This is the third time that we chose this hotel for our staycation since 2018. Normally, we would rate this place outstanding in terms of hospitality and facilities. But this time my family and I were surprised that this place has turned into a disappointment. The security officers were overwhelmed in the front lobby parking area. Several arriving guests had to wait for 15-30 minutes before they could park their vehicles due to the shortage of parking space. Basement parking is available but the guests have to check-in or upgrade their guests' cards before they could enter the basement parking. So much for efficiency. The room is great - but not properly cleaned and sanitized. the floor was clean but sticky when we checked-in and there was an unpleasant smell coming out from the master bathroom. We checked, and the smell came out of the drainage sinks under the bathtub and shower area. oh, and the shower drain was clogged too. The remote tv was not working. I guess it ran out of battery. The electric stove in the kitchen was malfunctioning so we could not cook our meal. We called the front-desk and they replaced the stove in no-time. Thumbs-up for this one. The swimming pool is always booked since we arrived. I know that this is Covid-19 protocol that this place must follow, but, we were neither given any advance notice that this swimming pool's capacity is limited to 10 guests, nor any suggestion that we could book the swimming pool in advance for this matter. As a result, our children could only swim for less than 1-hour throughout our stay; and the next available slot is 1-hour after check-out time. what a joke. A very nice place to stay with family. Located at the center of Jakarta. Easy to reach by public transportation, i.e. LRT and Busway. A lot of parking space. Spacious rooms. Warm and friendly staff who are ready to help you.

A hotel that is generally considered reasonable in terms of quality and price but unfortunately is not very welcoming to motorbike guests. The security guards don't immediately assist when motorbike guests approach, they tend to be rather brusque, I felt like I wasn't being treated as the guest they were expecting. Moreover, motorcycle parking is located at the far end of the hotel premises, quite a distance from the lobby, with no dedicated pedestrian path to reach the lobby. This is unlike guests with cars, who are promptly warmly greeted by security guards and assisted in finding parking. What's even more absurd is that motorcycle guests are subjected to a reinspection of their luggage/bags when leaving the hotel. This doesn't happen when I stay by driving a car. The hotel's standard operating procedure treats motorbike guests as if they have the potential to steal from the hotel. I've stayed at numerous 5-star hotels with a motorcycle, and this is the first time I've experienced this additional security check when leaving the hotel, which I think it is categorized as discriminatory. The hotel should treating all hotel guests equally, whether they arrive by motorcycle, on foot, or in a car. Motorbike guests also pay the same price as car guests. Discriminating against motorbike guests is ridiculous.

The worst hotel ever. When you enter the gate, you can't find anyone to receive you, and the room service is slow and bad. They made me download the bags down, and the breakfast service is bad. There is no one to help you, and the food is limited. Otherwise, they ask for a room insurance? Note that I took a room in the Kempinski Hotel and they did not ask for any amount of insurance

A perfect place in the center of Jakarta to staycation with family, was booked executive room for one night only, the room was so spacious, separate bed room, living room, dining room, the kitchen equipment was so many, from induction stove, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, cutlery, chopping board, and it has 2 big smart TV in the bedroom and living room, really love the bathroom, complete with walk in closet, a tub and shower, the bathroom amenities was perfect, love the aroma of bath soap and shampoo. I tried fried rice for room service, taste great, the hotel facilities very complete, on the second floor they have jacuzzi, sauna, kids playroom, gym, on the first floor they have swimming pool, jogging track and a outdoor playground. The location just near the Setiabudi One, so you can have a lot of places to hang out.

Excellent choice! I stayed for 3 months, and everything was great. Very comfortable rooms, clean, excellent service, breakfast buffet so good! Very secure place, and the best is the service provided by the staff 👏 I am very grateful for the great time I spent.

An excellent getaway for our family. Rooms are huge and had what we needed. The staff are helpful & friendly. And even though there was maintenance happening, it didn't hinder at all. Highly recommend!

We had lunch there then did some room and accomodation survey. The place is clean, the staff is so helpful and kind. Really like to stay here with family.

Went here on lebaran holidays and it was such a great experience. Facilities: A lot of facilities were offered like sauna, steam room, gym, swimming pool. But sadly the cold pool was under maintenance so didnt have the chance to try it yet. Room: The room was big, the interior is nice, there were washing machine n dryer as well. Suitable for family with children. For the 1 bedroom there’s no water dispenser though. For the 2BR they provide water dispenser but we still have to pay extra for the water gallon. Service: the receptionist was nice and helpful. But the housekeeping could be better, there were a HK staff that quite rude in my opinion (when we told them to postpone to clean the room). Overall we had a pleasant experience here and we’d like to come back.

Good choice for stay during business trip. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast. The jogging track, swimming pool and gym are nice. Strategic location, near a hospital, shopping mall and bus stop. Easy to find a taxi. Had corporate event several times at this hotel, and all of those events are doing great.

Good place to have a staycation. Have playgrounds for the kids, spacious room, and big swimming pool. Homey!

A good service apartment in Jakarta. The facilities are complete and the service is as 4-stars hotel standard. Room and Bathrooms are clean and very spacious. The 2 bedrooms apartment is very good choice if you go with family/friends. The kitchen is also complete with cooking and dining utensils. One thing that might be improved is the parking and entrance procedure for those who drive and want to check in. The security was not helpful and tend to be rude when I wanted to check in and tried to park my car in parking lot in front of the lobby. They kept saying that I could not park my car there and need to go to basement. But to go to the basement, I need to check in to get the access card. So, how I could get the access card if I could not leave/park my car in the parking lot in front of lobby to check in? After check in, I have to go out again to the street, and re-entry from the main entrance to get access to the basement parking lot. The security there was also unfriendly and harshly asking where I want to go. He just went soft when I said I am staying there. The parking lot for Fraser Place is in the basement and joined with their apartment. The assigned area for guests is quite far and fuzzy. They also close the entrance door to the lift at 10pm. So beware that if you park in Basement 2, after 10pm you will need to have a very long way to the lobby area. The receptionist was also not accomodating my complaint regarding this well. Perhaps, it is just a common issue that most guests complain about. It was such unpleasant entry and check in experience for me, considering the standard that the place should give. Yet, the place and facilities themselves are good.

A very nice place to stay in. Tidy and clean room, good and complete facility, very welcome staff, near to restaurant and mall, just one step away to go to setiabudi one. Will be back for another night.

I'm a long-stay guest and so thankful for the friendly and supportive staffs, especially Mas Asep, who is a supervisor of housekeepers. He can take care of me and arrange everything! Reception and restaurant staffs are also very nice to me. So far I'm satisfied with their services eoxcept internet issues.

everything were perfect, big , clean , spacious room. equipped with cutlery and cooking utilities. washing machine and dryer . all good except the housekeeping service were bad. call for hair dryer and iron board waited for 20mins. called for detergent , waiting for 30mins . i doubt if they are carrying from Bandung city or what......unacceptable turtle housekeeping. the rest were perfect.

One of the best you can get for an apartment around Setiabudi Kuningan. The service and security are good. The unit is relatively new. The pool is awesome. The breakfast is nice but basic. If you need a quite place in the heart of Jakarta, this is one of the choices.

The experience of staying in Jakarta is comfortable, quiet and close to all daily amenities. The rooms are very spacious, you don't need laundry if you are used to washing yourself, you can wash and provide detergent and dry clothes. Plates, bowls, glasses and everything is there. The internet network is very good, what needs to be improved maybe the TV is replaced with a smart tv

I stayed in a 2-bedrooms apartment at Sky Tower, one of the residential apartments at the same ground as the Fraser Place. I like the apartment that I was staying for 6 days: clean, practical but has everything we need to live like in a regular residency. The location is very strategic and behind Setiabudi One compound. It has good playgrounds, outdoors and indoors for children. Definitely I will be staying here again next time.

Been here over 4 years and never disapoint until this time. Service is slow respond and neglect. Full of defect in my room. No towel in my room. I think this is my last time here

Great acomodation with a full furnished facilities, a complete kitchen set and dining, washing machine, microwave, ironing and board etc. Spacious and clean room, good for short or long stay. Great pool and jogging area. Food are great in quality and variation. Have a great meeting and stay.👍👍

non smoking at premier level 12. The parking lot is used by others, you have to wait the security to assist. Room key card is expiring before checkout. Dont expect 5 stars hotel experience.

Strategic location and great service, staff are at the top in their class. Last time I've been here years back, ordering food online is a bit of a hassle since we're called to pick it up ourselves at the lobby but this time we're given the option to have them bring it up to our room, that's a small but nice change from before.
