Rooms don't have windows and leave a nasty odor in the room. Hot water is not always working and the bathroom was not clean. I was not happy with this place at all. Although staff is very friendly and helpful. πŸ‘Œ

It depends what you come here for. It is really a BUDGET hotel, do i stressed the "budget" well enough ? Because if you're lookong for a place to sleep and spent a lot of time exploring city, you're doin fine. It IS cheap. The cheapest when i book here (in whole Jakarta) via online. But if you points at a lot of details, such as cleanliness, the shower, warm water, quality of bed and bedsheets, you'd better book somewhere else. You will have : - 2 minerals water (free) - snacks on arrival (free) - amenities : soap, shampoo, and towel - tv with lots of movies (cable) But for disadvantages : - a not too clean bed - bathroom's quite stinks, odor and sound from above or below can be heard and smelled. - no soundprofing (obvious), because this hotel is a "syariah", so if you're not a married couple, you can not stay together. And the effect is i feel the hotel's quite quiet after 7pm. Conclusion, if you like a place to stay and can tolerate the minus, you can give 5 star.

Not bad, but small, average price low level.

A low budget hotel and unfortunately the room is awful. There is no ventilation. The smell is really bad. Room size is way too small where you need to climb steep stairs to get to the bed. While the bathroom is right below the bed. Walls are not soundproof

Should be named as "capsule room" instead of family room, the bed located above the bathroom, okay for short time transit but not for extended stay, cheapest in town with overall experience in par with price offered

Just checked in. One blanket in the room (haven't tried asking for an extra yet). Small room, steep stairs to reach the bed. There are complementary snacks and bottled water. Probably would be too hot without using the air conditioning. Overall pretty decent for the price if you're just here to sleep. Also free WiFi, haven't tested how good it is yet though. One complaint is that you need to call the receptionist (by phone, no doorbell) to get in since there's a pin code to enter, wouldn't be too great if you don't have someone who can speak Bahasa. Update: Tried the WiFi, it's very fast (and it surprisingly works). I should give credit where it dues. It'll be good if you're travelling for business and requires internet connection (but don't mind climbing steep stairs and has no space except for your wide bed). Bathroom is questionable, at least the basic necessity for it is enough I'd say. The hot water might get turned off at night, but it's available before midnight approximately. Pretty much, I think I'm pretty satisfied and might come back again. Not recommended for people with leg pains or disability to climb scarily steep stairs.

THE WORST PLACE EVER! It was really dirty and smells really really bad! So dusty and the bathroom shower head is rusted and the water is all yellowy. The bed had stains and some insects crawling on it. I get that its a budget hotel but this is way below the standard for a budget hotel. The mounted TV looked like its about to fall.
