Although
we
were
getting
an
upgrade
on
the
room,
we
were
expecting
a
lower
level,
instead
we
got
the
top
highest
floor.
At
first
glance
the
room
is
well
maintained,
good
furniture,
clean
wall
paint,
but
the
room
feels
warm,
even
after
waiting
for
an
hour
for
the
AC
to
fill
the
room,
and
also
the
mini
fridge
also
not
cold
at
all.
Then
we
called
housekeeping,
which
came
more
than
an
hour
later,
and
said
he
would
replace
the
fridge
and
take
a
look
at
the
AC.
He
did
a
pretty
good
job
tho,
brought
us
a
new
fridge,
and
the
room
finally
felt
cold
that
night
and
for
the
rest
of
our
stay.
Another
complaint
was
that
the
bathroom
room
lights
were
very
dim,
after
I
checked
they
were
yellowish
5watts
bulbs
and
were
dimmer
than
the
purposed
brightness.
The
bathroom
felt
so
gloomy
that
I
went
and
bought
ourselves
new
bulbs
from
the
mini
market,
and
after
I
replaced
them,
the
bathroom
finally
felt
more
like
a
4
star
hotel.
Final
verdict,
nice
room,
good
service
(when
they
did
come),
moderate
food
(breakfast
),
but
bad
maintenance
especially
for
lighting,
and
a
bit
understaff
for
house
keeping.
And
also
could
improve
the
pool,
because
it
was
not
swimmable
for
adults,
we
could
see
everyday
were
just
children
playing
there.
Overall,
it's
a
good
thing
we've
got
a
discount
for
the
room
and
got
an
upgrade,
it
was
fairly
cheap.
Final
note,
we
expect
slightly
more
from
a
4
star
hotel.
