Stayed here for Quarantine ~ Pros ~ Big size modern rooms, clean, quality, enough space for yoga, little living room area. Comfy bed, overall nice living conditions for a week. ~ Good air con, wifi, and hot shower ~ Quiet enough away from mosques to sleep with ear plugs Meh ~ Food.. I asked vegetarian and most of the time was noodles, oily french fries, or rice with a banana. Gave me a small iceberg salad once so far but no healthy variety. ~ pick up from airport is a shuttle bus, slow considering I got in with my luggage 130 am I didn't get to my room til 4 am, and it's only 20 min away from airport. Need better system. Cons ~They put on piano elevator music in the hallways. I thought it was a neighbor but no, it plays all the time. I called front desk but they won't turn it off, it's like prison torture. In general can hear neighbors conversation and tv through the walls. ~Staff is helpful but slow on requests. (ex. Ask for tea bags) wait an hour, then have to call 2 or 3 more times for service. They also don't give space, are knocking on the door to deliver in person when I ask 'hey leave it outside the door, it's quarantine'. Another time I had to ask housekeeping guy to leave he kept chilling on sofa outside my room watching videos on his phone. Lol. Not professional.

One star is still too many. I only give one star because the employees are nice and do their best. In 8 days of quarantine, the room is not cleaned once. Towels are dirty. Small windows. The room needs a renovation. The food is not healthy and not balanced. If you come in here healthy, you will go home sick after 8 days. They have never heard of sustainability in this hotel. Everything in plastic dishes. You produce 100L plastic waste in 8 days.

The staff have been lovely and nice. My review is purely based on the rooms, cleanliness, and facilities. The hallways have a stinky smell. My balcony door couldn't close properly so we had a very loud AC, rain and traffic noise disrupt our sleep throughout the night. Bedsheets and towels were dirty, and it felt very run down/low quality. My friends room said the electricity went out and also the hair dryer was smoking. The rooms were nothing like the photos you see on Google, so think twice before booking with Best Western.

The service and staff were lovely but this definitely is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms and hallways have a weird smell, the towels and bedding were dirty, the room is very small and cramped. The rooms and bathroom and toilet aren't clean. The lifts are very slow so if takes a long time to go up and down. I was using the hairdryer that had smoke coming out of it, sparked and blew out the electricity in the room.

Quite difficult to find the place since it's at the apartment building. Came there for a late-night check-in and it took us 3 times to drive around the building just to find the location. The signage is not so visible at night. The room was okay but the carpet was damp and gave a bad smell. The breakfast was surprisingly good and tasty. They serve is all up to 10 am.

Building looks old. I think it is an apartment that partly renovated n changed into hotel. I just use the meeting room so no ideas about the room. Meeting room is so so. Pretty much basic n old style...

Booked one superior room and one standard room, the staff was really helpful and warmly welcome the guest. Mr. Habibi assisted me during check in. It doesn't take so long for me to wait. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Simple basic amenities were also available in the room. The breakfast was standard yet tasty, got 3 choices of Asian, Western, and Indonesian all-you-can-eat set. Indomie and egg station also available during breakfast time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. FYI, IDR 100 thousand cash are required for room key deposit for one room.

I just cheked in and this is the worst one can experience. Its not hotel. Please stop saying it a hotel to confuse people. There are no one in the from desk, no operator though highlightedas emergenc, no room service etc. Etc. How the hell they are calling it 4 star??? If you want just for nigjt stay without any other expectation, it would be okay for you.

Although we were getting an upgrade on the room, we were expecting a lower level, instead we got the top highest floor. At first glance the room is well maintained, good furniture, clean wall paint, but the room feels warm, even after waiting for an hour for the AC to fill the room, and also the mini fridge also not cold at all. Then we called housekeeping, which came more than an hour later, and said he would replace the fridge and take a look at the AC. He did a pretty good job tho, brought us a new fridge, and the room finally felt cold that night and for the rest of our stay. Another complaint was that the bathroom room lights were very dim, after I checked they were yellowish 5watts bulbs and were dimmer than the purposed brightness. The bathroom felt so gloomy that I went and bought ourselves new bulbs from the mini market, and after I replaced them, the bathroom finally felt more like a 4 star hotel. Final verdict, nice room, good service (when they did come), moderate food (breakfast ), but bad maintenance especially for lighting, and a bit understaff for house keeping. And also could improve the pool, because it was not swimmable for adults, we could see everyday were just children playing there. Overall, it's a good thing we've got a discount for the room and got an upgrade, it was fairly cheap. Final note, we expect slightly more from a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is very hard to find even taxi drivers cannot find. Hotel owners need to invest in more and better sighnage so people can see it. Also I never seen a hotel with a staircase in front with nobody at door you have lift your own bags up would be nice to put a person at door to welcome guest in and take bags for people. The other thing I cannot understand is they call themselves a 4 and a half star but by looking at the rooms such as my room a deluxe room it looks more like a 2 or 3 star Max other than that everything els is great the room service it great the staff are amazing and they clean the rooms everyday.

Staffs are friendly Breakfast is food but will be great if they have different menu... We stayed 5 mornings same, not much difference. Overrall is worth and awesome

The building looks very old but it's very well maintained. I've got an upgrade to a king sized room, the room was big and super clean. The staffs are all really nice. The location is also perfect since it's located in Kemayoran without ganjil genap. Looking forward to stay there again

Poor maintenance of rooms. It's very hard to find parking spaces after 10pm. No significant signage to the rooms and the swimming pool is super dirty with poor lighting waiting for someone to drown and die.

Phones do not work in rooms. Onyx restaurant serves cold food. Overall service standards in this hotel are very poor.

Excellent stay at Best Plus Western Kemayoran Hotel halfway through quarantine. Great all round experience so far, from pick up at airport right through to meals and PCR service. Super friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

I stay for quarantine in this hotel 5 days after traveling abroad , everything was good, comfy bed, good wifi and everyday laundry for my clothes . Nice and friendly staff and good customer service, fast respond too. Big thanks to Mr Joe ( food &beverage manager ) for his kindness , communication was great and he was very helpful during my stay and change my food to room service food and taste delicious answered all my questions quickly and clearly. It was a good stay in my quarantine 5 days . Also not forgetting to mention about management who are pleasing, thankyou best western .

I chose Best Western for my quarantine, and just stayed there 5 nights. I had smoking room as I requested and everything was good, comfy bed, decent WiFi, Aircon working well, hot water in the shower. Nice and friendly staff and good customer service as well, thanks to Ms Alya, communication was great and she was very helpful during my stay and before I booked it, as she answered all my questions quickly and clearly. It was a good stay and all paperwork was done early in my last day, so I could check out at 7 am if I wanted to. I would recommend this hotel for quarantine as one of cheapest options available.

For context this hotel was one of the few pre selected government approved quarantine locations I was allowed to be released at during COVID. You cannot leave the airport without a hotel representative signing you out of the airport. **A small side note, the hotel is pretty far from the prayer speakers from a local mosque. You can still hear the speakers but they are mostly minimal in sound so they should not bother the average person's sleep. So in general I found the hotel to be relatively good for the price. You can see the meals I was served during my stay. Most were pretty good but there were a few lackluster sides or main entrees. The rooms are clean but you may notice some very small light staining on the sheets but that did not bother me at all. And I did see a small water bug in the bathroom, not a big deal to me and probably to be expected to a degree due to the geographical location. The staff are all nice and speak some degree of English so any issue can be communicated given enough time. May two larger issues would be the Wifi being a little slow and the shower. Doing an internet speed test gave me 2mb down which is good enough for texting and some phone calls but during peak internet usage in the evening it is hard to have a good signal to make a phone call or watch 480p YouTube videos. The shower head is a little forward from the dividing wall that prevents water from spreading throughout the rest of the bathroom and since there is no other curtain/barrier the water will spread in front of the bathroom sink. It was annoying for me to clean it up but atleast they provide very large towels. All on all I would not mind staying in the hotel again.

Rooms are decent, food in the restaurant is really tasty. Service however is a trouble. Nothing is done, unless management gets involved, room service ignores DND, reception calls early morning and ruins sleep, housekeeping takes an hour to bring a comb, check-in staff ignores Elite status benefits.

Few days ago i spend my time here, everything is good. Food delicious, room are all ok, facilities like swimming pool and kiddy playground also ok. The only thing that can be improve is refrigeneratore / kulkas as room is not working. Keep up tje good quality. Me and my fam enjoy our staycation here.

This hotel have a clean room , have a good staff who will help you for all the problem you have , and always asking you if you have a problem or not with your room and their service . Their Jiung fried rice delicous ( if can make the restaurant menu more variative ) . Next time i go to jakarta , surely i will stay at this hotel again . Thankyou for the service

Good location, service ok,no indian dish in breakfast even on request they prepared dish but they dont have idea of indian test.locker were not working.i have to fight for doublebed for couple they gave two seperate bed. I dont recommend it.

it was the worst experience ever. This hotel is creepy, old and the room’s ofor feels so damp. The room is not as the same like its shown in apps. The bathroom also stink. I dont think it worth the price and i wouldn’t think twice to get back here.
