Dokternya ok, bagus bngt kalau berobat jalan aja ya, tapi khusus utk rawat inapnya 👎👎(BIKIN KAPOK!!). buat pelayanan dn Peraturan RS gak Masuk akal bngt!!!!.pilih VIP biar gampang aksesnya tapi trnyata sama aja 👎.klo ud di rawat inap penunggu pasien ga bisa kemana2 mau bli makan aj suster blg pintu di buka sesuai jam besuk (jam 15- 19) GILA ga tuu. Klo ada keadaan daruat gimana?. Orang dari luar bisa masuk gampang tinggal minta security,,kan anehhh. tOLong Lah di perbaiki sistemnya.stidaknya ada akses card buat penjaga pasien.Parah bikin kapok rawat inap di sini.

Alhamdulillah waktu 6 bulan lalu lahiran SC pelayananya baik dan ga sakit scnya baru 2 hari abis SC bisa keluar kamar ranap jalan" gendong bayi👍,sampe dr citranya kaget dah bisa jalan" keluar kamar ranap😁❤️

RSIA Santo Yusup is our family's hero hospital. In our opinion, RSIA is the best in North Jakarta... good service, even though you use BPJS, you still serve it with heart. especially the doctors in the emergency room who are very polite. My wife has had two Caesarean operations here, handled well by Doctor Citra Dewi. Thank you RSIA Santo Yoseph. Thank you Doctor Citra Dewi

My baby is sick... the doctor's emergency room service is very friendly.... but the nurse who handles my child is extremely rude... if the child's hand hasn't been given an IV drip, I'll move to another hospital because the nurse's service isn't appropriate... very much. Very dissapointed...

Tolong Pihak RS.Santo Yusuf untuk Perawatnya Jutek² semua, tata bahasa dan melayanan seperti anak tdk sekolah, Etika nya pada kurang semua, Nanya baik², Jawabnya pada Kasar semua, Tdk ada Ramah tama sama sekali, Dari awal saya tdk mau ke RS ini, KARNA TERPAKSA SAJA. Pelyanan Buruk. Sangat Buruk, TIDAK RECOMENDASI untuk rawat inap. Dan berobat jalan. Kasian Pasien dan keluarga Seperti tahanan saja.

I feel disappointed with the service at RSIA St Yusuf. The nurses are not friendly, aka really mean... I can't accept that my mother was wronged by the nuns there. My mother had written the address correctly, but was still blamed by another nurse. Please, hospital management call me back. Thank You

SC gave birth to the first child and the second child at Santo Yusuf Hospital, all the services were satisfactory, the nurses were friendly and the Dr was also no doubt (Dr. Royanto and Team), even though they used BPJS they were still served wholeheartedly, thank you RSIA Santo Yusuf, still serve from the heart and give the best.
