Came here for a night as stay over before flying on into Sumatra and looked to be close to airport with free shuttle. Booking was easy on Booking.com and used messages to organise pick up. Actually the sign put up at arrivals was really small and so I had to call the hotel. Also took a long time for the shuttle to arrive, so waited 30 mins plus to get picked up. Then travel to hotel took a long time as off main road on a very lumpy side road with lots of traffic - overall about an hour to get to hotel from getting to arrivals Hotel itself is very nice and clean and modern. Lovely rooms and facilities. Nothing nearby so ate in restaurant which had lots of choice and most main dishes were 70-120K Rupiah, but portions were small and not very inspiring so total cost was 250K rupiah for 2 mains and 2 beers - quite expensive for what you get. In the morning breakfast was great but despite asking twice my large luggage (surfboard) was not brought down to reception so I had to do it myself. So variable service levels!

Real nice. Great room. Felt amazing to shower with hot water and soap after so long without. Also nice to have cold A/C and toilet paper. Nice gym. Breakfast was pretty good, too. The restaurant was a decent spot to get some work done in the morning. Would stay here again.

Extremely comfortable hotel near to the airport in Jakarta. However don't let the distance fool you - due to the intricacies of Jakarta traffic as well as a lot of nearby construction, plan on at least 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport and visa versa. On-site restaurants are very classy and there are plenty of other amenities such as an on-site karaoke room. Price is very reasonable by any standard for the quality you get. Good English spoken, cash and credit cards accepted. The only downside is that as of 2022 it's surrounded by a fair amount of construction and the ride to get to the hotel is *very* bumpy. This shouldn't last forever though and when it's done the place will be that much nicer! Highly recommended.

So disappointed we booked this place for our last night after 5 months of wonderful travelling! We decided to pay a lot more than we had been for our final night as a little luxury to ourselves. But this place was on of the worst places we’ve stayed. The facilities are incredible and the rooms of beautiful but it took us over half an hour to check in and that was without queuing! They told us we had to pay a 300,000 deposit but that it could only be done via cash or credit card. We asked if we could use debit but they said it would charge us 5% which we wouldn’t get back and they would refund us the deposit via rupiah. We were leaving the next morning early & had no use for rupiah. This was an unexpected expense & hassle we weren’t told when booking. We thought we had a nice breakfast included but they said we had to leave 3hrs before our flight meaning they would only give us rice or an egg sandwich. We were told we couldn’t enter the fitness centre without a mask so had to walk back to our room which was quite far to then go in and see no one had masks. We paid for a double non smoking room but we’re given a smoking room so the place stank! So so disappointed after the long journey that we paid so much for so little customer care and a stupid amount of hassle. There is no need for a check in to take so long.

❌ I had an annoying problem when I arrived here with my husband: we thought our suitcase (cargo package) is lost in this hotel. It stressed me a lot to find out who the heck received and no ones know the receiver. Weird. Whatsapp or Call, no ones know. But problem is solved when I met one of the old security that came to me in post 7, he knew the receiver then helped me to find our suitcase, thanks to him a lot. So the fatal problem is: the security might still new and less communication between the management and the security team. You guys must improve the communication between all team, especially to the security even NEW member. ❌ Foods are not great, so so. Especially the breakfast one. I'd rather order by Grab/Gojek. ❌ Not everyone can speak fluent English, while I have to explain a lot to my husband. ❌ Bad location in industrial area in Tangerang, bad roads if you are not passing thru the highway, nothing to see around. ❌ Deposit is around CAD50, too many additional service cost for cafe or restaurant, why not added in the price all over? 10% jeez. ❌ This hotel isn't budget-friendly, so better you take this hotel if you really want to have full of relax day before big travel, so you dont need to get out around polluted city of Jakarta. ❌ I had quite a culture shock when I arrived here on the first day when we checked the karaoke area. They offered for packages included 2 LC. Big NO for conservative couple/family. Dont go there if you dont wanna get drunk with stranger girls. Protect your partner, give 'bombastic side eye' to flirty girls in the hotel. ✅ Great spa service I've ever had. Worth the money for CAD50 (body scrub + milk bath). Definitely got many kind of welcome drink. ✅ Great pool service (locker, shower, amenities, towel, sandals, sauna/steam, jacuzzi) ✅ Great gym, many kind choices. Even can rent some stuff. My husband loves it. ✅ Room is great. Full amenities, clean, big space, tv, table, big mirror, big windows, soundproof. ✅ Orbis tower: Kids-friendly, wheelchair-friendly, family-friendly, couple-friendly. Love the lobby so much, looks so aesthetic. ✅ I guess most of staffs have improved their services that they become more polite, friendly and helpful. ✅ Great lounge sky bar. Lovely sunset, can see the planes, lovely place to chill. ✅ Everything is here: spa, salon, pool, sauna, gym, stores, bar, karaoke. Awesome. Thanks a lot to my husband that brought me here to spent our last honeymoon days. Love him and love this hotel. (Adding the photos later)

Lovely place with great rooms and even better services. The only gym I have seen in Indonesia worth going to, great pool/sauna/steam room/COLD pool for dipping after a sauna/steam room session. My wife llreally enjoyed the spa. The rooftop restaurant has decent food and Shisha. The free breakfast at the hotel main-level restaurant had absolutely everything one could want to eat. Incredibly friendly staff, happy faces all around, and a easy GRAB pickup location that the staff can show you. I am definitely coming back as I pass through Jakarta next time. I don't understand the negative reviews, it was definitely not my experience.

The worst. I thought it would be nice to stay out of the airport for the night. Wrong. Took an hour and a half from picking up my bag to getting checked into my room. Wait for the shuttle, 15 mins drive, wait for check in, check in and toilet is broken, change rooms. Need a shuttle at 6:30am. Not possible, only 6 or 7am. For only in the end about 6 hours sleep.. so, not worth it. Just stay at the airport. And if you do have longer, then go into town.

Helpful!! We stayed here for one night waiting for our flight to Bali. When we arrived at the resort we noticed that I had lost my passport at the airport. The staff quickly got us a ride back to the airport and provided us with more staff to search for the passport which we found. At the hotel we used the wellness area which has everything you need. In the morning we had early breakfast which was very good.

The hotel is fine, but we had to pay a night AND easily check in for staying from 10am to 8pm. Quite disappointing the extra charge given that we were staying literally 10h in the hotel. We tried explaining it in the front desk but they insisted on making us pay the extra charge, which almost doubled the price. And our room was already available at the time we arrived.

Rooms are spacious, we were well welcomed by employees. There are many good facilities : pool, bath hot and cold, sauna, games room. The restaurant is good as well. They provided pickup services included from and to the airport (it is not easy to find the meeting point so the best thing to do is to connect the phone at the airport free wifi and call them directly by WhatsApp they answer directly quickly). Also it could be better if we could get a good light in the bathroom, because it's too dark. It was a pleasure to stay there, we recommend the place. Price : 54 euros.

Rooms and other amenities (fitness gym, pool, restaurants, karaoke, and lounges) that you can use while staying in the hotel are top-notch. But hopefully, the service can be improved--anticipating the high demand during weekends. We waited for almost an hour just to have an assigned room, though they gave us free cold drinks to cool our heads while we waited. Hopefully, some hotel protocols (not found in other hotels in the area)—such as the "cash deposit insurance", parking charges even only for drop-offs—can also be removed/replaced to avoid the hassle on the side of the customers.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had! There was absolutely no fault for me and the attention to detail with the service was way above expectations. They were very attentive and predicted what I needed next without seeming like they are around too much. The spa was great and open till 10pm, jacuzzi, cold pool and steam/sauna, gym. Then we had dinner at the Porta, I loved all the choices and having so many dishes did not influence the quality! The food was delicious, we had the roast duck and Thai beef along with a Tom Yum and a few other things. So after our long flight we were super happy from the spa and we'll fed and got to sleep in the nice room. Everything was very clean too! The spa Is open at 6am and the breakfast at 4am! Also with an airport shuttle every hour so you are free to so as you please at your own timing. It is perfect for when you have a flight to catch the next day. I love to try different hotel experiences but I don't think I will stay anywhere else in Jakarta from now on.

For a day stay this hotel is totally adequate. Its location close to the airport is probably the main feature people staying here will be interested in. There is an airport shuttle that runs regularly (or so I understood) but we had booked as a group and had a separate shuttle, or so we thought. Even though the hotel knew the group size and arrival time the bus wasn't there yet and both times they were surprised by the amount of people and luggage. So, despite their proximity to the airport, from the time we talked to the attendant to the time we could actually move into our rooms took more than an hour. I'll leave it up to you if that is a good time or too long. The rooftop bar opens at 5pm and both drinks and food were good, though here as well the time it took the servers to notice and then bring orders felt rather long. The restaurant downstairs was much faster servicing requests and the food was really rather good, above expectations. We didn't use any other amenities during our short stays.

The hotel room was nice but the staff was very unorganised and unhelpful. We were very disappointed in breakfast as there was not much to offer or food plates were empty most of the time. After asking if there is more to come, the staff didn‘t really answer. Also, we booked the hotel because we were excited about the rooftop or sports bar, but they didn‘t even tell us in advance that most of their facilities are closed due to covid. Not really worth the money.

A ridiculously ineffient hotel. Check in takes so long that by the time we had got our room key the bar serving the welcome drinks had closed. The room has a menu for the mini bar but there is no mini bar. The restaurants are painfully slow to serve food. Arrived at 8.45pm and only managed to get to our room at 11.25pm. Not worth the 'convenience' of being close to the airport. Id rather stay in Central Jakarta and take a taxi in the morning.

Great service, great restaurant, very friendly staff, rooms are "as usual" ("ok"). But you have to give a deposit in cash, although I paid the rooms with credit card. At checkout you have to wait till someone has checked your room, then you are allowed to leave. Ridiculous ... is this a youth hostel or a 4 star hotel at the airport?

Had amazing time staying for a short overnight transit. Porters were caring, front desk full of smile, great amenities and facilities. Messages and spa also were great, Room is clean and adequately sized. Breakfast was lovely, chef was accomodating. Definitely recommended. The only thing i hope available is bath robe.

The process need to be quicker and more joined up. E.g. We had the rooms booked for 3 months with a specific check in time but the air con was not switched on, it was 35°C in the room instead of 20°C. Great food but bills are slow and inaccurate.

Just ok for the price. One night layover. The front desk, bellhops and airport transfer are of a 4 star hotel. However the rooms are big but take forever to cool off with no real ambiance or decor. Gym and pool are decent, restaurant is “ok”

This hotel may have the comfiest pillows of any hotel; I’d recommend a night here just for good sleep! The airport shuttle is really good, the host was really easy to see in their bright yellow jacket at the meeting point. I took Grab on the way back to the airport bc the timing was better for me. I was a little worried that my room would be noisy but I asked staff for a quiet room and they found a garden view room for me. It was big, spacious, clean and quiet. I slept really well and made it down to breakfast which had a good selection of parties, breads, cereals and hot foods. Thanks for a good stay

The hotel and it's facilities are great! There are mutiple pools, a gym, spa as well as two restaurants on site. Although the food is on the expensive side, it is delicious. Be careful to NOT only be able to pay by card. The wifi is quite unstable; almost unusable at times. This causes the paying terminal to also be ineffective if the wifi is having a bad moment. Be prepared and have some cash available. For an average meal for 2 people, be prepared to have ±450.000 rp available.

My wife and I have recently stayed at many hotels in Iceland, Faroe Islands, Denmark, and Netherlands. We came to Indonedia a few nights ago, and this has been my favorite hotel out of all of them. It feels very classy, while being affordable. The breakfast has been my favorite of all the hotels too. I'm genuinely happy with our room, the staff's helpfulnes, the restaurant and room service. Nice powerful shower too! It feels luxurious, and truly like a resort.

So many fees and an expensive restaurant: 150k for spa/pool access, 120k for two coffees. Charges to my room that I didn't sign for. I ended up spending more for dinner and breakfast than I did on my hotel room. Overall service was frustrating.

Beautiful hotel with an really nice wellness area. My girlfriend had some blue marks after the foot massage so better to tell in advance about the pressure. My whole body massage was very relaxing. We had a clean and comfy room. The only problem I had was with the restaurant u will be charged 21% to 31% on top of the price depending if you eat in your room or not. For a 20% service charge I’d imagine the food to be fine but it arrived cold in our room and I don’t want to ask the waitress to serve you. In total we had a pleasant stay for waiting our next flight but in terms of food I’d suggest to order it on grab food and pay the 5000 rp for a car to enter. (5000 are also charged on top of every grab right to the hotel).

I would not recommend this hotel. We booked this hotel because it is close to the airport and their slogan is to be a "one stop shop to relieve stress". Sounds great as a last stop after your holidays and before your flight... The hotel amenities are fine (pool is nice, sauna is definitely a plus, rooms are clean and good, no noise). However - the no stress part is definitely not true. To give some examples for our stay: The staff often doesn't understand English, which makes communication hard. You have to give your information (room number, name, etc) again and again, to multiple people (we had to give our room number and name 4 times to 3 different people for one lunch in the restaurant). We got a late checkout, but the key was still blocked. Hotel transfer service is a complete chaos (tip: be very careful they don't forget you in the lobby) and 20 min late.

The hotel is close to the airport. It is a strategic place for travelers who want to rest after a long journey before their next flight. You can relax by the pool and I also recommend the massage, which we used. Restaurant offers a lot of good food selection. I can recommend this hotel. Good ratio between price and quality.

  • 3/5 Lucy S. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms were fine and the room service was excellent, the hotel seemed very clean and they had cucumber water in the lobby! They also had a bus you could take from the airport to the hotel and back so it was good for transportation as well. (This is more of an opinion) but I don't really like how they designed the hotel. All of the walls in the halls were very bright neon colors and the walls of the rooms were bumpy. I kind of wish it was a little more settle, it would have made it feel more home-y. Lastly, the hotel was kind of expensive and at the gift shop they had there they only took cash and there was no ATM. But overall it worked well for a one-night stay and some may say they liked the neon walls 😂

Fantastic place. They day spa they have is incredible. Dry and Wet sauna with a cold submersion pool. There are regular pools as well of course. Did not do any Karaoke but that also looked quite nice.

You know when you get to your hotel after a long day of travelling and get checked in swiftly and without having to deal with any nonsense? What a feeling. Unfortunately, it was so convoluted, that I was overcome with rage in the same way that a chimp might be if you stole it's banana. Perhaps that says more about me than it should, but the point stands: the check in desk is chaotic, inefficient, and for the most part, pointless! Having taken the time to tell us excitedly that we get a free welcome drink (which I was looking forward to after this endeavour), we found that the bar that dispenses the free drink is closed. Having been asked for a 5000 IDR deposit for the airport transfer, we were presented with a bill for 5,000,000 IDR, only for him to correct it to 500,000 IDR. Just a zero here, a zero there... Who even cares? Thank god the rooms are quite nice, though the lemony scent made my eyes water like I was eating a fisherman's friend. EDIT: I just turned the aircon on and it's either 24 degrees or 24 degrees. I hope you enjoy 24 degrees. It also sounds like a category 7 hurricane is blowing through the place

Pros: very clean hotel, good breakfast, airport shuttle, excellent swimming pool and water pleasure area Cons: be careful that you must use the swimming pool before check-out time at noon otherwise you must pay 150000 Indian rupies to use it; impossible to reach the hotel by foot

  • 2/5 Josh B. 10 months ago on Google
I was disappointed to have a meal ordered to my room number at the hotel restaurant which didn’t belong to me. Reception tried to charge me for the food upon checkout and rectifying their mistake unnecessarily took 15 minutes to sort out making the shuttle bus and passengers wait and also putting me at risk of missing my flight. Room and hotel were clean and well presented and food at the restaurant was good.

  • 5/5 yellowcake s. 1 year ago on Google
It is a big hotel area. If we cannot use the elevator and have to walk far away to reach the rooms, please provide some kind of inside transportation to reach the rooms conveniently. We were already tired of the long flight, so if we had to walk long distance to reach the rooms, it was exhausting. One more thing, they need to hire more people at their restaurant. We had to wait for more than 1 hour to get our food and one of my friends already lost his appetite.

I live in Indonesia and i booked a Deluxe plus for my parents who came to visit me. Unfortunately I have to report according to them was a very disappointing stay. Many things were not up to standard and/or simply not properly maintained with the following result: the toilet flush was barely flushing, the safety box was somehow blocked (may be the battery?) and could not be used, the AC was randomly and independently increasing and lowering temperature and power, and the overall room facilities seemed run down. Last but least of the problems when I booked I payed 700K IDR (around 42 euro at current exchange rate), but when I informed the hotel my parents would need an early check-in, I was charged an extra 600K IDR (around 36 euro) if I wanted to check-in before 2 pm. I am a villa owner myself, working as well in hospitality industry and I can understand you might request an extra charge for an early check-in (even if I don't do it) but the extra charge can't be basically the same cost of an extra night, this is simply not reasonable nor correct. But when I confronted them asking for a reasonable extra charge, I was told this is their policy and there is no flexibility, basically take it or leave it. This time I simply payed but I am pretty sure there will not be a next time.

Amazing hotel for the price, especially if you like swimming. The only issue is they're obnoxiously slow with everything. Check-in and check out take forever and you might have to walk quite far to get to your room.

Great airport hotel, clean and big rooms. Amazing Sauna, steam and SPA. Best option for transit to bali! + free airport transfer + super fair prices massage + lot of breakfast options + very friendly & attentive staff + early & late checkout option - no cash at reception Unfortunately they don’t have ATM so you cannot tip employees … if you not bring any cash.

The hotel is close from the airport, in a semi industrial area. The check-in is super long, a bit complicated, and despite we already booked on the hotel website, we had to pay an extra to have a room with a double bed like booked. Anyway the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy. The bathroom is clear, clean and well done. Breakfast included in our room is served as buffet, western and asian food, very nice in a beautiful resto. Checkout is a bit long because the send someone check the room to give you back your 500k deposit.

Lovely airport hotel. The breakfast was amazing with great variety and starting as early as 4 am until 10 am. They have an airport shuttle bus (free of charge) that leaves every 30 mins. Only drawback though is the $50 they request as a security deposit (they only take credit card where they put a hold on the money until the room is checked or money notes not depot cards, so come prepared)

  • 2/5 CLM B. 1 year ago on Google
It took 1.5h to reach the hotel and they ask us to use 7am shuttle bus cause 8am seems too busy and they only provide now 1 bus per hour... Like this no reason to stay in this not bad but remote hotel and simply go in city center... or choose one of the other nearby faster to reach options. Pity cause was one of our favorite option for stopover.

Quite a spacious room I got. Good rates and nice breakfast I had, maybe it needs a little bit of variation but overall it was perfectly fit for me. Swimming pools also had a nice outdoor place. Too bad I only had a short visit, maybe next time I will enjoy it more.

The hotel was OK actually, room was nice and clean, the pool was wide and the length is not bad for me to perform my routine laps. They got the hot tub pool and sauna and also provide personal locker with digital key for every visitors. Breakfast was nice too, standard for 4 stars hotel. They also had rooftop restaurant which is an added value. The only problem is the road to the hotel especially if you come from the airport. It was really messed up. You will feel like in off road or rally :D I know this is not the hotel fault, but I think they can work on something with local officials just to make sure the road being fixed as soon as possible. Especially many foreign tourists stayed, thats why they really need to improve their good image and branding.

Room was spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly. Would have been a solid 4-star rating if it were not for the long check in and check out process. The receptionist still does many things manually, so many paperwork had to be done. Time for hotel management to invest in upgrading their system.

The location is very close to the airport, so it's perfect for a transit hotel. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is tasty. However, there is a road construction ongoing right in front of the entrance to the hotel, so the traffic is terrible. It took us almost an hour just to reach the hotel from the airport. They have free airport shuttle.

  • 5/5 Lilla P. 1 year ago on Google
It was super close to the airport (10 mins) and they had a free shuttle service to and from there. The pool area was awesome, breakfast was great! Our room was excellent and spacious. It was very convenient for our transfer flight the next day, we would choose it again 100% sure!
