Iβve
stayed
here
in
a
one
bedroom
apartment
for
4
months
for
work.
Positives
about
the
property
are
the
steam
and
sauna
room,
gym,
and
extensive
breakfast
buffet.
Staff
are
also
lovely
and
provide
friendly
service.
They
are
responsive
when
I
raise
concerns
with
my
room.
However,
I
have
experienced
repeated
issues
that
are
really
unacceptable
for
a
5
star
hotel
and
have
been
slow
to
be
resolved.
Over
several
weeks,
mosquitoes
somehow
came
into
my
room
through
the
air
conditioning
vents
if
I
didnβt
keep
the
temperature
uncomfortably
cold.
I
would
get
bitten
at
night
when
sleeping.
I
had
to
ask
staff
to
take
care
of
the
issue
at
least
3
times
and
ended
up
having
to
request
an
electric
mosquito
bat
to
keep
on
hand
in
the
room.
The
first
few
times
I
complained,
staff
sprayed
down
my
room,
and
then
finally
they
called
someone
to
clean
the
vents.
After
the
mosquito
issue
was
mostly
addressed,
the
air
conditioning
stopped
working
in
my
room.
The
first
time
I
complained,
they
sent
an
engineer
to
look
at
the
AC,
though
the
issue
was
not
resolved
that
same
day.
I
never
received
a
follow
up
afterwards
and
I
had
to
travel
out
of
town
the
next
day,
so
I
was
hoping
the
AC
would
work
the
following
week
when
I
returned.
Perhaps
unsurprisingly,
it
was
not
working
when
I
got
back.
I
was
offered
the
option
to
move
temporarily
to
a
smoking
room,
which
did
not
appeal
to
me.
Hotel
staff
ended
up
bringing
me
a
standalone
fan
at
3
am
since
I
could
not
sleep
from
my
room
becoming
so
stuffy.
At
this
point,
I
realize
I
should
have
just
pushed
to
be
moved
to
an
entirely
different
room
earlier
on,
but
I
had
already
settled
in
for
the
4
months
and
thought
I
could
hold
out
and
get
the
issues
addressed
in
the
current
room
I
was
given.
Regardless,
these
issues
really
should
not
have
been
present
in
the
first
place.
I
initially
gave
this
hotel
a
5
star
review
because
the
staff
are
great,
but
am
now
changing
the
overall
rating
given
the
frustrating
experiences
described
above.
Less
severe
but
also
frustrating
have
been
slow
Wi-Fi
speeds
in
the
room
(you
get
faster
speeds
on
public
floors)
and
a
clogged
sink
(which
was
promptly
taken
care
of).
I
hope
the
hotel
will
be
more
proactive
with
maintenance
and
addressing
these
issues
with
guests
in
the
future.
