the Apartement is Cozy and Comfort, the full furnished room feels lux and relaxing. living room with a big screen tv, dining table, separate full kitchen with full tools for cooking, refrigerator, working stove and oven. the bathroom is quite big, and a working washing machine included. my favorite is the study / work room that have a good view outside. service is nice and the crew is friendly and profesional. other facilities as pool area, gym, and restaurant located at 3rd floor, all were quite nice. a minimart / groceries at groundfloor really helps when u need anything. overall staying there were a quite nice experience 👍🏻

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel! Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for 2 nights and everything was just perfect! Large rooms, beautiful views, clean rooms, working air conditioner, very nice kitchen that has everything we need, tasty breakfast, amazing swimming pool with breath-taking view of sky scrappers, and very friendly and welcoming staff! I have stayed in several hotels in mega kuningan area but Oakwood really impressed me with their hospitality! Great smiles and attitude! Good job! Definitely will come back for another vacation! Got an opportunity to stay in this hotel 😀 Overall it's good The room're clean Service are not bad either Until we left something behind 😟 I don't understand how the system works, but it gives the impression that they're using a third party I mean usually if you ever need something you'll ask the receptionist right ? But at that time, they were like passing the phone (i dont know what's the correct phrase), oh please call the cleaning department yourself and keep asking when and what time it will be picked up, so we also thought of course the items had already been prepared at the reception, but it turned out they were just looking for the items after we arrived. Why are you rushing us when you yourself are not ready. Where we live is also not near there

I really love this place,.. the room is so cozy and wider than common apartment, close to some food center, and just accross bellagio mall. Staying isn't feel like you are in jakarta, except the noise from the pub beside is annoying. Overall this place is perfect, will be back again soon

I really love the view and the services this hotel provides. It is really a gold class 5 stars hotel experience. Even the breakfast are nice. The have long durations for breakfast so you don’t have to rush. If I ever come to Jakarta again, this hotel is my go to accommodation. Really recommended!

Been live there for a year, such a nice place EXCEPT some gate securities who always impolitely asking what business I had in coming to the apartment, whereas they never asked foreigners the same thing. It's like they doubt me to live there, as if they discriminate between people who come by online ojek when got home from work with people who came by car or taxi. Contrast to the security at the apartment lobby who is always friendly greeting everyone.

one of luxury serviced apartment in Jakarta. the location is in the center of Mega Kuningan neighborhood where convenient to get anywhere. been stayed at 2 bed rooms apartment and quite satisfied. the room equiped with fully kitchen equipment, ironing board and washing machine. the staffs are friendly and helpful. had ordered food from room service, they served a very nice foods with fast service. the public facilities also all clean and well organized. thank you.

I was visiting this place to attend the event so I cannot comment about the room. However, the facilities is good, they provide snacks and lunch menu with local taste. It also located strategically in the heart of Mega Kuningan. Some food stall and coffee shop also there around the facilities so you will have plenty of options

The small kitchen backed by the Ranch Market downstairs and a great selection of in room dining plus my own clothes washing machine makes extended visits to Jakarta very pleasant and affordable. The staff are awesome. I feel more like I'm visiting friends than staying at a hotel.

Amazing Experience! super well located, all the employees were incredibly helpful, nice and professional. the hotel itself is really nice and well maintained. I would suggest a little refurbishment of the bathroom, but nothing too serious, only to maintain the high standard. The last day of our trip my daughter was sick and threw up in the room in the middle of the night, they offered us a new room. This is the kind of service that is highly appreciated. Very convenient location for a family staycation. Just go to the ground level you can find Ranch Market, Starbucks, Restaurants, ATM, etc. Spacious swimming pools available for children and adults. Gym is on the 47th floor, equipments are okay, very clean. Health protocols are very stictly applied especially during breakfast 👍👍👍👍 Staffs are friendly and very helpful.

If you are looking for a quiet place to work or to meet.. then you should come here.. their finger food is great.. their juices are so fresh.. and their also practicing social distacing + health protocol very strictly..

Great place to stay, just one observation regarding the parking. Last time I went without driver, managed to park on the Oakwood garage. Complicated access and instructions to go up and down. When I checked out had to take the car out of the building to the main road, my wife had to wait about 10 minutes on the lobby. There is a second access they are not using that could improve the service. Now I don’t park there anymore. Use the Bellagio Mall parking and walk to Oakwood.

Nice place but some ceiling at resindencial ares dripping AC water and slow response and repeatedly happen. Escalator at Commercial occasionally not work :(

Was fine with Oakwood. The location close to everywhere I like, Starbucks, mini market, Noble house, Loewy. The property bit old but still nice, clean, and comfy. I like that style anyway. The bed is ultra huge, so good lol. We had a problem during our stay because the laundry machine was faulty, and the staff replaced it right away! Incredible! They were extremely helpful and quick, and they extended our check-out time until 3 pm, YASSS!

Stay there 9 days for business trip to Jakarta, thought that it quite suit for business trip; location is good (mega kuningan), and there are malls and restaurants just next to it. However, I got shocked just a day before I left... I was looking for my card between gaps in sofa(couch) and under the coushions of it, I found a vinyl wrap of condom written durex. I was so unpleasant that I stayed with it for 9 days, even though there was cleaning service every day. :( ruined my trip on the last day.

Large rooms, good location, well groomed friendly staff , have options of smoking rooms. Restaurant was closed due to pandemic ,so they served breakfast in the rooms - had limited but not a bad choice of continental, American or local dish. Rooms are well equipped with basic things, washing machine, large refrigerator, bug screen TV in main room and TV in bedroom with many international channels. Room rates are reasonable compared to other similar properties and considering the location right at the heart of Kuningan area. Will definitely stay here again during next visit.

Everything was great.3 br apartment is spacious, all staffs are friendly, breakfast not too many but enough n delicious. My mom left her blazer but the receptionist n housekeeping took good care of it until we took it back.Really enjoy our moment there.Thank you very much.

All amenities remind sanitary and health protocols kit provided even after mid April when most of pandemic rules in Indonesia got relaxed. Their facility should be a standard for a decent condotel at least in Jakarta. Room is bright in daytime with large windows. Yet lighting was rather dimmed even when I tried turning on all lamps. A kind of style that doesn't fit me. Sahoor in-room set was convenient sent around 9:30pm without cut back on taste. Thanks to room's microwave. I didn't expect with their fast check-in and check-out process. Pleasant when I have tight schedule then I could spend that sparetime for ordering Subways in between. Haha. My first time with Oakwood

Having stayed a few times already in that Oakwood, I was shocked that my Borther was sent an WA to inform him that he was Blacklisted from that property for not answering a WA the previous day. What kind of a professional are you Krista. After check out you send WA to inform that some blood stains was found on the bed, first of all no photo or any form of proof of your claim. Then next day you black list your guest, a regular guest on the top of it in Oakwood Our family has managed hotels accross Indonesia for 40 years, never seen anything like that. If you knew how to do your job, you would have attached Photo of the stains and report from HK. Then asked for cost of cleaning, then we could have processed the payment, if we could have opened the bank info attachment (not able to Open it). In all cases, from an hospitality business point of view, you could have just said that if no payment is made we will have to request the outstanding to be settled upon your next check in, and apologize for the inconvenience. I believe that like any other hotel business Pt Intermustika Mutiara has had a difficult 2 years with the Covid restrictions and I dont believe, they will appreciate guests been black listed left and right for not answering GRO WA fast enough.... Review your SOP and Guest Services Standards before you take decisions like that next ....

The place is clean, convenient and comfortable and the service is excellent, but it seems that some of the furniture inside has become old and needs modern screens of large size and needs to be changed such as the TV screen, the theater player and the carpet inside the rooms
