I spent almost a month basecamping on the top floor of this apartment while dealing with a regional election dispute at the Constitutional Court. The rooms and facilities are complete. Close to everywhere. The employees are agile and responsive. The security guard is friendly and communicative. There are also residents who produce delicious bread in this place.
