Queuing for control took more than 3 hours :)

Made an appointment at 3 and did it at 4.15. While the work was being done, the doctor and nurse chatted and laughed among themselves. When I was working, I was left not knowing what to do for more than 30 minutes. .

Bad service. You always have to wait for hours even though you have an appointment. What's the point of booking? Everyone who serves is never friendly. From the start, I came to have the braces installed, booked it, and it was only handled two and a half hours after the appointment. And so on for each control. There are no good ethics of introspection, improvement, evaluation. When I complained, the reason they said was that I came because it happened to be busy, so I was late in handling it (yes, the function of an appointment is to avoid that). Very unprofessional.
