I have booked at 4pm, however when i arrive, need to wait for almost 1 hour due to internal miscomunication from them, resulting no staff available for the reflexology. the front office was also not helpful.

The first time I tried massage at Kokuo MidPlaza branch, it was really enjoyable. the service was very friendly and the massage from the therapist was really good. definitely worth trying!

Loved this massage parlour, better call in for reservations as it can get quite crowded during weekdays. Loved the low lighting and neon ambiance at this place, get a seat in front of the seawater aquarium. They also offer shorts to change from your pants for better comfort, the seat is electrically controlled from a wired remote, the therapist is very professional and they show you a countdown timer before starting the service which is fair since the countdown started after the preparation so you get the most of your massage timing. Afterwards they give you an alkaline water bottle to refreshen you up. Highly recommended, especially in comparison to other massage parlour in the vicinity. Will definitely come back for more and recommend this place to others. Arigato Kokuo....... please keep it up 🙏
