Very nice hotel and facilities - especially the gym, and the fact that it has a swimming pool, kiddies pool, tennis court, basketball court, and lounge area. Great views from the room, which are very nice - big, much like an apartment. Though, the restaurant food is horrible. Absolutely inedible. The breakfast is OK, but dinner is disgusting. So salty, cheesy, and just overall 🤢 French fries are made from frozen, cheap ones and so cheesy they are inedible. We also got a ceaser salad, tagliatelle dish, and minestrone. The minestrone is basically tomato pasata with some frozen greens and discount macaroni. On the bright side, the service is very kind and nice.

From the warm welcome to the filling breakfast to the generously appointed 1 bedroom home I had during my time in Jakarta, everything was simply perfect and divine. Not to mention the amazing views of Jakarta’s sprawling urban landscapes just outside the window! Truly a memorable stay.

Nice and comfortable place to stay with family, and having the acces to the mall making it even convinient to stay. Room is spacious, breakfast is great too. Located in strategic location to cut down traffic time. Highly recommended if you staying with family and having activities at the city center

Smooth check-in process. Got a free upgrade from 1BR Deluxe to Premier... Suite was spacious, neat, and tidy. Like the personalised welcome message on the hall mirror. Breakfast spread was generous. Direct access to Lotte Mall is very convenient. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

Overall staying experience was great, we had a great time. The adult pool was also sufficient for older kids. The room was great, the staffs were friendly, and the service was great. The food was also good; however, it only lacks varieties. Definitely recommended for in-city staycation for small families. One more thing, access to mall was also convenient

Rooms are large and decently furnished. Cleanliness was good. Overall the rooms are slightly dated but at this price decent. Lobby is small like an apartment complex lobby but staff was courteous. Restaurant staff was very helpful, but food choice were quite limited. In-room massage was reasonably priced, though the staff was pushy and wanted to offer something extra. Beware.

Celebrating my daughter's birthday here for 3 days staycation. She is very happy to see the notes from the staff, and surprise cake. Room was spotless and facilities are exceptional. Staffs was very helpful and communicative. Everything was perfect. Also bring my 11 mo baby to stay here, never thought she is very comfortable, and sleep through the night so easily. Keep up the good services! 👍👍👍

Location was nice, rooms are clean, amenities are excellent! However the breakfast buffet was disappointing for its price. There was a selection of asian and western breakfast but the option wasn’t much (I can’t find potatoes). Eggs were a tad bit dry and biriyani was bland. Cheese option wasn’t great either. But the waffles are great! room service are only available for apartments in the afternoon so it leaves me no choice but to try the buffet.

Was supposed to check in at 2 PM sharp because i had other inquiries to attend to for the day. The room is not ready even by 3.30PM on the day, they told me to wait 5 minutes but it turns into TWO HOURS of waiting, so many excuses were given, none made sense. I asked for a refund but since i already paid in full its not an available option. But all in all the check in is very late at 4PM , i have to reschedule SO many other appointments i had for the day, lost some money too due to losing these appointments. I am very very dissatisfied in the service don’t think i will stay in another ascott chain hotel.

this is my first time staying in service residence, the room very spacious with jakarta city view on the background. the facilities and amenities fulfill my family needs, also the services that the staff(s) give us is beyond expectation! i would like to coming back for my next staycation, thank you Ascott Kuningan Jakarta :)

What i remember from this were fast reponse and hospitality. I came late in the evening and i found minor problem at the room. The staff then offer another room that suite me. To be honest two rooms and facilities inside are not new. But the service of the staff is good. Breakfast : it is good for me. I love their salad, omlete and coffee. Dinner : i ordered steak. It was below my expectation but still acceptable. I think to improve the sauce may help little bit. Security are great and they have good hospitality. Facilities: the gym and swimming pool is quite spacious.

I wish I could give the property a 5-star rating for the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Everyone has been incredibly nice and always did their best to make our stay enjoyable. However, there are certain things about the property which make it impossible to give it more than 3 stars. Everything seems a bit outdated. Which generally isn’t a problem, but it becomes a problem when it appears to be not well maintained which is clearly the case at Ascott Kuningan. Our iron did not work, it took 30 minutes and calling the guest service twice to finally get a new one ( not convenient in the morning when you have to get ready for work) The washing machine did not work, it always displayed an error code. The toaster does not switch off no matter to what time you set it, a potential fire hazard. On one day, we were surprised when we came back to our room at 5pm and it had still been not made up ( the green light for please make up room was on from 11am). Overall, the property and especially the appliances seems to be in lack of maintenance. We’ve stayed here previously and had a similar experience, but wanted to give them one last chance this time. Unfortunately, it is definitely not what you expect from Ascott.

The elevator is a little bit old that gave me a no lifting in that close box for a few mins at around 11PM which scared me alone a lot. The first one on the right hand you approach though the lobby is the one you may not like your kids to use alone. Room itself is very good to me. Other than not handy toilet garbage can and the unsteady shower water on the 29th floor. I will be even more happy to stay in there for the other 4 more nights . On eleven breakfast is the place I can slow down myself with a beautiful swimming pool view and the food. I enjoy lovely smiles from the staffs working in there as a morning refresher especially the one from Anisa. I think that give me a great impression on the service and will bring me back again.

The entrance to the mall through the H&M store on the 1st floor was convenient and hassle-free. It was a delightful experience to have numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at our doorstep. However, it's worth noting that access to the mall was limited to its open hours. One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable spaciousness of the suite. With over 100 square meters of space, the two-bedroom suite felt like a home away from home. The kitchen set was a wonderful addition, as it allowed us to prepare meals and snacks at our convenience. The suite was equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dispenser. Additionally, the wide selection of cooking utensils and complete ceramic dishes catered to our every need. The dining area boasted a large table, perfect for family gatherings and meals. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and dinner together in such a cozy setting. The family room was equally impressive, providing ample space for us to relax, chat, and watch movies together. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly enhanced our overall experience. Considering all the amenities and the sheer size of the suite, it is clear that this hotel is designed with families in mind. The comfortable and spacious accommodations make it an ideal choice for families seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. The prime location, with the mall right next door, ensures easy access to various amenities. The spacious suite, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining area, allows families to feel at home while on vacation. our family is regular here, but this last stay was very disappointing. amnesty is not complete, and if you want to ask for anything it has been and has been served for a long time, it is also not clean, there are hairs on the bathroom wall etc.

Breakfast was superb! The 2nd floor is connected to Lotte shopping avenue. Very handy. Get high floor room to enjoy high rise city view. Rooms was clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful.

One of the best value for staycation with family in Jakarta area. Nice spacious apartment with fully equiped kitchen , great services , facilities ( pool , lounge, Gym, Kid playground ,etc ), strategic location ( connected to the mall ) and friendly staffs. I have been visit this place and stay there for one day with my son in my friend's place. It is really comfortable and clean. All the workers are nice and polite. The swimming pool is very big and so clean. This place have very good kids playground outdoor and outdoor. At the lobby there is a massage couch, so you can relax for few minutes. The buffet in the morning is also perfect, it's fresh and the meals taste really good. If I visit south Jakarta, especially Kuningan I might stay there again. The place has link that direct to the Kuningan mall.

Nice area in this place is swimming pool. So many facilities that Ascott gives to the customer. Strategic area that surrounded with malls. Easy to take public transportation. Not too far to the nearest MRT Station Bendungan Hilir. Just go through the pavement.

I waited 1 day for email response when booking via travel agent.

Nestled in the middle of Jakarta in the Kuningan area, this is a 5 star apartment hotel. They have 1 to 3 rooms unit fully equipped with Kitchen, Washer and Dryer and service area. A good place to have a staycation with your family The employees are also all smiles, very helpful and attentive to our every need. We had an incident where my son toe was cut when he was playing in the pool and they quickly assist us in getting medical care in a clinic next door. Strategically located serviced-apartment in Jakarta. Located adjacent to the DBS Tower and Lotte Shopping Avenue, this place gives the efficiency of the residents inside. I was staying with my family for the new year and it serves really well. The reception is fast in handling black dates, the room is nice and clean, it has washing machine and kitchen as well. They also has public facilities such as pool and gym dedicated only for Ascott residents. Their breakfast is nice located next to the gym and pool. They also has direct access to Lotte Shopping Avenue from HnM and it really saves up the time and hassle when running for errands. A pleasant staying experience indeed.

I was staying for a staycation over the weekend to celebrate a birthday. The room is spacious and clean. This hotel is strategically located and has a private access to Lotte Shopping Avenue, a shopping mall where you can basically find everything for a dine-in and take-away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't need to wait long for the check-in. When we wanted to borrow an iron, they'd bring it to your room in seconds.

Good apartment in central Jakarta, good size and facilities for kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, aqua gallon), coffee and tea amenity, Laundry machine, iron and ironing board as well as bathroom amenity. (Would be good to add bar soap at wash basin, laundry detergent as first amenity). Food could be improve such as presentation for breakfast box, taste and quality of lunch menu.
