First experience inbthat Artotel. It's an old colonial house, beautiful, with 17 rooms. Service is excellent, very close to block M. Price is reasonable too. The staff who take care of the restaurant is friendly, and their coffee is great. We'll come back.

It's definetly great place to live. Clean&Comportable room, good food, nice staffs. And you can find some of good restaurants around here include Sanayan city/plaza. I've stayed here 2months, ofc I will choose it again if I come to Jakarta. only one cons is noise from motorcycles on the road.

Stayed 3rd Sept 2023. Staff were friendly. I find it safe as main gate was locked at night but opened by guard when needed. They remember your face - not surprised as hotel has few rooms. Guests are mixed of locals and foreigners. Room is huge! Bed is legit and the pillows are comfy! The towels are fluffy too. Hot water works well. Oddity is that room does not come with fridge. It comes with good coffee machine however. Bottled water is also small and in glass format. WiFi is strong. Smoking at balcony. ONE BAD THING - LOUD NOISES along the roads on weekend. And I was unfortunate to get the first room that was closest to the main road 🥴🥴🥴 Other than that no issues and very happy here. Likely to stay again in near future.

I had a fine time at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained and clean gym and pool. The only drawback was that the shower had low water pressure and the water temperature was hard to control. However, this was a minor issue and did not spoil my overall experience.

A rich mansion converted into a small hotel. Cozy place, very good for the price. A few problems with internet and facilities (showers with no pressure, broken AC) but staff was otherwise cooperative. Simple breakfast with 4 menu choices, but can be directly sent to your room. For the price and location, I recommend the hotel.

Had the best stay in Artotel Casa Hang Tuah this weekend. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Room is spacious, clean, and bed is super comfortable. My only take is that the AC is not very cold at night. However, overall it is truly a home away from home. And when the the staffs remember and call you by name, WOW 😭 Thank you Artotel Casa Hang Tuah, I will definitely be back soon.

Strategic location with a great Italian restaurant across the road which you’ll get 15% discount - wish the receptionist told this offer when I checked, but at least I got my second day meal across the road with discount. Nice cosy property that feels like home. Love the balcony in room, and very spacious room. A bit noisy for light sleeper as it is on a busy road for Saturday and Sunday night. Breakfast is not quite to my liking, but nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and extended another night. I will definitely stay here again when I have events in the area. The service by the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful all the way. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for good value and good location property.

The room design is artistic as the name of the hotel. The staffs service was incredible. The front office staff, Adel was so knowledge. She knows what she is doing and has a great communication skills. In addition, the other staffs, Adi and Indra worth to mention as they also showing seamless service in helping me during the stay. While staying, I happened to meet the hotel manager, Vincent. His kind intentions in welcoming me will definitely bring me back to stay in his hotel.

Not worth the price, location is nice. Wifi is super slow, TV only works with internet which the wifi is slow so its useless. Telephone is not functioning, swiming pool is under maintenace as well. Not recommended

already had a succesful booking on Agoda. when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that there was no room available. I had to find another hotel afterwards. such a waste of time that the booking system were not well maintained

Room was clean and well kept. However, the facilities feel a tad outdated. There was a problem on the cable TV when I checked in, the shower can't be adjusted to a good warm temperature, hair dryer has to be requested. Good thing was the service was friendly and quick. To note: swimming pool was small and under treatment when we were there (July 2022). Breakfast is not buffet but served in a box. The location is very strategic and easily reached.

All the staffs were cooperated even the security helped me. The room was good with much facilities, the ambience, tidy, clean, and at the lower ground was good seeing outside. Recommend for staycation a day or two. But feel free to take more than that.
