Bad room no windows and air-condition temperature can not be change. Also cockroaches

This Hotel is bad. Superior Rooms have NO Windows. None of them. Imagine this…Complaining at the Reception Clerk says, I need to upgrade. Well, as this hotel is already so much run down, this is not worth it. Asking for the manager instead helps - what a miracle... Now I got Business Superior - it’s is almost the same old smelly room but with window. If you ask me, you better tear this place down or sell it to Marriott for Renovation. I would not go there again.

The venue is great; plenty of parking lots, strategic location, various food trucks around. It was the event organizer who failed.

I rated this hotel with 5 stars happily. Even though it's an "old" hotel building, but they know how to taking care of themself. Well maintained building and rooms. Young staffs with many experience I believe. I'd recommend this hotel if you have plans to stay in central jakarta

We stayed for 2 nights there. Check in was hassle free. Its a nice hotel with good & clean rooms & comfortable bed. Free buffet breakfast. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Clean room, located right beside the mall, super market and currency changers. It is a value for money stay.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We were greeted all the time & the staff were always willing to respond to all reasonable requests promptly. The staff is your hotel's best feature. The breakfast spread was too minimal. Your strict check-out policy would need to be reviewed; we asked for 1pm check-out but was repeatedly denied. We were given only half an hour grace. There was no complimentary drinking/mineral water in the room.

The lobby look nice, but they didn't serve guests with welcome drink. I visited for survey only, I didn't stay there. For room showing overall room look well maintained. Decoration for the lobby, aisles and room dominated with Thailand classic style. I found out all elephants decorations.

Went to the grand lucky actually, the department store was complete. I mean they sell some import product..

it's a shame it's so quiet at Paragon now. There is a Grand Lucky supermarket, Ace Hardware, Cinema XXI and restaurants but there are hardly anyone coming in. They really NEED to refurbish the elevators. It's super slow, makes funny noises. It is so scary riding in those. otherwise 5 stars

This place is okay. They have ace hardware supermarket, and restaurants. But too bad most of the shops are closed. If the shops are open this place will be awesome. The cinema xxi is very nice and clean. It's like you are going to a diiferent place, lol. They have children arcade at the basement floor. The price is cheap but not updated

Exeptional place. A bit old and dirty here and there but still very luxurious. Service is a bit, ugh. My experience was getting to add additional 100k per head for wanting breakfast and the foods are not worth it. Many many rooms for imorovements.

hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions that I had, and they were very knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel also had a nice pool area, which was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.

First time stay and attended a 3 days event at Grand Paragon Hotel. The ballroom is sizeable and beautifully decorated in fiery red carpet and the hotel has good cafe and restaurants serving nice food and coffee. Overall is a good satisfaction.

Old hotel. My sister got wrong room for her booking and my other family member have similar problems. Slow check in (almost 4pm) Suitable for family events like wedding or corporate gathering but not for holidays or staycation. All 4 restaurants in the mall besides are not good at all. We wait for half an hour just for small pizza and fries platter at the excelso. Only supermarket and kid playground save us from boring situation.

The staffs are humble and provides good service. They always greet you when you pass by them. They have a good karaoke system.

Location very strategies...in the middle of Jakarta and beside mall. Service is outstanding but rooms need upgrade especially on the mattress

Went to this place just to watch cinema. It has XXI which always is crowed with soo many people since the ticket is cheaper than other place and a better environment than the closest one. The parking area is clear. Still, this place has little number of tenants. But its location is so strategic close to transjakarta busway shelter.

Third floor cinema area look clean and good to visit

Always come here to watch movie. They only have Grand Lucky and Ace Hardware. Others just restaurants. Not so much to see. But the theater is good and quite cheap

Actually...it's an entertainment hotel. Very nice with the karaoke facilicities. Everything in this hotel is okay...but the parking area...need to be more get attention from the management.
