Location is good. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Had problem with air conditioning in the room and I reported it around 11pm but they sent someone to check immediately. Then changed my room so nothing to complain about. Service is more important. I recommend the hotel to all.

A medium size hotel located in Sabang area, Central Jakarta. The hotel is neat and the staff are nice and helpful. It has a medium size meeting room in the ground floor, located behind the reception desk. Transport to this place is easy. You can hail taxi which is easily available in Jakarta; Trans-Jakarta city bus, or using motorcycle taxi, such as Indonesia's original Go-Jek ride hailing service or other platform.

Worse experience. Can't rest from morning up to 5pm due to construction in progress at Level 2, from 3/11 - 4/11. Limited TV programs. Lights not working. Long list but this is what happened to me. 👎 Big time

Staying just 1 night just to relax and enjoy hotel breakfast. Check in : Arrive at 3pm, quite fast process. Need Rp. 200.000 deposit either cash or credit card. Front office staff not very friendly, maybe looking at my simple attire (T-shirt, back pack & sweatpants) Room : Clean as expected for 4 star hotel, amenities (Shower gel, Shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap) very basic amenities. Hair dryer working well. TV not many choices of programs and lagging constantly, even when we try to connect our device to TV keep buffering. Shower room need a little TLC, between tiles wall are black with moss. Breakfast : Quite variety but not much like : Egg corner, Stall, Bubur, Coffee & Tea (in a pot), 1 Juice, Slice Fruit, Salad (Lettuce, Carrot, Tomato & dressing), Bread & Pasty, Pudding, Cereal, Jamu, Main buffet with Indonesian & western choices. Again FB staff not very friendly, maybe they're tired or something but they don't have hospitality passion. Check out : They remind us at 10am about check out time which is normal, the front office staff (male) at least attempt to smile. Overall the hotel was nice, facility was okay we were gonna try the 24 hour lounge at 1st floor but then at 8pm its dark already, pool was small but have a good view. They need to work on their hospitality attitude, hotel staff usually friendly with all smile and greetings. But maybe they have many government meetings and we don't look expensive enough.

Fantastic experience staying in The Akmani Hotel Jakarta. Brilliant service. The staff were attentive and friendly. Staff throughout the hotel were kind and always greeted us. Truly stunning surroundings. Superb!!!!

Rooms were alright, the massage in the hotel is horrible. It was quite expensive, the masseur was just slightly pressing, very distracted and frequently stopped to use her phone. for a 1 hour massage, they started at least 10 mins late, and ended 10 mins early. They were also very rushed and generally unprofessional, and rushed me to pay up at the counter that i felt unnecessary. It was very un-relaxing and one of the worst massage experiences ive had. Note: This is a late review, from my stay from 12 to 17 August.

Perfect place for lunch or dinner . As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting, All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of hand made food. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. My personal favorite is Handmade pizza served fresh with generous toppings and cheese! Serve with best quality ingredients. Try the Indonesian Nasi goreng the balance taste of Indonesian comfort food. Deserts that followed were equally perfect, we order opera cake. Satisfactory service and the food is wonderful. Definitely be going back to this wonderful place 91st Street at Akmani Hotel Jakarta. Great for couples or a big group. End the day with staycaytion in this hotel. .

Very welcoming staff, ambience is nice. Room is super comfortable, bed is comfy, toilet is clean. Location wise, very strategic, nearby convenient store, local street food, Sabang street.

You'll get a free breakfast They also have swimming pool.. Price: arround 800k I booked the Hotel just one hour before I checked in..

very disappointing. they don't immediately return the deposit when you check out. You will be asked for a deposit of 200k IDR per room, and I booked 2 rooms for 400k IDR with a credit card. but when you check out they don't immediately return your deposit, the reason is 7 working days and this is not unusual wherever I have stayed. So be careful if you decide to stay at this place

Nice hotel for staycation,the front staff really polite and helpful because I booked a wrong date and she allow me to have instant rebooked by call to traveloka because she said there's another guess who also choose a wrong date by accident when the book in traveloka. The room is quite big and comfy bed,good bathroom,and television have some chanel option. the location is very near with Sabang night culinary spot. you can just walking there. will come back again later and will recommend the hotel to my friends.

If you want to staycation in the middle of the city, Akmani Hotel is worth to try! They have comfy rooms, good service, and the location is near Sabang street. You can try food street and have culinary there. Nasi goreng and sate taichan was so delicious 😋

Great hotels near sarinah you can walk to. The rooms is very good, it's clean and comfy. But the card for door's need tobe more responsive, once it takes 10 min to open the door

spent last weekend in this cozy hotel. our room was a deluxe twin--which surprised me bc as far as I remember I reserved a double one--in 6th floor with 4-star amenities (despite the absence of tub) and the city view. all staff was friendly and very much helpful even when we asked for water in the middle of the night. however the breakfast buffet wasn't the one we expected, but still the range of menu was decent. we will definitely consider to stay in Akmani again another time and recommend it to friends and relatives.

Really enjoyed my stay here, very nice hotel, super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom has very nice hot water as well. The pool is small and incredibly cold, it fits 2 people swimming max. The location is super, at the heart of the city and you can practically walk around to find food or just look around.
