I eat by myself, then when i wash my hand, my food already gone, the staff throw my food. How come one the biggest fastfood restaurant do that? I HATE IT!! SHOULD I BRING SOMEONE TO ACCOMPANY ME, AND WATCH MY FOOD WHEN I'M WASH MY HAND!!

Hier gibt es alle Arten von Kaffee mit Eis 🤩😍👍 Der Mc Spicy Chicken ist richtig spicy und sehr lecker. Der Kaffee ist schön stark. Man kann drinnen sitzen oder draußen im Vorraum. Dafür gibt es etwas Abzug: im Vorraum wurde an fast allen Tischen geraucht und es saßen leider kleine Kinder mit dabei. Mitarbeiter sind gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit.

Suuuuper crowded. One of the most crowded McDonald's I've ever visited. I think it's because it's a public holiday today, and they had a promo free pillow or something. The service is rather slow. The queue was moving really slowly. But overall, not a bad place for a quick meal.

Before pandemi hit, this restaurant is a good place to hang around with friends and satisfy hunger at night because it opens 24 hours and the place is very convinient and comfortable. The location is right in the centre of Jakarta area so it can be a meeting point for people who live in different areas. The restaurant offers a comfortable ambience too, suits for non smokers and it has air conditioner too. The price of the food is so affordable and the food taste very good and acceptable to most of the people. When you are full and your friends ask you to hang around at night at this restaurant, you can always order coffee or hot chocolate for non coffee drinker because there is McCafe inside the restaurant that provides snack, coffee, hot chocolate and various types of cakes. Very recommended!!!

This restaurant is located on Jalan Hayam Wuruk adjacent to Gajah Mada Plaza more precisely opposite. This place is open 24 hours, so if the city in the Central Jakarta area and want to eat midnight the city could come here to fill the hungry stomach. This place is also suitable for get together and chat with friends and business partners. In addition to selling the kind of burger bread from the fleshy chicken to the cow with an amazing cheese selection, we also order the rice with fried chicken. In the morning until 11 noon we can only order breakfast menu. We can also order coffee and cookies.

Small dining area, very crowded specially during weekend. They open 24hrs just for 1st fl, closed 2nd fl at 11pm. Even when 1st fl was full, they ask customers to finish the meal and leave.

Had a really morning meeting next door, immediately swing by this place for my daily dose of caffeine. Mccafe is on the second floor, Sometimes unattended, so you have to hail one from downstairs. Its build with a Modern glass walled building therefore incoming sunlights is a big plus.

Strategic place to meet up with friends. The place quiet clean, with smoking and non smoking area. The toilet on 2nd floor, sometimes dirty sometimes clean. Fast service, staff helpful, foods are all good as well.

It's McDonald's. Don't know why these reviews are all over critical. The place was clean, eaten there 3 times now. Too many times really but I've been tired of local food lately. So junk food it is. Three floors of tables to sit at. Gets a little warm in the place overall, need to get some better air conditioning. Every time I have been has been busy but not overbearing. Lots of people working there so I never seemed to have to wait long. They offer delivery also and take credit cards with no minimum. 1st floor is main ordering area and seating. 2nd floor is McCafé and had some couch seats and comfy chairs. Also outdoor seating on a balcony on second floor and on the first floor outside of the entrance. 3rd floor I haven't been on yet but I assume just seating. Good has always been warm, fries once were a little old...I could tell by the fact they were kind of rubbery. Sauce dispensers have sweet chili sauce. You have to get ketchup in individual packets from counter. They will not let you get any sauces except chili sauce and ketchup. BBQ sauce and other sauces only come with certain dishes. Strange they don't allow you to purchase or get for free by request like other McDonald's.

I'm a foreigner who always gets my food here during my entire stay in Jakarta as my hotel is just beside Mc Donald's and I particularly would like to commend your staff, Dina (I read from her nameplate) who goes out of her way to deliver my take away foods to the waiting area as she probably knows I won't be able to understand the language when I'm called to get it to the counter. My heartfelt thanks for the very kind gesture Dina. God bless you.
