Gym. Here the gym is small, but still acceptable, the machine is from Techno Gym, Plurima Multistation - Wall. Got Dumbbells Rack, some Cardio equipments. For me quite OK to maintain your fitness habits during business trips. Below the gym they have a nice small swimming pool with concrete jugle view, also this small swimming pool is good if you want to maintain your Aquaman habits. ❤️🖤🤍

My stay was perfect! I loved the location, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Special shout out to Ibnu whose friendly attitude made me feel incredibly at home in this hotel. Five stars across the board, but especially for the staff!

Went for the meeting room and lunch at The Voyager. The snack food was above average. The beverage was Brew Me which I personally considered as one of tea upper echeleon. The meeting room consisted of cozy place with adequate amount of lighting. Paper and pencil was provided along with glass of water. The Voyager restaurant was fine. The food was pretty good. The downside is they have limited capacity that often the food was brought upon in front of the meeting room. Sometimes, there is no food left to eat.

Spent 3 days 2 nights here for business ocassion. Their standard room is not that spacious but clean, cozy, well-maintained, and has a nice view. Great hospitality. Delicious and varied food served in buffet setup during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their rum ice cream is a must-try!

I had reservation by traveloka 2 weeks before arrival. I hv detail on request for smooking room. By the date i call the hotel to reconfirm.. the receptionist say sorry my booking was not available for smooking room. Can be upgrade to deluxe room an additional charge 250.. what kind of solution. This my second time and i am so disapointed..

I was here for 3 days for business purposes, didn't stay overnight but used the ballroom. Overall very satisfied because the place is comfortable clean, and the ambiance is good. The most important thing is that the bathroom is very clean. The snacks served are also delicious.
