Had a nightover here long time ago. Place is old but well maintained. Could be better with renovation though.

This is apartment hotel, you will get almost 1bed, hall, kitchen, dining area. Room are spacious. You will get complimentary breakfast and it's good. We stayed here almost a month, we got very good service, staff are friendly and always ready for help. Cia is one of them who always ready to help.

The staff, room and facilities was Awesome. We loved the room details it was as full equiped apartment. Highly recommended. The only point to improve is the breakfast, was limited.

I booked the one bedroom unit but it was upgraded to the 2 bedrooms unit. The unit is very spacious and it has 2 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs. The service from the staffs are all great and professional. The unit is equipped with fully kitchen set. You can cook here conveniently :). The room has washing machine, too. The bed is comfortable. Location is great as it's just few minutes walk to Lotte Shopping avenue mall. Thanks again Somerset Grand Citra for the free Upgrade and the hospitality :) I'de definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Stayed here a few times before the pandemic and again recently. Nice interior design, satisfactory housekeeping, good customer service. While the website stated they recently renovated their apartments, the apartment we stayed at looks the same as the one we did before and they definitely did not renovate their gym and the equipments (it seemed the equipments were only re-arranged). My favourite aspects about this property include their nice spacious 3-bedroom apartment, security guarding the entrance of the building and outside the lobby, 24-hour customer service, daily housekeeping, secured key to room floors, gym & swimming pool open from 6am, spa & massage service, & walking distance to shopping malls (Lotte Ave & Kuningan City - within 5-10mins). The reasons the property did not get a five star from me is because of several issues. I am one of those people who take their fitness seriously and I find that the gym isn't very well looked-after. They still have the same old Cybex equipments (leg press, leg extension, lying leg curls, flies, & chest press) with 1-20 weight plates, dumbbells (with numbers 10, 15, 20, 25, & so on until 50), 2 benches (one can be adjusted & the other flat), a 10kg barbell, an EZ bar, and 3 weight-adjustable dumbbell bars from years before. The weight plates for the bars are thankfully in kgs (1.25, 2.5, 5, & 10). There used to be lat pull down & shoulder press machines too, but these weren't in the gym this time, then later on I noticed these were moved to the back garden. Idek if those old dumbbells are in lbs or stones or whatever - I'm used to kg system of measurements, so had to gauge what felt ok to use. They still have their slippery floor boards in the gym too - it was hard to do certain exercises (like hip thrusts & renegrade rows) especially when the bench is too high for my body size. The cardio room has a bike, 2x treadmills, and a crosstrainer - but I didn't spend much time there; I would've if there was a mat to stretch on. There was also no disinfectant spray in the gym despite a sign at the location where it should be - I had to ask twice before they finally put a spray and wipe there. The handsoap bottle in the ladies' bathroom had rusted and I couldn't get soap out of it - they fixed it after I told the housekeeping staff, but it was still the same bottle. The other negative aspect we found was that the towels in the room are old, thin, and look like rags. They also have a big swimming pool, but it was cold and my baby didn't enjoy it much. Idk whether it was adjustable and was cold to suit the weather there, but there was a breeze that morning too, so we didn't use it again. I considered going to Fitness First at Lotte Ave for more variety of equipments, but they open at 8am, except Sat. when they open at 6am. The only time I can train after having my baby is early morning and 8am isn't suitable, even if I was only there for a week. Citadines is a new apartment not too far away with more modern gym equipments, but they don't have 3 bedrooms. If Somerset ever plans to renovate the gym, there needs to be a Smith Machine (at least) / a squat rack, a bench press rack with 20kg barbell (that can also be used for other exercises if no squat rack), new dumbbells & plates, a cable machine, and an adjustable bench with angles written on it. When you have all these equipments, you can do a full workout.

We booked one of their 2-bedroom units for 2 days. The room itself is outdated, and VERY dark but it’s still pretty decent for the price. BUT I WILL NOT come back to this place EVER AGAIN. We accidentally left 2 things there (an ipad and a Louis Vuitton bag with our US passports in it!). They called us right after we checked out to let us know about the ipad. We went there and picked it up right away. THEY NEVER MENTIONED THE LOUIS VUITTON BAG! And my husband being the clumsy man that he is, didnt realize his bag was missing until 2 days later. We called different places that we visited in Jakarta to look for the bag, checked our suitcases over and over again and still couldn’t find the bag. At some point we were sure we left it at Somerset. So we tried calling them over and over and over again but the line was always busy. We called their Indonesia toll-free contact center, and they couldn’t get a hold of this property at all either. After countless attempts to call them (all took 2 hours!) we decided to stop by the facility on our way to the airport. the receptionist finally told us they found the bag and tried calling our phone number a few times with no avail. THEY LIED! They only called us once and that was for the ipad, never called us again after that. We showed them our phone logs to prove it to them and they suddenly changed their story again saying that “oh i have to check the system again, we probably didn’t call” 🙄. I asked them what’s wrong with their phone number, and they told me they have a different hotline number (that is not listed anywhere on their website and not even the designated costumer service center know about!). They said they mainly use WhatsApp. So I asked them “let’s say that you werent able to get a hold of us via phone call, why didn’t you guys try to email or Whatsapp us since according to you thats what you use” and the receptionist said “oh we are not allowed to use whatsapp to reach out to our guests” oh the inconsistency! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Horrible experience full of deceptions!

Nice serviced apartment: the rooms are big and the deco is fine. Location is central with several malls and restaurants in the nearby. Refurbished rooms are located above floor 11.

The room was nice, but the sound-insulation is not too good because you can still hear the car and motorcycle on the road. And the lift often have some issues..

Fraudulently misrepresented their rooms. Sold us a premium room, but they didnt have any. Refused to refund the amount prepaid via Agoda. Rooms are very old and noisy, windows don't close properly and the rooms were dirty - stained sheets, unwashed bathroom surfaces, and the beds were so uncomfortable that they caused lasting back pain. Terrible place, avoid it at all costs!!

Me and my husband Stay here from 24 to 2 February... extend 2times and always get an executive room upgrade on 17th floor.. 2 bed room , living room, kitchen is complete with The cutlery.. we also can do laundry.. The staff is also friendly🙏🏻❤️ And the important things ,this hotel apartment is dog friendly.. thank you Somerset

Lack of sound proofing for rooms facing incredibly noisy roads. The motorcycles will keep you up all night. It's like trying to sleep in a war zone. The upgraded rooms are quite nice and spacious, but the rest of the property has seen better days. Staff is very friendly.

Really Great Place to stay with awesome staff and really humble. Locations that in the center of alots offic buildings and mall. But most important is i can bring my pet to stay wothe in this place. Really Great Job

Unfortunately, nothing good to say about this old place. The newly renovated apartments are okay but don’t have isolated windows. Since it’s located next to the main road, it’s really noisy 24hrs. I was complaining about it right after check-in and was asking for a refund so I can change to a new hotel immediately but got denied. After complaining several times, they finally gave us another apartment but the thing is only one room had double glass windows and the noise is still there. Therefore no acceptable solution has been provided. I highly recommend to avoid this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay and some sleep!

Great value for money, great location, great service. I can't fault it for anything except the windows are too thin/not soundproof enough that you heae the noise from the traffic outside. But other than that everything was great and we will stay here again the next time we're in Jakarta.

Stayed 2-5th June 2023. Location was awesome! Loved it. Easy to go. But we were lucky because it was holiday weekend and so traffic was forgiving. We didn't like the facing of the room - towards the main road. NIGHTLY MOTORBIKE RACING. So request from hotel for other facing. We had the "new rooms" but already the wall of the master was tearing apart. It was bad. Very bad, I totally missed to take a pic of it - apologies. The staff were not the sharpest in the shed also unfortunately. The guards were thinking with their knee caps and called to ask help from lost & found... Let's just say, U2 sang it best - I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. 😅 Heard that the older 3 roomed apartments did not undego Reno so my group were quite taken aback by the horrid sights they had of the rooms. Just beside a mall, it was very convenient for food and such. Alot of nearby roadside food places too. Will I go back? Unlikely. The price of the rooms are great but unless it's with my friends, I will not take a second look at this establishment.

the best pet friendly service apartment in Jakarta. My cat was really happy and we decided to extend our stay. Will be back for sure.

Very good hotel! Specially the Breakfast it was amazing! The chef Gundur cooked amazing omeletes! He is so polite and useful! I loved my experience over there!

All is nice service, great view, great location, big rooms for the 2 bedrooms.. but the minus ia the lift. They have 3 lift but only operate 2 lift. N we hv to wait the lift around 15 minutes..

Great place for the price when you are bringing your family to spend vacation in jakarta. The location is near the center of Jakarta. With similar price with 4/5-star hotel, you can get spacious room (I got 2 rooms+kitchen+2 bathrooms+living room). The wive and children loves this place very much. Recommended to you family traveller

Location is superb at the central of Mega Kuningan area, where you can find plenty of food varieties. So you'll never be starving ..lol. It's only walking distance to Lotte Shooping Avenue and Mall Ambassador or Kuningan City. But unfortunately not all room been renovated, so a bit old school when you enter the non renovated room. Swimming pool or to be precise a plunge pool is only for refreshing purpose. And lastly, if i may suggest, to open the emergency stair to avoid/minimize elevator queuing (apply for low level room). All the best!

Great location but not enough lifts and you spend a lot of time waiting for one. The drainage in my shower seemed blocked and there was a risk of flooding unless you stop showering to give the water time to drain. The aircon drips. The inhouse cafe is not very good (did not actually eat there - tried three times but it is not open at the times the reception tells me it's supposed to be open and one time when I went in when it was open, I could not get a coffee because apparently it takes more than half than hour to get the machine working). But the location is very good and you are close to many restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay at Somerset! We had one of the apartments, and no, they are not the newest/most modern. But the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, everything we needed was there, and every morning we had a delicious breakfast! Staff is very professional and friendly. We loved the swimming pool as well. Location is also great! Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Location, cool. Staffs and service, good. Got executive two bedrooms, renovated with more modern design and interior. The apartment itself was quite spacious, very large space for your luggage, nice living room, old-fashioned bathroom, no television in the second room, clean enough in all area. Oh, the elevator, three of them, were old enough, took times to wait, and the sound when the door opened and closed.. i think they should fix it. Overall, did enjoy my stay.

Car parking area so wet by light flood water for wholeday (basement 2) that already happen for saveral months to year Car parking quiet dimly lit and litle bit slum at basement 2 because thetr are like stuff workshop exist there (e.g painting, carpenter, broken furniture stall, etc.) Nice place for longterm stay with more improvement especially at Condo Tower and basement area. Acces card reader at Condo Tower need improve too

Large enough apt unit with spacious rooms inside. Very strategic location. Nice basketball court, nice staffs.

Great location, most apartments are old and not in perfect condition. It is rather loud on the lower floors. No room service but surrounded by many restaurants.

The room is clean, comfy, good place to stay. But the elevator is a lil bit scary because has a weird sound. But overall, love it.

Pet friendly serviced apartment.. Spent few nights here along with my pet.. Strategically located on mega kuningan area.. Shopping malls are located nearby.. Great services.. Nice breakfast.. Will surely revisit..

I stay here for the scond time. Place is cozy. Better choice the new renovated room, because the old one is old (ofc). But their kitchen set is cool, complete cooking utensil, just bring your own ingridients. Good place for gathering with friends. Wifi and free parking available. Location is good, close to mall and convenient store. There is a mini market inside the building (open until 10pm) , it's so convenient. Their pool is under construction.

the location of the property is very convenient, a few minutes walk to shopping centers. The room is ok but the catered breakfast was awful. It's so sad to watch the three boxes meals untouched by my family, it's such a waste of money

The breakfast service is good & staff is also very welcoming during the morning it gives you a positive start. Guntur, taufik & wildan prepare delivious food.
