Do NOT stay at this hotel. It is old and very filthy. It is also a love hotel, accepting short stays. The cafe is often over-crowded during breakfast and the food is oh so average. The exhaust fan in the room is so noisy that it will keep you up all night. Also, when your neighbour showers, you’re definitely the first to know since you will hear the acoustics. Horrible horrible stay. Beware of the supposed “good deal”.

Stayed here during the enforced quarantine period. I was happy that we choose this apartment set up. We had a two bedroom premier. Spacious and all mod cons. The food choice was a little limited as we were not allowed to order in but not bad. Expensive for what we ate but it was to be expected. The service was excellent, the staff were outstanding and we were made to feel safe and welcome. Andi the Sales Director did all he could to provide us with a enjoyable stay. Would like to return at my own leisure in the future.

To me, this apartment hotel covered all of my needs. Good food, good gym facilities, swimming pool and a short taxi ride away from shopping. I m looking forward to return soon. Spacious and clean with modern furniture. for family with teen childrens can stay at the 2 bedrooms for more comfort. And please try to order "relish pizza" from the relish bistro at the lobby. Its delicious!

I booked 2 rooms of Executive 2 bedrooms apartment. Check in was fast & smooth. The staffs were friendly, before I booked, I called them few times to confirmed my reservation and they very polite & patient to answer my phone. The location was very strategic.The rooms was very clean, they also pet friendly apartment. Would love to go back again, maybe I will bring my cats next time.

Stayed here with my wife while visiting her in Jakarta. This was the first hotel we stayed at, for about a week. Room was kinda run down as this is rated as a 5 star hotel. Pros: -Breakfast was tasty and filling -Staff were attentive to our needs and friendly -A/C in room was ice cold -room size -location/price -bed was comfy Cons: -Room had bugs/cockroaches. Bought our own bug spray and didn't have problems since. -Rooms not soundproof. Could hear kids running in the hallway early in the morning. Could hear conversations as we walked past other rooms. -freezer had bad smell -washing machine had musty smell and we had to rewash our clothes multiple times -sheets had stains, although they were clean/replaced sheets had stains as well -ironing board cloth was ripped up -room mirror covered with stains -windows were dirty, messing up our view. Recommend they have someone wash the outside Although we did not use, the pool and gym looked nice. There is also a spa onsite as well. Overall, decent hotel, but definitely not 5 star quality. Maybe it was just our room??? 3 star quality at most.

Ultimately had a great stay, although our first impression checking in was poor: the room was spacious and well appointed, but also clearly never deeply maintained, meaning many areas have scratches and stains and sinks drain poorly. It's too bad because if maintenance was up to par, it could be world class. Why I still gave 5 stars: great amenities with a clean gym, spa, very nice pool area, restaurant is excellent (breakfast as well), and staff very helpful. I really hope they invest more in touching up the place, but solid overall especially considering the price we paid.

This is my 4th stay here. It used to be a pet friendly hotel and allowing guests to bring pawfriends. But then out of the blue they did not allow pet without any announcements on their social media. They only “erased” their posts about pet on their social media. 😑 This will be my last staycation at Fraser Menteng and will move to other dog friendly hotel such as Ascott.

First time and it was a great experience. Stayed in their two bedroom. The room was spacious and clean, the lighting and the ambience were nice. I love their open concept kitchen. Breakfast was quite good, not so many choices but enough to fill your tummy. And you can request a fresh coffee here. Check in and check out were smooth. Good respon form their staffs. Most important thing, they are pet friendly hotel, the best one, i say. Please keep it up. Gracias ~

My mother and I spent our quarantine period at Fraser Residence Menteng, and we’re so glad we did so. All of their services were high-quality! The food was plentiful and delicious, the laundry was done and returned before 7 pm, and I couldn’t have asked for a better room. We appreciate how the room was nicely cleaned and free of dust. The desk in the room was also great for me personally; I had work to complete online, and the workspace in the room was more than sufficient for my duties. In addition to all these things, the transport services they provided ran smoothly as the two of us were escorted from the airport to the hotel in a secure manner. I’d like to give my thanks to all staffs especially to Ibu Suzanna for the reservation and Bapak Dian for the transport. Great hotel to stay for quarantine in Jakarta

The Fraser Residence is in the centre of Jakarta. A better location I cannot imagine in this 12 million-citizen city. Of course you still have to use a Grab or taxi to reach other places but this is due to the size of this mega city. The staff was very friendly so far and always with the world famous Indonesian smile. The apartment we have is on the 8th floor. Huge, large, spacious and very modern. Well equipped with all items you would need in such an apartment including laundry machine, kettle, fridge, a/c, stove and microwave. We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. We also have 2 bathrooms one with a toilet and shower, the other one with a bath tub, shower and toilet. The building has a great gym with very good high end machines, the swimming pool is just next door and you can visit a sauna and a steam bath. There is also a community area with a snooker table and for those who love personal care there is a massage saloon offering also hand and foot care or services like facials etc.

Had a pleasant Stay at Fraser Menteng. All the staff are so helpful and friendly the pool and outdoor area are also pretty spacious and I can’t wait to be back for more. Just put the perfect getaway!

The room was nice, AC and wifi worked well. The hotel is quite old and does not offer a good view due to the metal constructions around the building. The location is great, pool was nice too. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this as a home base for people staying in Jakarta for a long time

Cozy, nice, and affordable for 4-5 member. We booked apart room (well equipped kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms (with 1 bathtub), living room (has proper work desk) They also have gym, sauna, and massage chair room. Cafe location area is same with breakfast area. Its tiny yet you could hangout with your friends since they have live music. Breakfast was standard with average variety menu. The pool is in the cafe and breakfast area. Its suitable for staycation or bridal shower Overall, all is good! Well maintain, complete facilities, and affordable price 👍

I’ve stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for 4 months for work. Positives about the property are the steam and sauna room, gym, and extensive breakfast buffet. Staff are also lovely and provide friendly service. They are responsive when I raise concerns with my room. However, I have experienced repeated issues that are really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel and have been slow to be resolved. Over several weeks, mosquitoes somehow came into my room through the air conditioning vents if I didn’t keep the temperature uncomfortably cold. I would get bitten at night when sleeping. I had to ask staff to take care of the issue at least 3 times and ended up having to request an electric mosquito bat to keep on hand in the room. The first few times I complained, staff sprayed down my room, and then finally they called someone to clean the vents. After the mosquito issue was mostly addressed, the air conditioning stopped working in my room. The first time I complained, they sent an engineer to look at the AC, though the issue was not resolved that same day. I never received a follow up afterwards and I had to travel out of town the next day, so I was hoping the AC would work the following week when I returned. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it was not working when I got back. I was offered the option to move temporarily to a smoking room, which did not appeal to me. Hotel staff ended up bringing me a standalone fan at 3 am since I could not sleep from my room becoming so stuffy. At this point, I realize I should have just pushed to be moved to an entirely different room earlier on, but I had already settled in for the 4 months and thought I could hold out and get the issues addressed in the current room I was given. Regardless, these issues really should not have been present in the first place. I initially gave this hotel a 5 star review because the staff are great, but am now changing the overall rating given the frustrating experiences described above. Less severe but also frustrating have been slow Wi-Fi speeds in the room (you get faster speeds on public floors) and a clogged sink (which was promptly taken care of). I hope the hotel will be more proactive with maintenance and addressing these issues with guests in the future.

I was having meeting in Residence Lounge and Lavender Lounge, 2 snacks. Stay for 5 days . 3 meals a day at Relish bistro. It was satisfying and memorable experience. The restaurant has varieties menus and delicious meals. The staff provide excellent services and homies feeling. Overall I am recommend for people to staying here and enjoy their time in relish bistro. The waiter Mrs Asma provides excellent, friendly, and helpful services. She also informed me about the resto and listen to my advice patiently. Thank you mrs. Asma. 👍👍

Good services, facilities, food, and of course their friendly staffs; one I often chat with is Mr. Dian, a very helpful and funny person. I would recommend this place, two thumbs up! First time visiting Indonesia and first time staying at Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta.... Location, room, etc were great and the restaurant inside the hotel, Relish Bistro had the most amazing food in taste and quality. If you decide to try out this place, make sure to try their "Taco Burger" and "Fettuccine Carbonara".... Hands down 10 out of 10! Service is excellent by all the staffs but shout out to Amanda, who served us with smile everyday with utmost professionalism. Just one thing to prepare when you visit.... Mosquito repellent!

We have had an amazing experience with the hotel room and breakfast, in particular the customer service was very good, I would have to say Asma has been a very kind to us and has given us very good customer service, she has made us feel very welcome. We have had a such a wonderful experience here. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were beautiful and well equipped, the beds and pillows so comfy. Great amenities. It was such a nice stop between the Sumatran Jungle and Bali! We especially appreciated Esther and Asma’s service. So kind.

Everything about this place is perfect! From the restaurant to the cleaning service. The breakfast buffet is good, have enough varieties, the staffs are polite & helpful, and the cleaning lady (Felicia) does a really good job of cleaning our room, making sure everything is spotless! We choose Fraser Residence Menteng because of its proximity to my husband's office and feedback received from our friends From Day 1 , Mr.Ahmad Prayoga Ristono (Yoga) has been providing house cleaning services to us. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. I wish him good luck in his future endeavors

Great easy stay!! Great pool and wonderful friendly staff. Amenities were clean. One of the staff, Yeva, did an awesome job at catering for our needs when we needed some washing done at short notice.

The room is impeccably clean, exceptionally well-equipped, and incredibly spacious. The service is truly outstanding, with a special mention for Ms. Asma, who went above and beyond during our lunch. She took great care of me, even arranging for some delicious Bakwan Malang from a nearby food stall. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel management for their swift communication. They promptly informed me when a colleague sent documents and other items to the receptionist. The only problem I found in the room is the stinky drain. But I could cover it with some spray of perfume. Lastly, The Relish Bistro consistently delivered delectable and health-conscious meals. I thoroughly enjoyed both my lunch and dinner experiences!

Great service! Stay for one day in this place and it happens to be my best staycation experience. They had everything in their room, kitchen with utensils, bathroom with washing machine to do laundry. The food is great and even the swimming pool is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But, if you want to stay in this place you need to provide the deposit money Rp.500k

Had a smooth process from reservation, airport transfer, accommodation checked in and checked out. The staff were very helpful. Pak Dian who picked up at the airport was very nice and provided a warm and great help when I arrived. Food is great though need to add more selections particularly for Indonesian menu. Overall it was a great experience for me!

Stay here in mid-February 2022, clean rooms, food prices are not very expensive. Fully equipped with both room amenities and kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine. But the internet is quite slow and often comes off and the chair doesn't have a backrest. and at the armrest Sitting for a long time, back pain, neck pain

This hotel is nice the rooms are large modern .. pros. swimming pool nice gym good..cons is reception staff not very friendly or courteous... the rooms are not sound proof and the black out curtains do not fit properly so light comes in to the bedroom and wakes you up..also thr buffet breakfast is very limited compared to other 5 stars hotels that i have stayed many..the gym as I said is good but twice i had to go down to reception and either ask for a towel or cups for the cold water machine

Had my intimate wedding reception lunch at Relish Bistro last weekend and I was satisfied with the service. Adinda from sales who gave us assistance was very helpful and accommodating! She’s always reachable, answered every question I had regarding the booking details and even gave thorough inputs for the D-day. IMO the wedding package that Fraser offered was a very good deal, considering the strategic location and quality of the food.

Positives: Friendly staff, location, apartment size, design, clean. Negatives: Breakfast below average and definitely needs improvement, some renovations are required, internet connection speed was a bit slow. I did not try swimming pool or gym.

We stayed in a 2 bedder with 3 occupants. Review as follows: Positives: 1. The room was very big for 3 pax, with 2 bathrooms 2. All the whistles one might need for a stay away from home 3. Price / location is of top value 4. Staff were mostly attentive 5. They managed to save my friend's bag..! he had left it behind at the reception when we checked out 6. The gym is well equipped to train every part of your muscle group 7. There is a spa onsite, with reasonable prices Negatives: 1. Room was old, and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. This is evident from the lobby, the restaurant table, toilet fixtures (nozzles for the overhead and shower spray went in all directions?), no hand soap is provided in the toilets (and this is after clarification with housekeeping), towel rack hangs at an angle (looks like it is about to drop off) 2. Staff sometimes needed reminders for simple asks (e.g. our tea during morning buffet) 3. For a serviced apartment, the breakfast spread was surprisingly lacking in variety (what was present, was tasty though) 4. TV was not working in the room 5. Hairdryers are not standard?! (we had to request to housekeeping) All in, a good stay despite the negatives, and understandably, you get what you pay for.

Top notch customer service with excellent 5-star accommodation. The staff, especially Pak Syarif had been really helpful during my parents stay. I really couldn't ask for better place to stay in that price. Will surely come back here next time!

At first I doubted this place because of the review I just read here, but turns out I had a pleasant one night stay. The service was amazing, the staffs were very friendly, especially Mbak Riska & Pak Permadi at the receptionist! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) I ordered some in dining room, and the food was supringsingly good! The price was very affordable (compared to other five stars hotels) and for the breakfast everything was great! And when you stay here, you should try their croissant at breakfast, super delicious!! I already recommend Fraser Menteng to my friends, relatives and co workers. Keep up the good work!!

overall was great.. the aircon was so cold, which is good.. the tv speaker kind of dull, we have to switch on the speaker manually. somehow my wife found that the water closet was unclean, with little amount of pee on the closet. we order the non smoking room, but because we're late check in, the room is not available anymore. and it was pretty annoying for us to get in to smoking room.. after all we're quite happy with the service, the breakfast also a good deal.. and would like to staying again in the future. thank you for fraser residence

everything was great. bed wise and spacewise. we were 8 people with 2 luggages each. but the problem was with the AC in room 1801, in the last room the AC smelled very bad, we could not turn it on because of the smell like mold. Also outside of the room, in the hallway it also smelled bad like garbage and mold. An for out last day breakfast the carrot was old and bad tasted very spoiled. also if you have ios software, you need to call IT guy to help you install the wifi.
