Looking at what you get for the price it’s awful! The hotel guarantees clean rooms and bedsheets but now they showed us 5 different rooms and every rooms was really dirty with dust everywhere and blood and other stains on every bed. The staff isn’t really trying to find a solution and the manager was no help at all so I’m probably sleeping on someone’s blood and snot tonight… Little update I spoke to the manager now and he said to me he knows that he guarantees something he can not deliver (:

I took the dorm style room with excellent price. Location is easy to find, parking lot can handle around 5-6 cars. Room atmosphere is good with wonderful bed, amenities is very impressive, bathroom is clean with hot water at the shower. The thing i like is there's some local street food seller around the hotel that taste delicious, a coffe shop just by the side, and close to convenien store. What needs to increased is there's NO moslem praying room, if you want to pray you had to go out to pray at local mushola outside the hotel.

I have no problem with the room actually. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, an okay room with a relatively cheap prize. It's just when I booked a single room for two nights, I checked in at 3am and the receptionist put me in the mixed dormitary. I showed him that I booked a single room, not dormitory. He said that he didn't know, that according to his data I booked a dormitary, and just assign me to rest at dormitary for the first night because single room is full? Idek. He said I can move to the single room after I wake up in the morning. I ended moving at 8am (PS I recalled ordering a smoking room but I got a non smoking room, idk whether they have a smoking room or not but at this point I don't want to move to another room again 😂)

The rooms are clean, bunk bed in dormitory room has a wide space, the staffs really nice :) there's a small parking lot that fits like 6-7 cars. And it's located on the main road, so I can safely say that it's quite safe. For the down side, dormitory room's often occupied by idiotic guests (talking loudly at night, wearing dirty shoes to bathroom, etc) and there's nothing to remind guests about these basic etiquettes (house rules or signs on the wall)

I ask the staff to find me a room in the 1st floor bcs there is no lift, and a friend of mine is carry a luggage. So she gave me a room key, when i open the room i was shocked! Its ALL MESSY as you can see in the pict and it makes me feel that i dont wanna stay here. The staff didnt say sorry at all, and this is my worst experience. I didnt even stay here. I checked out straight away after see this!

I chose the dormitory type rooms, it was quite cozy, actually I probably prefer these bunk beds than pod like bed. There is a big bathroom with 2 showers n 2 toilets and 2 sinks. Upon check in you'll get a towel, a bottle of water n a amenity with toothbrush n shampoo. Also there's a hot water. But, the air con was a bit less cold especially in the sunny afternoon but it'll get colder during the night.

Very clean n comfy. Very adequate air conditioner. Friendly staff. No smoking at all so no smoke smell, which is a huge plus. Toiletries available, including towels. Safe n spacious parking area. Negative: hot water availability fluctuative (although not really needed). Eating utensils not available, gotta borrow from the staff.

Very small rooms. If you keep your suitcase on the floor(there’s no other place to keep it), you can’t even walk around. 2 tiny water bottles provided everyday which get over in a gulp, and they don’t even have a water refill facility, like a filter. AC was terrible in the room, would wake up sweaty each morning. The staff tried to repair it, but couldn’t. Bunk beds are nice for solo travellers, but the rooms aren’t worth it.
