One of the best place to chill around Kemang, a very nice designed McDonalds. Very spacious inside, they have one long table to order food and the coffee (McCafe), makes it easier to order. But of course you can do your own order via machine. Wifi connection is stable, and toilet's are clean. Pros - Relaxing vibe, specially if you visit in the morning - Wifi connection is stable - Order arrived pretty quick Cons - Can be very loud during lunch hour, but it is a restaurant so it's ought to be like this

one of my favourite place to study! the ambience is good, great choice of music, the waiters are very friendly and lots of promos and menu choices on its app. i always avoid to go there at lunch time or at night cus its way too crowded (around 10 to 11am or 2 to 5pm is perfect to go!)

A crowded McDonald's located in the heart of Kemang. There are playground and birthday room here. Many seating available too, indoor and outdoor. Just a bit bad experience; the service time was quite long as a fast food chain, though I only ordered the Chocho Frappe and Hot Coffee with milk. They even mistakenly forgot to pour milk into my coffee. Don't know, maybe I need to try order more food or drinks to be served faster.

Wrong timing. It was almost midnight, hectic with very long que with only take-out option available. The drive thru was very long with almost 20-30 minutes for each car order's. The parking spot was full with very narrow path and very wide pedestrian sidewalk so each car will have to drive very slow and careful. Kemang is not so 'cool' anymore.

I had a good experience at McDonald's. The food was consistent in quality, and the service was quick. However, I believe there's always room for improvement, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

The place is clean. Not really crowded even in the weekend. The food is affordable and has several variations, beside the chicken. This place too provide self services so you dont have to queue. The architechture was nice too. You have many seating choices that really nice. There is a place for borthday party, too. So, I recommend this place to be visited with family.

Just another macdonalds. But less clean and better atmosphere

I went there with coworkers for a quick lunch, and our office is nearby. I had bigmac, fries, and ice coffee. We also ordered some ice cream cones. The bigmac and ice coffee were okay, but I love the fries. Service is good. And since there are no children around, we can have our lunch and chat peacefully.

In my humble opinion, this is the best tasting McDonald in the whole wide Jakarta. Always fresh. Always hot meals. Always friendly service. Never too meaty (you know when beef can sometimes smell too meaty it turns you off). I've been their customer since they first opened.

The staff here is amazing! They changed my water after I ordered a combo with a Sprite. The staffs and managers English is so amazing too! They are super friendly, at this Macdonald they have better customer service than some Macdonalds in the USA! Thank you for making my experience a great one here

There's something about this place that's just missing the factor x. I think it's the seating arrangements. The restrooms also need more cleaning. Technically, there's nothing really wrong about this place, it just doesn't have that comfortable homey feeling you get from some other McD outlets. Maybe additional plants? The kids section here is awesome. But it would be nice if the parents also had a comfortable seating while the kids are playing.

The place was so quiet on a Thursday morning.. Pandemic effect still. Got some time before a meeting so I thought I'd grab some hotcakes and coffee. Did not disappoint.
