Im booking this hotel directly by phone to hotel on 15 may 2021. And i got room 1214. The rooms have a bad smels, and AC not cold.. allready called technisian 2 times and not solved. And called receptions only waiting 1 hours without solutions untill 11 PM. Very bad hotels. This night i should be sleep with hot rooms and smels bad.

The taste is not delicious as previously, the price has increased but the portion and combination of meals has decreased

One of the worse I have ever stayed in Jakarta. Arrived 9pm, stayed for 2 night and assigned level 14. Hot water shower wasn’t working at all. No ironing board and iron provided and you have to go level 4 to use designated irons which took forever to work! Housekeeping for some fuking reason took and did not replace my toilet roll the next day.

Firstly, the reception service was quite poor and rude. When the elevator had a problem and I complained to the receptionist, instead of being escorted and fixed, they seemed to look down on us who could not do it. Even though it was their elevator that had the problem! Secondly, the room was very dusty and dirty. My partner and I got a rash on the back of our neck after sleeping on the bed, so bad for hygiene! The lobby is spacious, but there are only a few chairs provided for waiting. The only good thing about this hotel is that the staff who opened the door upon entering were very friendly. The location is quite strategic but you have to choose the right lane to enter the hotel, otherwise it will be complicated. The rest is very bad!

Very limited parking space & the room is poorly maintained. Not worth the price, there are more budget friendly hotels with better staying experience. A bit discriminative when you have to wear certain dress-code for hotel, im here as a tourist for a leisure - not for a formal business meeting. What a joke.

A lovely old hotel building near the heart of the Big Ondel-ondel, Jakarta. Located in Senen area, it got plentiful places nearby that can fulfill your desire to explore the life of any big city. The service is excellent, the staffs are helpful although there's a little misunderstanding about my friend's lost belongings, but overall they're doing their job well. The breakfast is okay in term of taste (for me, at least), and the choice of menu isn't that many, but the quality of the food is quite good. The room where I get to sleep in was actually good, clean, and has a beautiful view of Jakarta but at the time I get there, the toilet didn't flushed at all, but the problem was solved pretty quickly thanks to the helpful staffs.

Strategic hotel, near Atrium Plaza, service is good, food is tasty, and the room is clean.

We had invited for a wedding ceremony. So, We don’t have xtra things to say 😀😀🫢🫢 But, almost the foods was delicious but unfortunately the drinking water was not quite enough. It’s taking to long for the waiter/waiters to refill the drinking water for all the guests 😌🥲

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days 5 night. It has a spacious room of 37 m2, a bathroom with a bath tub and a hair dryer, a safety box and all amenities. They provide a various breakfast. Don't forget to try the "jamu" corner, wedang jahe, and wedang uwuh. The lontong sayur was so yummy. It has a very strategic location as very close with Mall Atrium Plaza and Pasar Senen.

It's not enough to stay here for a night! I really need MORE. Spacious room with complete amenities waiting for us, guests, to release ourselves from hectic days. The service was nice. The food was good. 4/4 stars!

Having a family vacation here. The location is good, the staff is courteous, and the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy.

Attended an internasional conference last 2 weeks in this hotel but not staying. Ballroom is very good which provided with excellence facilities for the conference. Located in the center of Jakarta and easy to access the hotel. Very good hospitality from the hotel staff in cluding the security.

All that I remembered is the staff in front as receptionist was really great on helped us on giving us the good room with upgrade our room in our 3 nights stay in Lumire hotel. His name was Mr. Harry, also the staff in the restaurant are very lovely,except their staff that worked as a security, their really not nice and needed to be briefed how to act nice to guest who are stayed in their hotel. Really changed my point of view about this hotel.

The rooms are good, Big, though it's right next to a mall it's still a bad location because it's far from all the places that are cool

My parents visited me from North sulawesi, i happen to work here, and about to pick up some goods/food at lobby but was immediately blocked due to rules of clothing attire was not proper, as i was wearing short pants. So i had to wait outside for my mom to come and drop the goods so i can bring back to my place. Very not pleasant experience.

The room is nice. The housekeeping should pay attention on their hygiene. Came into the cleaned room with pungent sweaty armpit man smell.

Came here for company event, food was great, the music was great, didn't check in so i couldn't comment on the room. Next to mall, easy access to public transport

Going here for bukber, food is good, beverage not so sweet (my kind of),lots of variaton of foods and drinks, the ambience is cozy, but in the outdoor area some people still could reach you asking for donation

Couple times stay in Lumire hotel.. Super large room with bathup, Location wise, Great service especially front desk named Dadan Jimmy, he is very helpfull and friendly, excelence!!! love to come back in the near future.

AC temp inconsistent. Can be really difficult to cool the room at times. Tub water temp inconsistent. Sometimes not hot enough. At one time the water that came out was brownish. And the tub lining was peeled at some parts. Lobby is kinda hot. But theyre renovating so thats understandable i guess. Room is clean and comfy though, no complaints whatsoever there. Staff friendly.

Right in front of the transjakarta station. Easy to find. But you have to know for sure you transjakarta route.

Although it’s not directed towards the National Monument despite being nearby. Swimming pool looks basic. It’s under the average ratings compared to other hotels. Staffs are friendly. Restaurants might need more extensions to increase capacity. The hotel were running on 100% occupancy and I barely get a seat. Major Public Transports includes - TransJakarta. Accessible through the Atrium Bus Stop. Prices are a steady 3.500 IDR on normal days. - MiniTrans. Accessible by the side of the road. Although you need to cross the road using a pedestrian bridge. About the same price as the TransJakarta service. Minor Public Transports includes - BlueBird taxis. Available on the Atrium Plaza lobby beside the hotel. - GoRide and GoCar Service. Available on the Gojek App. - GrabBike and GrabCar Service. Available on the Grab App. - Bajaj. Occasional, on the side of the road.

Services are very bad. Staffs (securities and receptionists) are not polite (rude), especially to local guests.

Came here for an event of my office, so i didn't know how the quality of hotel room. Food and snacks are good and delicious. Health protocol is well kept. But, the quality of multimedia in meeting room is quite bad. The LCD projector is quite old and have problem with its lamp. Internet connection also not stable enough for used by the participants of the event.

Stayed here for 4 days. Great location, spacious room and incredible service. I was having trouble with several things on the first night but got resolved quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you.
